   Moved from NY to FL.

   Sega was able to offer me a good price and my move was done with no problems.. they were able to store my items for me for a month for free and I asked for 1st available delivery of 7/6 and my things delivered on 7/8 which worked for me. All in all they did good by me! Thanks guys.

   Dangerous group

   They delivered for us as contractors for my iriginal carrier. They started playing all sorts of games. Not providing the certificate of insurance, and giving us many flimsy reasons on why they cannot bring the semi here. Finally when he delivered the driver Simbala Gassama(Calling himself Mike and Sega) came drunk, started shouting, snatched my phone and tried to hit me. I had to call the police to settle things. After that they were not much of a problem but they had lost a large chest, a cabinet, printer and benches. Also most items were scratched, torn and dirtied

   Moving me to Florida.

   Quoted me around $2800. Showed up day before settlement and said no way will this all fit. Then doubled price and said well we can just leave. They loaded a budget rental truck but not to the top. In hienseight when the Atlas van got to our new house it was filled to top and everything fit to the original square foot. Go figure..SCAM.

   Do Not Use This Company!!

   This lousy moving company definitely should be taken out of business and I don’t know why it is still allowed to exist since there are so many negative reviews. They were so unorganized that they did not have any idea when stuff could be delivered. My stuff was delivered two months after picking up and several items were broken. The movers were so rude and greedy. The first thing they did when they arrived was to ask me to pay them extra 700 hundred dollars in cash on the top of moving fee for no reason otherwise they threatened they would just drive away without delivery. This is absolutely ridiculous. However, I had no choice and had to pay them. One of the guys even yelled at me when I paid them a bit slow. The whole moving experience was terrible. DO NOT USE SEGA TRANSPORTATION INC. !! THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!

   Horrible Experience (6/2017 move).

   I would have given NO stars if possible! There are several reasons for why we were very dissatisfied with the services provided by Sega Transportation, please see below: - They were very unorganized and had no clear process for keeping an accurate account of inventory picked up or delivered. - They displayed no true regard for handling of items (many of the boxes labeled "fragile" arrived crushed). - They were not properly equipped with shoe coverings, and when asked if they could remove their dirty shoes before going upstairs on the brand new carpet, they told me "no", so my 15 year old was left at the landing of the stairs, did their job and grabbed the boxes they handed to him and placed in a common area. - I had to ask them to be careful not to scrape the walls with the boxes, as one of the movers was trying to force a box which was positioned long way on the dolly thru an archway. - Shattered my 50" Samsung Smart tv. - Chipped the accent chair leg in three separate areas. - Broke my 14k ladle belonging to a punch bowl set, which was a family heirloom passed onto me by my grandmother; this is irreplaceable. - Contacted Sega the day my delivery was made in GA to immediately initiate a claim for my damaged goods, only to be told by Amy that she did not have my paperwork and that I would need to call back in two weeks, as by then the driver would be back from making a delivery in TX. - Left four (4) voicemails to inform Sega that my electronics bin was also missing, with no return phone call. Called again yesterday and was told, "didn't you call here already and I told you, you have to wait for the driver to return"? I explained yes, but that was to initiate a claim on damaged items not missing ones. - Amy advised that she could not promise to return my call once the driver returned, and if she didn't, I should call them. I am a military brat, therefore accustomed to moving, but I must say this has been the worst move I've experienced! The movers clearly lacked professional training and know how (probably no fault of theirs, but definitely the company's), and didn't seem to think highly or have much regard for our things.

   Move.

   I would give Sega Transportation a zero star review if possible. My experience of moving from CT to IN was absolutely awful. When my belongings were picked up, I had to pay in cash. This was not told to me prior to pickup. The movers were also extremely sketchy, and solicited for tips. They were very rude, guilting and persistent. They asked for a 15% tip, which is absolutely ridiculous, and made the process extremely uncomfortable for me. That would've equated to a $300 tip for just the pickup. Two months before my belongings were scheduled to be delivered, I received a call informing me that my items were on their way. They ended up storing my items in a local storage near my new home in Indiana, without my permission. They had initially told me they would take my belongings back to their facility in NY. When I scheduled my delivery day, everything sounded great. Unfortunately, they did not inform me of the "two week delivery window." This caused them to deliver my belongings 10 days after the scheduled delivery date, even though they assured me they would come on the scheduled delivery day. This entire experience was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Moving is stressful enough, and Sega Transportation found a way to make it way more stressful. Thank you for being the worst moving company on the planet, Sega Transportation.

   Sega transportation.

   Worse company ever. They should be out of business they picked up my son s furniture 2 weeks ago in New York City they right away demanded additional 600 dollars for additional packing supplies since then the furniture has been sitting somewhere with no trucks in sight. The dispatcher Kalid keeps on saying he does not know where his trucks are. The initial moving company We pack Moving is even worse the original booker arthur Michael promised the moon insisted on collecting 1600 dollars never to be seen or heard from. I am looking into bank fraud with them and legal ramifications with Sega which might not even be authorized to do business.

   Terrible Service.

   This company should be taken out of business. They are dishonest, crooked, unprofessional and every other word you can think of. They just want to seal the deal, get your money. They do not return phone calls. I did not even get to the move phase yet, this was prior to the move and after the deposit. No phone call returns. Unfortunately the deposit was lost as they never responded until after the 5 day refund clause, after repeated phone calls and messages left prior to the 5 day window. I can't even imagine what could've happened if the move went through and completed. EVERY review I have read on every site is negative and terrible about this company. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

   Unresponsive, very late delivery.

   I was in a pinch to hire movers quickly and went to gotmovers.com, put in the items that I needed to move and immediately received calls/emails from different moving companies. SegaTransport was one of those and offered me 'a good deal'. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I had 10 boxes, a bed, small table and a dresser. They promptly picked up my items the next day, March 3rd and I have not heard from them since. I've already paid them over $500. My 'sales guy' Tom Thunder has never returned any of my calls/emails. Among the numerous times that I've called every number that I can find for the company (they don't have a website), I've only gotten two people on the phone. One girl confirmed my items have not left NYC. They were picked up in Philadelphia and should have been sent to Denver. Tom quoted me 7-10 days, when the movers got there, they said it would be 21 days and that Tom 'lied' to me. Its been 30 days. Based on other reviews, I am fearful of the condition of my items if/when they do show up or of other unexpected fees being charged. Any advice is appreciated if you've had experience with this company.

    They sent my stuff to California for no reason.

    I was doing a move in NYC, but needed to keep my stuff in storage for a few months. They said they would keep it in their storage facility in NYC for that period. I called up to ask if I could get it shipped to my new address, and they told me it was shipped to California and are trying to charge me for shipping it to California before delivering it to my address in NYC.
