   Above and Beyond

   After a terrible past moving experience, I was honestly nervous this time around. But Noble Moving And Storage completely turned that around. I had furniture, plants, kitchen stuff, and a few fragile mirrors, and they handled everything like pros. They even checked in with me about how I wanted things loaded. And I felt calm the whole time, which is rare for me during a move.

   Exceptional teamwork, and genuine care for their clients

   I moved across state from a high-rise apartment and had a ton of random stuff, including a bunch of fragile kitchenware I didn’t pack very well. The movers stepped in and rewrapped some of the breakables without making a fuss. I appreciated that more than they probably realized. It felt like they cared about getting everything there safely, not just checking off another job.

   Noble Moving and Storage LLC New Jersey

   This company is a scam. I would pick zero stars if that were an option. They arrived at my home to pick up my items per the contract, then proceeded to tell me there wasn’t room on the truck for all of the items unless I paid them $1,000 more. I refused to pay more. They refused to give me a refund. They took what they deemed would “fit” for my long distance move, only to ruin it all. My dresser, night stands, dryer, and chest of drawers were destroyed with water damage, large gaping holes, and broken wood. The dryer was so bent it would not rotate. They say it was like this at time of pick up and have offered me $140 to make up for approximately $3000 in damaged furniture. Additionally, there were multiple “additional fees” added on to the original price that I was forced to pay to get my things delivered. There wasn’t a single item that was not damaged. I question any favorable reviews for this company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Noble Moving and Storage LLC from New Jersey.

   What did Noble Moving and Storage change their name? This review site use to be for Noble Moving and Storage, but suddenly there is a name change???? Why? This company (or many companies) is a scam. Please do not use them.

   Buyer Beware.

   They took twice as long as they were supposed to because they kept taking breaks. I literally saw one of them scrolling through TikTok while the other was slowly moving boxes one at a time. At the end, one of them had the audacity to ask, So what’s the tip situation? Tip for what? Being slow? Scratching my floor? Breaking my bookshelf? Yeah, no.

   Biggest scammers ever; not veteran owned!

   Do believe these positive reviews! They are paid for the by the company! I hired them to move furniture across country to a new home back in July. It was supposed to arrive by Augst 14. It's now Sept 18 and we still haven't anything and the only update I get is they are contacting the dispatcher and will get to you which they never do. I'm out of $4531.45 and will most likely never see my furniture again. I'm in process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General and with the company. I would not use Noble Moving and Storage. If you do, you've been warned, and use them at your own risk. They claim they are veteran owned and me being a Marine Corps veteran fell for it and I'm of all my household Funiture and $4531.45. This hurt us terribly financially I would not expect this type of behavior from another, supposed' veteran. Absolute scammers and they will eventually get what's coming to them. Stay as far away from them as possible! Semper Fi!

   HORRIBLE

   When I went to reassemble my bed, the bag was gone. Vanished. Disappeared into thin air. I called, and they said, Oh, maybe you lost it. Excuse me?? I literally handed it to your guy! Had to go to the hardware store and spend an extra $50 just to replace everything. So thanks for that.

   Terrible Service

   Ignored my requests. I told them to put boxes in certain places, and they just dropped everything by the door. I didn’t care about the damages (oh yeah, my nightstand had a huge dent) because I just wanted them out of my house.

    ZERO stars. The company is the biggest scam. The movers showed up, visually scanned my items and determined I had 1000 cubic ft more then my contracted price of 937 cubic ft... then wrote an estimate for 2000 cubic ft. He didn't measure anything.. just decided by looking at items. We had even removed items from our contracted items. They wanted 10,000 more then the 7,000 I had contracted. I questioned the movers and the office staff how they could have estimated that poorly. The mover said my items were over sized, which they are not. We argued about the pricing and they left. The office made them come back. I asked them to measure the truck and determine 937 cubic feet so we could fill up to our contracted amount and figure out the rest if needed. The mover took off a 2nd time, when I went back into the house for a minute. Meanwhile, after 3 hours on the phone with customer service, I had obtained the cubic estimated measurement of every item on the list . We painstakingly went item by item and measured out everything, documenting each measurement with photo and video. In the end i had a full side by side comparison of the contracted cubic feet and the actual cubic feet... and I added 3 items as well. The contracted cubic feet 937.. the actual 925... we were UNDER! They tried to over charge me 1,063 more at $6 per cubic ft. The measurements couldn't be disputed. I submitted all documentation, including photos and video. They came back to me saying I refused services, the movers were not coming back and I forfeited my 3,000 deposit. I was stuck having to find new movers in 1 day. I managed to find excellent ones.. who moved me for 925 cubic feet, which was the actual measurements. Nobel movers hurts people in their scammy processes. I'm taking legal action against the company and reporting them to every agency that will affect their licensing .
