   Great experience with the MovingPlace. I paid exactly what I was quoted, they stayed on schedule, and they were very communicative throughout the process. The cost was less than other companies were quoting just for a truck to drive myself. Great company.

   Moving Cross Country

   My family and I moved from the Southwest to the Midwest. We priced multiple companies and Moving Place gave us the best price. We were a little apprehensive (not knowing much about them) but after some investigation, we decided to go with them. Overall, we were delighted with them. They were very professional, the truck was great what we expected (this was our 5 cross country move, always using similar types of moving services), and they were cordial. I do think a bit more communication on the time of delivery and pickup would have been helpful (they told me one time by email but I called and got a little different time). But that was a minor inconvenience.

   Successful Move. Quoted $4100 for a 2k mile move.

   I had a great experience with Movingplace. Easy to quote and book. Chris and Andrew both had great service and were easy to work with. I saved thousands with Movingplace. Was 2k less than a Uhaul, 3k less than the next lowest quote elsewhere and 18k less than the highest quote I got. I went with this company purely because they were the lowest price. Driver showed up on time. Quoted 14 days to delivery and it showed up on time. I picked it up at their drop off facility because the trailer was too big to fit in my storage unit facility so I had to unload on to a Uhaul. That was all fine but the only issue was that there was no ramp to unload on. It must have been removed before drop off and that made it very difficult to shimmy my items down from the truck and onto the Uhaul ramp. Not sure who’s fault it is but Movingplace’s response was they will take measures so it doesn’t happen again. They gave me a $550 discount because they could not deliver it to my storage unit and I had to pay to get a Uhaul and drive it to and from the unload facility. (90 miles away from me). I liked working with this company and would recommend them to anyone. I moved 2k miles and wouldn’t have been able to do it without this company and their affordable prices.    Long distance move

   Moving Place was the only carrier that respected my request not to call me during the day to text or email me . I was so inundated by calls during the business day I had to turn my phone off . The had a very fair quote and were always available when I had questions contracting and payment were a breeze and they were very punctual.

   Great way to move

   I really needed a mover but didn’t want to pay the high labor for a small load so I looked into renting a truck with tow dolly. I was leery about pulling my car behind so far through heavy traffic and the gas would have been expensive so I researched a bit and MovingPlace was actually cheaper and they did the driving of the truck! I had to load and unload it but that was a tiny price to pay for such a great savings and a safer way to accomplish my move.

   Moving experience

   I gave 5 Stars because I was pleased with the service of MovingPlace. I moved 2 Bedrooms of my stuff from Morgan Hill, California to a Jupiter, Florida. I did a lot of research and a lot of calling around before I chose this Company. It took me 3-4 weeks of wasted time and unanswered calls from other large full service movers until I found MovingPlace. Why I chose this company (and to let you know, I’m most picky customer in Town?). 1. I did not want to pay $10,000 for a full service mover. 2. I wanted very reliable, trustworthy and experienced company, because I did not want my $10,000 road bicycle to be stollen or damaged. 3. The Customer Sercice was very responsive, friendly and business like. Manager Chris was personally involved in all delivery details. It was convenient to communicate with Customers Service via Text Messages and via Phone. I strongly recommend MovingPlace Company.
