   moving from Mississauga to Fonthill

   My move was handled easily and without incident. I found our contact, Sarah, to be great and customer oriented. They packaged all my artwork, tv's, and mirrors and not a single piece was broken or damaged. They also protected our hardwood floors with heavy drop sheets and set up my furniture including assembling beds etc. I did pay for replacement cost insurance on my expensive pieces of furniture and some artwork. I would suggest this extra cost for peace of mind. Luckily, nothing was damaged. All in all a good experience.

   Overall Ratings Should be Poor.

   Had the do a local move which took about 5 hours.  I had many boxes but four were from Staples, when I started to go through all my boxes, on Staples box was missing that contained all my son's very special belongings. I called to tell them a box was missing and they told me that happened all the time and it would show up.  I left it at that and thought yes, it must be here, it wasn't.  I called again and was told no boxes came back to their warehouse.  My son was frantic because it contained his property.  I called back again and was given the same story. I went into the office to speak to them about my missing box and his wife Patti told me I was stupid for putting expensive items in a box to me moved, the move was only about 20 miles and that was not the point, they failed to deliver my goods. I am working with the BBB and they are refusing me my insurance claim which is against the law. DO NOT use these people, I am not the first person who lost items at their hands and will not be the last.

   Horrible Move at High Price!

   Unprofessional and will ignore your emails once they have your money! Damages, and more! Sent a completely NEW worker as part of Team of 3. VERY clear he was unsure of what & how to move items. I had to step in and assist him by showing him how to carry certain items! Seemed to wander around at times not knowing what to do. Also Made know verbally throughout day he was tired and exhausted. This was main cause of extra long hours and damages. Bed dismantling & build part of service. Found bed pieces in drawers AFTER they left! Had to rebuild /fix myself. Antique dresser found on it’s side/vertically (after asking to be delicate with it). Damaged mirrors, walls, and other items found after the move. Kindly Emailed concerns 2 times, but ignored.…Only answered 3rd email after I CC’d others company affiliates in email. Extremely stressful and very long day due to unprofessional service.

   Not Worth 1 Star. Worst-don't Use Their Services, Trust Me!!

   They had to come to our house on the 17th of January to pick up a bed, couch, kitchen appliances-utensils, and 2 suitcases. For this little amount of stuff in the truck charged us almost $4k. It was supposed to be delivered from Jan 22nd- Feb 6th. What a span right?? Well I told the deliverer I don't know if we can wait that long for a bed and he said that it shouldn't take that long 10 days tops. Well today is the 7th.. After 21 days of picking up our stuff they have traveled 1.5 hours to Toronto from Montreal when they promised our stuff to arrive in Colorado, USA by this time.  21 DAYS and they have gone as far as an 1.5 hrs. I called and they said our stuff "will most likely be there Monday 2/11" they can't give us an exact day or time though. Well considering we need to get off work to get our stuff into our house.. they should at least give us a window but no no one knows when!! Who knows if they will even arrive Monday?? Since they inconvenienced us they offered us $200 dollars! The air mattress we have been sleeping on for the past 21 was more then that.. We asked if they would at least cover the cost of our air mattress. They said NO! Cover the cost of a hotel so we can sleep on a bed for the next 4 nights and she said the $200 we will give you can go to a hotel. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY!! BEWARE- DON'T USE TRUST ME!!
