   Fantastic Mover!!

   At the new place, they placed items in the correct rooms instead of stacking everything in one area. When something wasn’t labeled clearly, they asked. That alone saved me time later. The pace was steady and calm, and nothing felt rushed.

   Hard Worker!!

   We had a mix of old furniture, kids’ items, random boxes that weren’t perfectly packed, and honestly just a lot of chaos. The movers didn’t seem bothered by it. They went room by room, asking what needed extra wrapping. My daughter’s small bookshelf was wobbly and I was worried about it breaking, but they stabilized it with padding and carried it separately. They handled the heavier items like the dining table and cabinets without bumping walls, which surprised me because our hallway is pretty narrow.

   I had a couple of heavier items I couldn’t manage alone. They handled those without sliding them on the floor or rushing. The communication was straightforward, not overly formal, just normal people doing a job well.

   This move wasn’t big but involved a few awkward pieces. They stayed patient, didn’t try to shove anything through doorways, and asked where I wanted things placed rather than dropping everything in one spot. Small things like that made the day easier.

   I used this company for a move involving both storage and a new apartment. They separated the items clearly and double-checked before loading. The attention they gave to fragile items like mirrors and lamps was reassuring. When unloading, they asked about placement and made sure nothing was left in the wrong spot. I didn’t need to stress once during the entire day.

   From start to finish, this move went smoother than expected. It wasn’t a huge job, but it included a few oversized pieces that made me nervous. They wrapped everything carefully and used floor runners without even being asked. We didn’t go with full packing, but they still offered help sealing boxes and provided some extra tape and covers when we ran out. It made everything a bit easier.

   This was a long-distance move, and I appreciated how organized the process was. They packed the truck logically, securing items so nothing would shift. Delivery came within the promised window, and everything arrived intact. Communication was clear throughout, with updates provided during transit. At the new home, unloading was quick and methodical. Heavy furniture was placed where I asked, and fragile boxes were handled separately. It was reliable service from start to finish.

   Our household move was large, but the movers managed it calmly. They wrapped furniture, stacked boxes securely, and loaded the truck efficiently.     "ATTENTION-NEVER EVER GET SERVICE FROM THEM" WORST moving Company Ever

    ATTENTION EVERYONE THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. I suggest never getting any service from them because of their cheaper quotes. KENNETH - "SALES REP VERY GOOD AT PROVIDING WORST ESTIMATES". I don't think he studied until 5th grade; he doesn't know how to calculate volume (HE NEVER PICKS YOUR CALL AGAIN ONCE YOU MAKE THE PAYMENT). MARIA & BRYAN CUSTOMER SERVICE (They can't help you either; they disconnect your calls). Their manager is never available, and they don't transfer calls. EVERYONE, THEY ARE NOT A DIRECT MOVING COMPANY; THEY CONTRACT TO OTHER PEOPLE. Let me tell my experience. I requested a quote to move all my items from Ohio to Georgia and I went through all the list of items I have in my apartment, and they quoted a price for lesser cubic feet, saying that everything will fit. They also promised they will take care of additional items as well if we have any and will also take care of TV packing and all other furniture. But once you make the payment, they don't respond to your calls. Once the driver reaches, he says everything is extra: to pack the TV $150 additional, to wrap the furniture $25 additional. He loaded 2 beds, a mattress, and 1 computer desk, 2 chairs, and 20 boxes—that's it. They say we don't have space anymore. For additional space, you need to pay $1200 extra. Let me tell you the list of items I discarded or carried in my truck: Dining table, 4 chairs, TV stand, 4 bedside tables, 2 side tables, 4 stools, 2 ottomans, 2 garden chairs and table, 1 workstation, 10 boxes, 3 computer monitors, 2 suitcases, plants, standing lamps, mirror, coat hanger, and more. (These are all the items I mentioned before the quote, but still they couldn't take them because my space limit was over). Finally, the truck delivered items after 3 weeks, and the truck driver asked for an additional $125 than the bill of lading. When you talk to the Pinnacle Moving Company about this, they respond saying this is what you signed up for; if you don't pay, they don't unload your items. I looked everywhere; there is no mention of $125. Of course, it is "THE PINNACLE GROUP"—this is how it works. I feel pity for the people who working there. Not sure how there heart accepts to cheat/betray innocent people and make a living from them, so pathetic. If you are getting service with them, GOOD LUCK.
