   I WAS SCAMMED‼️

   An Email I sent to Rockstar UN-PRO Movers: am deeply dissatisfied with my move and the scam artist mover you sent!! I was less than EIGHT TENTHS OF A MILE FROM THE STORAGE FACILITY!! ONLY ONE STOP! $947!! And he tried to charge me $50 for credit card payment! I used this company twice and never, have I paid anywhere near $1000! This was highway robbery!! I had two of your guys move me at the height of the Pandemic—Norm and a tall and strong guy like Norm and myself! We cleared out a storage unit, went back to residence, moved the same about of furniture UP AND DOWN STAIRS, then onto location I am currently!! Same distance from the truck to my apartment with an elevator, and we were through by 3:40 PM! You send me Nick, fairly strong and Mike, an out of shape older guy overweight, speaks NO English, for this move and they moved like SNAILS! I was lifting the boxes they used the dolly for! This was a SCAM!! An UTTER MAR ON THIS BUSINESS! I gave a rave review in the past but not now! I was so SCAMMED by Rockstar NOT Pro Movers! A STUDIO APARTMENT TO A STORAGE FACILITY LITERALLY EIGHT TENTHS OF A MILE AND I WAS CHARGED $1000!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Even the people at public storage said that was wrong and the movers were SLOW!! Then, he tells me that he turns his clock back on at 5:00 PM at 4:12PM. At 5:30PM he tells me , hey we worked past 5:30PM! EFF OFF, SCAMMER‼️ Let’s NOT forget how he just stopped the move and REFUSED to do anything when he knew they’d be paid!! Also, I smelled WEED SEVERAL TIMES! And the language BARRIER was obvious. BECAUSE things they were supposed to take THEY LEFT! And ITEMS they were SUPPOSED TO LEAVE, THEY PACKED! Slamming my boxes around, expensive paintings that they better hope there’s no DAMAGE! I’ll find out today! And they also refused to listen to me on how to maximize the space inside the unit! UNBELIEVABLE! I’m also reporting this move to the BBB. I need an itemized invoice too.

   HORRIBLE COMPANY

   By far THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They damaged 90% of our furniture. Damages were estimated to be well over $50K. Their insurance covers $0.60 PER POUND not the dollar amount. So, in my case they DESTROYED a $20,000, 300lb piano, so I would receive $180 for this damage!!! Not to mention all other furniture. UNFORTUNATELY, I started to check all their licenses after the move, turns out that their Carrier Status with CPUC (California Public Utilities Commission) is SUSPENDED Every moving company in CA must have a number with FMCSA, their operating status is: NOT AUTHORIZED Check the pictures attached STAY AWAY!!

    DO NOT USE ROCKSTAR MOVERS!!

    DO NOT USE ROCKSTAR PRO MOVERS!! I cannot stress this enough! Rockstar Movers lie, have terrible communication, and are overall extremely unprofessional. We were moving all our stuff from California to Arizona. I was told the truck and movers would be there Monday between 8am and 10am. Even though we paid for the “White Glove” service where they disassemble and pack everything for us, we still had most of our stuff packed in boxes ready to go for them. By Noon on Monday no one had showed up. I called asking for an update, I was told I would get a call right back – No one called. I called again at 4:00pm, again with a promise someone would call me back – No one called. I called at 5:00pm and was told the truck will be there the next day. No apology, no reason why they didn’t show up, just they will be there Tuesday between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. They did show up on Tuesday, so we made our way to Arizona. The Rockstar contract reads that they will call you and confirm you are available to receive your items. Once they do that the truck will arrive 3-4 days later. We received that call on a Saturday. We were told the truck will arrive to drop off our stuff by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Wednesday came and gone and no truck came. Still no truck by Friday, so I called and asked for an update. I was told I would get a call right back – No one ever called back. I sent an email asking for an update on Saturday hoping I would get a reply on Monday. No reply. I called on Tuesday (one week after the truck was supposed to be there) and the trend of someone telling me they would call me back and never do continued. To jump ahead…2 weeks after the truck was supposed to arrive and after many calls and emails, I received a call from Brian, apparently a manager, at 9:00pm at night. He apologized and didn’t understand why our stuff was put in storage and he would absolutely call me to confirm a date our stuff would arrive…HE NEVER CALLED BACK! When our stuff finally arrived 18 DAYS after we were told it would arrive, they only has one local guy to unload, and reassemble, all our stuff. He was a nice guy, but 1 guy to unload a and reassemble a 2 bedroom house?! He would have been there working for 2 days if myself and a friend would not have helped unload. (So much for the “White Glove” service!) Rockstar Movers lie, have terrible communication, and are overall extremely unprofessional. DO NOT USE ROCKSTAR MOVERS!!!
