   Awesome Team!!

   My movers arrived on time and worked tirelessly; we loaded up our entire space and got ready for our next destination in just over an hour. The movers were very efficient, polite and overall they had a great attitude even when they had to carry a heavy dresser on top. I would recommend 100% Skye Moving LLC to all my acquaintances and I will definitely use them again for any of my future steps.

   Amazing.

   James Gervais moved us from Naples FL to MA recently. It was an outstanding experience. James gave us an excellent price, was prompt on arrival, carefully loaded our memories and was especially careful packing my grandmother’s mirror which is over 100 years old and arrived just as James had packed it. I never worried about our things arriving safely. He was in constant contact on the drive north and arrived precisely when he said he would. We have moved over 15 times and by far, this move was the best. James was professional, kind and especially patient with me. Just an all-around great guy. He and his company rate a 10out of 10 rating.

   Customer Service Lives!

   I was remodeling my house and needed nearly everything to be loaded to an on-site POD. A couple months later, I needed the POD to be unloaded back into the house. Of all the aspects of the remodeling adventure (plumbers, carpenters, painters, floor installers, etc.), SKYE is at the top of my list for expert, professional, timely, friendly and reasonably priced services. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of moving and/or storage help. They are positive proof that customer service and satisfaction are still qualities that matter to some businesses today. Thanks again guys!

   Unfair billing practices.

   The moving company was given the right address, but went to the wrong street. They also didn't write down the apartment number, which confused the issue more. They started their time, when they weren't at the apartment (almost an hour before they actually showed up). The person who scheduled the move did not write down the cell phone number I gave him, but copied my office landline from the caller ID. The move was scheduled for Saturday. This mistake lead them to be unable to reach me to clear up the confusion. I got an email that they had arrived, even though they were not there. I called to find out where they were, and nobody answered. Finally, I reached someone on the phone, 25 mins later, and was told they would call the drivers to see where they were. I was assured I would not have to pay for the time they were not there. Vanessa, the operator, stated she could not reach them, but would try again. Nearly 50 mins later, they went to right street (the street they were given in the first place) and started the move. Unfortunately, after the move was over, the driver was unable to change the start time, but assured me he would do so when he got back to the office. He admitted they were late, and lost, and I shouldn't have to pay for that time. Vanessa had also told me the same thing when we were trying to figure out where they were. I tipped both drivers $100 each for their time, and thought they'd sort out the time issue. I waited a week. They did not correct the time. I had to pay an additional $125 (which made the total bill come out to $200 more than I was quoted) because the owner is greedy and refused to correct it. My original quote was for $550 to move a one bedroom apartment in Ocala to a house in Gainesville. The total move time took around 2 hours and I was charged $750, plus the $200 I stupidly gave the drivers thinking they'd correct my bill. While the movers were nice, and relatively gentle with our things, the billing was unfair and owner does care enough about his customers to make it right. Because of this, I cannot recommend this company, nor will I use them in the future.

   Absolutely disgusting!!

   They came to the house with a UHall truck. I thought they were going to come with a company named truck. That was definitely a turn off right away. But we did keep them, their was this tall guy their names Rus didn't like him at all. My husband ask a simple question how long do you think it would take to move our stuff and he didn't give an answer to us their was no experience their. So I got very upset with him and told him also I'm tired of getting ripped off by people the guy we called on the phone said it would cost around 700.00 to 850.somthing. it came to 1200 and something. That was another red flag. Flags all over the place for them. They were very in proffetoinal. They moved the furniture but didn't even know how to move my husbands desk out of the off my husband had to tell then another red flag. They moved our bedroom set and made a huge deal because we had a mirror bed they had to put together that was awful. They didn't even put the third bed together at all not professional at all I would never recommend sky movers to anyone ugh the didn't even take the desk drawers and too the runners round off that the drawers go on Duhh very in professional I would not recommend. It ended up being to much money.
