   Greetings, It pains me to have to post this. Never the less.. It would appear there are no other options... AS just recently as today, i (Michael Patrick O'Sullivan) former employee of O'Sullivan Moving and Storage, had to press chargers and file a complaint against Christine O'Sullivan(my sister and also board member of OCC) Whom deliberately and maliciously stole my vehicle keys and title to my personal vehicle. Ensuring i could not only not drive myself anywhere, but also that i could not even obtain my legally owed commission and hourly earned pay. Both of which i have documentation of and it would appear i have to turn this company in to the Michigan Movers ASSOCIATION. A company i once would swear was as legit and well run and maintained as any out there... is now nothing more then an empty shell of theft , deceptive behavior, and flat out illegal activity encased in lie after lie after lie. Im quite certain never before has anyone with the last name on this company ( as i hold) could spill quit the plethora of issues . Civil and criminal. I want my legally owed commission and hourly pay while your silver spoon giving daddy parties and travels the states, some of us survive pay check to pay check Mrs Christine O Sullivan. Food for thought. Any customer not getting calls back or needing actual assistance with their storage billings or item damages. do your self a favor..stop calling Christine OSullivan..she will never call you back or ever try and help you. Contact me at whatgoesupmustcomedown36… i am an OSullivan family member. One that is against bad business lyiing and conning customers and stealing from people like Christine OSullivan. no matter if this post is removed blocked deleted. i will never stop posting the truth or seeking justice for my stolen pay and my stolen vehicle keys and title by none other then christine marie O Sullivan. u r not god madam. u dont get to steal from family. customers. and do whatever u want when ever u want. the saw laws that apply to everyone else apply you. I sincerely hope upon reading this if u r a consumer u find a different compny to use until she is removed from control or that u, yourself , christine OSullivan,realize i have actual audio and visual proof saved to my cell phone vmail and my email sent from my cell phone. that proves u lied to police intentionally and have my keys and title and have now hidden them for fear of more trouble. heres your out. if my title and keys show up on my porch tonight. no more posts. and i cancel my report and dont persue chargers monday. i dont find it in the morning . I will post daily and continue down the law abiding path towards justice for myself and for the many clients and customers u so easily steal from and ignore. sincerely, betrayed and used

   Don't Waste Your Time Or Money.

   They have very poor customer service the actual moving people stressed that they needed to take their breaks so they took 40 minutes of breaks which I had to pay for they damaged a number of items and I contacted the owner Christine O'Sullivan to file a claim she stated that she would send me a claim form at the beginning of March it is April and I am still waiting on the form trust me leave these scammers alone.

   Poor service & bait and switch pricing.

   I got the bait and switch - was quoted a fair price, then was charged way more than what my quote said. The movers showed up late, complained the whole time, and moved my items to the wrong rooms.

   Scammers.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are crooks and rip you off. We had them move us out to their storage unit and then to our new house. Setting up the move and moving us out of the house was smooth and we were optimistic about the move. Then they charged us way way more than what we were quoted when they moved us into our new house. One of the movers (Dennis) complained the entire time. He moved things into the wrong rooms because he didn’t feel like going up stairs. When asked to move them to the appropriate areas he gave us attitude and pushback After they left and money was paid my wife and I started noticing things smashed, shoe marks on our boxes, and two of our totes missing (presumed to be stolen). One of our tables has hinges and was taken apart at some point during the transition and bent. Now the table top cannot be secured. They will not fix it or replace it because it fell under the $250 deductible. Christine informed us we are not getting reimbursed. Several other things are broken or missing and we have to eat it. This company does not stand by their goal about customer satisfaction. Now, a few months after we’ve moved in and unpacked all our boxes, we are still missing a few boxes containing valuables worth we’ll over $250.

   Terrible.

   I used this company a year ago and I was not satisfied! They did not complete the job that was quoted to me!! The two movers were very slow and did not have the equipment or tools to break furniture down . manual screwdrivers were used for the entire job which took hours over what was quoted!, very disappointed I would never recommend them ever!, Maybe they would treat someone else better then they treated myself!!
