   At the new place, they carried items directly into the rooms instead of stacking everything at the door. When something wasn’t labeled clearly, they asked. Nothing arrived damaged, and the day stayed manageable.

   Brilliant Job!!

   There was one cabinet I thought might be a problem because of the hallway turn. Instead of pushing it through, they stopped, talked it out briefly, and adjusted how they carried it. Nothing scraped the walls or door frame. At the new place, they didn’t unload everything in one pile. They carried boxes room by room and asked when something wasn’t clear.

   There was a moment when the couch didn’t fit through the doorway. Instead of forcing it or getting frustrated, they stepped back and adjusted their approach. It took an extra few minutes, but it saved the couch and the walls.

   Great Job!!

   At the new place, they worked room by room instead of unloading everything at once. When I asked them to shift the bed frame slightly after it was placed, they didn’t hesitate. They also checked each room before leaving to make sure nothing was forgotten. The move wasn’t flashy or dramatic; it was just reliable, steady work done properly.

   The move involved stairs at both places, which usually causes delays. The crew worked steadily without complaining or slowing down. Furniture was wrapped properly, and nothing bumped walls or railings. It stayed calm the whole time.

   There were a few items I was particularly worried about, including a cabinet that’s older and not very sturdy. They wrapped it carefully and carried it upright. When loading the truck, they adjusted the layout so heavier furniture wasn’t stacked against fragile boxes. That alone gave me peace of mind.

    I had a mixed move with boxes from different rooms and a few large pieces that were awkward to carry. The movers didn’t try to rush through it. They grouped items logically, wrapped furniture before lifting, and kept fragile boxes separate without me needing to ask.
