   Worst Movers

   Never and Ever hire this NK Movers, if we were able to give -10 stars we would. Even 1 star is too much for the owner by name nadir, he is nice till he gets you to sign the contract and during the move he will charge you extra by claiming all kinds of excuse by that time you have no other choice other than to pay since he will threaten to off load your furniture from the truck and you have to move that day. Also none of your furniture's gets wrapped, and of course gets damaged. He will ask you to send pictures but once you make the final pay, you will never going to hear from the department he claims will call you. And of course he will never answers your calls neither, cuz your number is blocked by him.

   Had to cancel my move (gave them two months advance notice) and they refuse to refund my deposit. Gave me some excuse about not being able to re-book the date. That's not my problem. That's called bad marketing and customer service. I will be filing against them in a court of law and have let the state corporation commision and better business bureau know of their illegal business practice and that they stole money from me.

   NOT LICENSED/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

   THIS COMPANY IS NOT LICENSE (see photos) Nadir Khalil will lie and say they are!!! HORRIBLE MOVING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I contacted Nadir Khalil for moving services via Facebook. I got his phone number and we chatted through phone call and text. We arranged for 3 movers and signed a contract. Everything seemed good. Nadir said he will be contact me the eve of the move with the team leads info. The eve of the move I had to contact him myself to get the information around 7:30pm at night. I was very specific I am not available until 9:30am as I had prior arrangements. He continued to ask if they could come between 8am-9am. I told him again no 9:30am I will be there. Movers showed up at 9am, however I am not available until 9:30am and they didn’t not start work until 9:30am. When movers showed up it was only 2 guys. I had to reach out to Nadir himself because he did not notify me and was not going to either. I explained that 2 guys is not enough due to timing and budgeting. He said he would offer a discounted price (which a discount was not received just normal pricing) After service was complete about 20 minutes after movers left MULTIPLE ITEMS WERE BROKEN along with the wall. I tried reaching out to Nadir Khalil but he did not answer me. I sent him photos as well. The movers tried to hide the wall damage by putting furniture in front of it. The movers also left trash outside in my neighborhood after moving. Nadir has not answered for 4 days now. Upon completion he tried to UPCHARGE me because the movers showed up at 9am, once again I was specific multiple time 9:30am and the reason why. They also did not begin moving services UNTIL 9:30am because as stated before that is when I would be there and I was on time. He also tried to upcharge me for a weather fee (light drizzle throughout the day). This was never discussed and if weather was an issue he should have let it be known so I, the customer, could have made the decision to reschedule or accept fees. The discount he mentions was not given, there was no discount given for the inconvenience or miscommunication. I was charged the regular rate of two movers. Nadir Khalil will say that they are insured and license and even offer to provide proof however, when you go on the Virginia secretary website, he is currently listed as inactive (NOT ACTIVE). By all means, learn from this mistake and go elsewhere. Pay more if needed for professional service. To summarize the issues I faced with NK movers and Nadir Khalil: the timing, the communication, the price/fees added, and the fact that this establishment is not license, but they say they are.

   Do not use this service

   Poor service, do not use this service. Movers showed up 1 hour late and left 2.5 hours early. After 1.5 hours of moving items (less than 20 feet) the team lead told us he was tired and done for the day. Company still tried to bill for 3.5 hours. Movers were highly unprofessional; Poor business practices and deceptive.

   Worst company ever

   Rally disappointed!! I use this company before twice and I didn’t had issues the moving people were nice and they had a big truck ( 2 years ago) BUT THIS TIME ( They were new people moving stuff and a small truck ) they broke my sons new tv value of 400!$ ( they poorly cover the tv using my gym mat) My profesional camera light value 100$ ( they didn’t cover up this they just threw it on the truck ) And my sons new bedroom set value of 800$ is total messed up all scratched!!! I pay them 855.50 $ for the moving and they totally messed up I’m really pissed of and mad Do not use this company!! They don’t care and when I text them about this issue they don’t reply !!! And the funny thing is that they use to text and call really quick when I was negotiating my moving day with them - the day of the moving .. the movers where really slow! And of course because they were been paid by the hour they move my stuff from 3 pm to 1 am - they run out of sheets THEY WERE CARELESS PUTTING ALL MY STUFF IN THE TRUCK - they brought a small truck knowing I have a 2 bedroom apartment - they run out of supplies tape or sheets -I was really naive with them I even was nice to your movers offered food pizza and drinks And also we give them a good tip .. they ended up at 1 am .. we were tired we went to sleep and next day fixing the stuff we noticed all of this mistakes We are really disappointed - We wanted the company to fix this issue ASAP but again no answer - The day of moving I was really pissed that they brought a small truck and I called them but When I ask to talk to the manager or the owner they stated that the manager is traveling -The movers had to make 2 trips!! To bring my stuff and even like that they don’t cover my stuff Also they were really careless bringing my stuff they stained all the walls in my new apartment I will fight for them to reimburse me the money and call my bank too Be careful!!! Don’t use this company unless you want all your property to be broken

   Nightmare move

   If I could leave 0 stars for Nadir's "company" I would. His team consisted of two children and their mother. They arrived two hours late and loaded a ONE bedroom apartment and drove 200 yards down the street in 6 hours; completely embarrassing. The two kid-movers locked themselves in the apartment elevator for an hour after mishandling the door buttons, which required calling the fire department. At this point the mother stopped working and asked me to help unload the boxes. After pleading with Nadir to work with me he STILL had the gall to charge me $600 for a ONE bedroom apartment move. This is not a professional company and the many complaints/reviews should remind you of that. The F rating from the BBB should discourage anyone from using his company. Never conducting business with this failing owner again. Shameful.

   Do Not Use These Movers!!

   DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!! Nadir (owner) was rude and unprofessional and unapologetic or sympathetic to the fact that his workers left my home without notice after bringing the wrong truck size for the move that was suppose to begin at noon then then pushed back to 1PM and the workers didn't show up until 3PM . When I we finally spoke to Nadir after several ignored phone calls, he promised to send a new crew by 6PM and they didn't show up until 9PM which had my husband and I moving in the middle of the night. We paid cash to the 2 men that showed up who were actually pretty decent guys because we knew it wasn't their fault that the company they worked for messed up. Bad business!! A move that was supposed to begin at 12noon didn't start until 9PM and was never completed. To add insult to injury..Nadir cursed out my husband on the phone for complaining about our experience and is threatening to sue us claiming his workers never received payment. We paid the workers and gave them a tip which we did not have to do as the contract we signed was broken from the start by the company. We had to hire a whole new company to finish moving us the next day and spend an additional $600 on top of what we paid NK Movers. DO NOT..I REPEAT..DO NOT..BELIEVE THE HYPE ON NK MOVERS - THIS WAS THE WORST MOVE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! More stressful than planning my own wedding.
