   Hi We have recently had some of my late mother-in-law's possessions shipped to us here in Australia. I found the sensitivity and care of the staff exemplary. I am a busy CFO and my husband runs his own business so we are always running to catch our tales!! We kept missing things we were supposed to fill in on the forms (or just not responding at all!!) due to work commitments, but the staff were always patient and professional (and gentle!) in their reminders. I would not hesitate to recommend them in the highest terms. Ann R

   Sussex to Texas Everything Perfect

   I was very nervous about shipping our furniture, Ruby at ReloUK put my mind at rest and everything worked perfectly, it was completely stress free. I was worried the items wouldn’t be packed correctly but the packers knew what they were doing, it was all professionally packed and nothing broke at all. I’d not hesitate to recommend ReloUK.

   Warning: Avoid Relo UK for shipments to South Africa - I used Relo UK in July 2023. After a long, stressful process, I finally obtained a court judgment ordering them to pay me—nearly three years later. - On the very day the judgment arrived, they applied to wind up their company, and it looks like they may continue under a different trading name. - Their tactic: quote an unbeatable price upfront, then pile on “made-up” extra charges later. - If my experience isn’t enough, read the online reviews—there’s a clear pattern of similar complaints. My advice: steer clear of Relo UK (and any rebranded versions). Choose a mover with consistently strong, recent reviews, transparent pricing in writing, and clear dispute-resolution procedures.

   Not using this company again

   From the lack of care in packing to discovering a ridiculous amount of breakage. The UK end managed to not load our table top, set legs, and our 4 Xmas trees to donate to a charity here were 'lost', as folks like to try to blame the other end. The SA end were not at fault, UK take no accountability... admin communication is slow to respond, top notes, lack of support or direction and just disappointed - it will teach me to not go on a nice sales man and the middle price. When they missed 4 boxes, we had to take them to them - even with me offering to pay for them to come get them, they showed me they were the wrong choice, but too late as our stuff was loaded. Expensive mistakes learnt, with me now telling you - sign nothing on arrival till all unpacked and checked, as insurance won't honour a thing.

   I am giving 1 star because the team who came to package everything were excellent and it was all done very well. However, the customer service is beyond poor. My items were meant to be on a shipment on 17 June and weren’t. They have not been able to provide any guidance when my items will ship, despite their emails saying they ship to all destinations regularly. I would suggest if you need your items in a timely manner, do not use this company

   Hi Bonnie While we appreciate all nature of feedback, it is important to note that you accepted a service based on Groupage shipment. This is a cheaper option which allows time for us to fill a shipping container. As your shipment was 100th of the space available in the container this was always going to take a certain amount of time. As you rightly state we have continually kept you updated with the status of your shipment which would of loaded on Friday had you not withdrawn payment. I am sorry but I am not sure what else we could have done, as everything we have completed is in line with the quotation you accepted and the advice we provided prior to your acceptance.

    Exposing the Disappointing Customer Service of ReloUK! I am writing this post to share my deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with ReloUK and to warn others about their lack of integrity and accountability. Back in October 2023, I reached out to ReloUK regarding an issue with the shipment of our charity goods to Estcourt, South Africa. To my surprise, the CEO personally contacted me, requesting that I remove my negative Google and Trustpilot reviews in exchange for resolving the matter. He assured me of a swift resolution and personally taking care of the issues at hand. However, it has been three long months since that conversation, and nothing has been resolved. The lack of progress and the broken promises from the CEO have left me questioning the integrity and trustworthiness of ReloUK's leadership. From the very beginning, there were clear deviations from the agreed-upon plan. ReloUK failed to inform me of the necessary documents required for the removal and delivery of the goods, including the crucial import permit. As the supposed experts, they had a duty to inform me of these requirements, but their negligence resulted in significant losses for our organization. To make matters worse, instead of delivering the goods to our offices as instructed, ReloUK arranged for them to be taken to a storage facility by Kings International, without our knowledge or consent. This unexpected change led to additional charges for storage fees and unnecessary delays. Despite my repeated attempts to seek clarification and resolution, ReloUK has provided inconsistent explanations, illogical invoices, and an overall lack of concern for our predicament. This has left us with no choice but to pursue legal action to recover our costs and seek compensation for the time and effort wasted on this matter. It is important to note that ReloUK is known for their deceptive responses to negative reviews, often blaming the consumer and making up excuses. It is crucial to do thorough research and understand that when a company has your goods, you are at their mercy. Most individuals don't have the resources or funds to take these companies to court, which is why they give up. But I assure you, I will not give up. I am sharing this review to expose the disappointing customer service of ReloUK and to warn others about their unethical practices.
