   Very impressive all around.

   Best movers I've ever used. Movers were smart and careful above and beyond. Very conscientiously placed items with forethought and got my input whenever in doubt. Very patient and kind when I changed my mind about some item locations, and considerate towards my family's accessibility needs. The receptionist who scheduled us should get a medal for her patience and flexibility when I had to change our dates several times. They have smaller trucks available to use which we needed due to driveway access. Very impressive all around.

   Pleasant Move

   I'd like to say what an amazing job these guys did. First and foremost, thank you John for taking the time to explain the ins and outs, and never making me feel bad for calling in with one question or another. With that said, from start to finish these gentlemen and their staff were nothing short of exceptional. They were kind, courteous, and precise. My biggest pet peeve is not being able to reach someone, whether it's good news, bad news, or something I don't want to hear, all I ask is for a company to communicate with me, and the team at Olympian did not miss a beat. When I called,.... 95% of the time I always got someone. I think there was a total of 2 phone calls that I didn't get someone. I left a voicemail, and 5 minutes later I got a call back. Beyond that, excellent service, professionalism, and spot on with the pricing. I was a little scared going into hiring a mover after all the negative reviews I read about moving companies, but John, my initial representative, did such a good job explaining the process and all that goes into it, I decided to take a leap of faith. I told them from the very beginning, take good care of me, my family and all of our possessions and not only would I give them a great review, but if I needed to make an out of state move again, or knew anyone that did, I would send them their way. I did get cheaper quotes, but John put it very simply to me, "I can tell you the price you want to hear or I can tell you the price your actually going to pay, I will not to lie to you to earn your business, because In the end your cost is going to be the same, the only difference is, I'm going to be upfront with you about it." That may have very well been what sold me on Olympian Moving Group and their service, so if anyone out there reads this, please understand your trusting strangers with some of your most valuable things, and irreplaceable worldly possessions that may not be worth a lot of $$ but have priceless sentimental value, do you really want to spend your entire move worrying about whether or not your going to see them again, and in what condition? Take my advice, go with Olympian Moving Group, because this team goes the extra mile. Thank you all again, from our family to yours!!!

   Horrible experience

   Im honestly not sure if this company was trying to meet a quota by hiring challenged people or if the workers are truly that bad. We first called the company and they gave us a quote of 2k, then after they said the move will actually cost a maximum of 3k, finally after the movers already came they said the move would cost around 5k. We mainly dealt with Zack and John and neither of them were competent, truthful, or helpful. When we called John to discuss the extreme increase of prices he was extremely rude and demeaning. The workers in this company lack respect for the customer and braincells. Although I don't believe this problem is the fault of Olympian I think its important to note that even the movers they connected us to caused a lot of problems. These other reviews must be friends or workers in the company because my experience was completely different. As someone who has no connection to the company I will definitely recommend you to choose a more reputed company, you will skip the scamming and lying.
