   Great service and lovely to deal with

   I moved offices and had a ton of wires, monitors, and labeled bins to keep track of. The crew arrived on time and had no trouble with the chaotic layout. They took pictures before unplugging anything, kept all the parts together, and even helped set a few things up at the new space. Honestly, I didn't expect it to go this smoothly, especially with all the tech involved.

   A Dream Team.

   I recently relocated for work and had to move from a small apartment to a furnished place. Most of what I moved was personal items, electronics, and some boxes of kitchenware. Even though it wasn't a big move, the team treated it with full attention. They were careful, showed up on time, and got the job done without a hitch. I'd gladly call them again in the future.

   I had some heavy antique furniture that had been in my family for decades. James called the night before just to double-check the details, which made me feel more at ease. On the day of the move, they handled everything with patience and care. No dents, no corners scraped, and they even helped place things where I wanted them at the new place. I felt completely looked after.

   Poor estimate and poor communication

   The most outrageous service I’ve received from a moving company! My piano was handled so poorly that the legs are now wobbly. Despite paying extra for “special care,” they treated it like any other item and even scuffed the wood. Utterly irresponsible!

   Bad Service.

   After they loaded everything, they told me my stuff would be delivered in two days. A week later, nothing. I called, no answer. Emailed, no reply. Finally, I had to threaten legal action, and suddenly, they found my stuff in their warehouse. When it arrived, my bed frame was missing, my bookshelf was cracked in half, and my expensive rug smelled like gasoline.

    Trust me this company is terrible !!

    Their attitude was downright disrespectful. The crew complained about how tiring the job was, even though I had everything packed and ready to go. They dropped my nightstand on the stairs and then told me I should have hired more people to help them. Absolutely absurd.
