   If you are not purchasing max insurance RUN from this company. 3 movers broke my glass table and offered to try and fix it. Also while moving they damaged my walls to the point they had to come and plaster the part of the wall they scraped up. ( 3 weeks later).Initially, after 10 days I start calling asking for updates and I got no answers. Managers Mike and John were not concerned about repair or the stress I have, not having a dining room table. I asked several times who had evaluated the table? No one had any answers other than talk to Mike Crespo, who when you can get him, will tell you one thing but can't validate information ,or follow up. He told me he has 90 days to try and repair but I became inpatient and wanted my tabletop back sooner (30days). When I couldn't get answers, I demanded my table be returned to my home. The second crew that came had a lead that was obnoxious. He told me they could not move the table in because it's too big and heavy, (Mike said it was 120lbs. scale receipts, if legit, give 2 weights 190 and 192.) Then told me about someone who had cut themselves, and asked me did I have a tape measure so I could see how small the area is. Luckily the two other guys went to check it out and said they could move it. I even offered them another door to come into. Something I would have suggested had not their lead have such a nasty attitude. I don't trust anything about this company. Just skip this company. They sound good and professional at first but if there are issues, you might as well forget it. This was a very costly error by using ANGIE and letting them contact me. NEVER AGAIN.

   Fraud, scammers They make a 2 hour job last for 5 hours and then expect over payment for services. They threatened you with court action because the worker are incompetent when it comes to working for a moving company. They brought no tools and then won’t me to pay because they are unprepared. This is the worst moving company I have used. Unacceptable to us as consumers. Will make sure I share my experience As the previous person stated you can rent your own u haul and do it yourself. Since they rented a u haul and thought someone would pay for unacceptable work. DONT DO IT Scam alert

   This was by far the worst experience I have ever had doing business ever From the price gouging, to having my belongings held hostage for ransom, to countless criminal activities this was a disaster... Also please look out for the young light skinned young boy , he will steal your children's toys... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... FELONS AND ADDICTS RUNNING AND WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY

   Please Stay away from Mjc moving company. They will rip you off and show no remorse. They hire convicts who don’t care about your personal items, and will break your items and misplace them. Michael Crespo the manager is a narcissist, and a con artist.. I’ve been knowing him since college and he hasn’t changed. He’s all about money and will do whatever he has to do to gain a $. He is truly psychotic and lacks empathy. After, my mothers death I reached out to him, because I didn’t have anyone else to help me move. He said he would help me, he did not he took advantage of me. Reaching out to him was huge MISTAKE. He pretended to care only to rip me off with my move. I was quoted for $600 and paid close to a thousand dollars, I had to buy tape and wrap and all. Stay far away!!! If you are a women don’t go to this company, they will under quote you purposely. His mother Lady, the owner is a sweet lady, it’s unfortunate that she condones his behavior. Go to a company that cares about customer satisfaction, not Mjc. I’m in pain and distress because of all of him and his family. If I could leave no stars, I would!

   Terrible.

   There were two people who answered the phone on two desperate occasions when I called that were very professional. However I’m not sure the movers they sent were qualified. Even though I had my own tarps and purchased extra wrapping supplies from the company. My glass dinette was not wrapped. 3 of my 6 mattress sets were not wrapped. My box spring was punctured due to it not being wrapped and the bed frames not being folded down and placed in the unit fully assembled. Ryan told me they don’t move portable basketball hoops when he was onsite. So my children’s $280 hoop is still at our old house. The lady on site cleaning the boxspring told me oh its ok it’s the part on the bottom no one can see that. ( I know it’s there and my sets were under a year old.) The young man helping her was getting upset with my frustration and said I was blaming Ryan the mover for everything and when I asked him to repeat what he said he wouldn’t. My sofa arm was snagged when they placed the unit in the storage unit. Initially when I called the owners seemed like they wanted to resolve the issues. I asked them to wait until all the items were removed from storage so I can tell them all damages as opposed to what I saw the moment I checked the unit. I asked them to have the mattresses cleaned as a start only if they didn’t show any signs of bed buds from not being wrapped up. When I the day came for me to move I asked them to come see the way my things were packed so they wouldn’t be confused about who caused damages. (Them moving me in or someone moving me out) They sent 3 people the owners niece and 2 people to clean the mattresses while in the storage unit. Even after I told them I wanted them to clean them when I moved them to my home. Becuse cleaning a bed which is now wet and wrapping it in plastic immediately after can cause mold or mildew. Well that day they didn’t offer any restitution for any of the other damages and half way cleaned my matresses. I followed up with asking again what happens to the replacement of my boxsrping and the repair of my sofa chair arm and still no reply. I’m not saying things don’t happen but as a business when you show me you want to make excuses for your mistake and not satisfy the customers request to correct your error. When you have a manager and staff that go back and forth with a customer rather than fixing the problem I don’t care how well two of the staff were during the Initial calls, if the mission,morals or lack there of by the company are are missing. They should acknowledge and want to correct feedback that will make them better. It’s easy to be great to gain business but you see a company’s character after they have your money. I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company for any moves outside of trash removal. If you have anything of value don’t call them. My things were just thrown in the unit and not wrapped properly and some not wrapped at all. Still no reply to rectify my issues.
