Excellent!!
This company is wonderful. The bidding was fair and we were able to cut the cost by about half by moving our small things ourselves. The moving guys are fantastic and Moon Star Van Lines took care of a minor repair to a tile table. We received a call from the repairman who came out twice to make the job perfect. I will strongly recommend this relocation service to anyone interested in relocating.

Great Work!!
We have moved so many times but it just was never this easy and stress free. We are very happy and very pleased. Happy to refer them to anyone looking for a transparent moving company.

James and Callum were very friendly and made the experience quick and easy! Customer service was great and I’ll give them A++ for calling me even after the move. Will be using this service again.

Very Nice!!
It's a pretty good price, too. The movers were really cool and friendly. They were really enthusiastic and happy people, which I found real surprising after a cross-country trip. I would definitely use them again if I got the chance.

Great Mover!!
From the first call I was put on ease about moving. The team arrived on time and did a wonderful job packing up everything. The team was great with my kids being very curious. At my new apartment, they arranged my furniture to my rooms and they cleaned it later too. It was absolutely lovely hiring these guys! 5 stars!

Well Done!!
We only have a one bedroom home so it wasn’t a lot to move but it was really nice that these guys stayed on top of everything and didn’t waste any time. They worked fast and when I say fast I mean FAST. I will hire them again anytime soon!

Amazing!
The team from Moon Star Van Lines obviously knew what they were doing, treated our property with care and respect, and hustled. The rain didn't even phase them! They pretty much packed our property within about 4-hours, and unloaded in a little over 2-1/2 hours!

SCAMMERS
DO NOT USE!! MOONSTAR OR GREENWAY - They give you a quote and when they come and pick up, instead of Moonstar they sent Greenway Movers. They put an outrageous amount of pounds on the paperwork, and argued with me that the item weighed 6200lbs. The weight of 2 SUV's was pushed on the truck by two men (ya right) if you don't pay they harass you then keep your stuff, finaly after 6 months I finally got my item back. During this time they ignored the Better Business Bureau, you can try to call the police but they will tell you it's a civil matter and these companies know this and they get away with it!! They have multiple different phone lines, cell phones offices in strip malls. Different addresses etc. Then your stuff and it comes back damaged. After you pay them storage. Stay Away!!

MOONSTAR VAN LINES
I was provided a quote and they picked up my belongings and then held my belongings hostage demanding more than what was quoted. They have numerous people calling you and one even claims they are a lawyer. But you can not get any receipt or contract STAY AWAY
