   Awful Service, Unprofessional, Stay Away

   Totally unprofessional! Stay away! My experience with Petra Pro was abysmal, and that is being nice. I ordered full packing service. The packers arrived at my home in Maryland and did a HORRIBLE job packing my items. Most importantly, they did not label any boxes, so it was impossible to take any kind of inventory. It was also impossible to determine what boxes went where. Upon arrival, the team made no effort to put my belongs in the rooms where they belonged. Instead, they just threw items in my garage, and anywhere else they could. The team in Maryland left a mess in my home there including pizza boxes, empty bottles and other garbage. Bottom line, this is not a professional organization and should not be trusted with your business.

   Terrible service/ fraud/breach of contract

   This company charged me $8,100 on a $4,600 contract. They did not bring a big enough truck (only brought a 26 ft, to move a household with 3 of everything, including couches) and left 1/2 my house behind. They offered to rent another truck for additional $3,000. Liars/Fraud/Thieves. I had to rent an additional uhaul on my own and find men to load it. Drove 4.5hrs to the new home and then had to unload the truck with my 86 year old father and husband with a spinal cord stimulator as we moved to a remote location and couldn't find anyone to unload the truck. I hate even giving them even 1 star as they did not move my entire home and breached the contract as my contract was for the home not just partial home. I tried to call and speak to Kyle Baker to discuss the issues and they absolutely would not transfer me to him.
