   Best Move I have ever had

   Had the smoothest move. Team was so professional and accommodating. Prices are so much better than any other moving company that I dealt with in the past. The delivery was on time and I’m so happy with how smooth and easy was the move. Would definitely recommend them to my family & friends.

   I had an amazing experience

   From the very beginning, their communication was clear and professional, and they made the entire moving process stress-free. The crew arrived right on time, handled everything with great care, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. What really stood out to me was how courteous and respectful the movers were. They treated my belongings as if they were their own, making sure everything was packed and transported safely. The manager, David, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that I was comfortable with every step of the process.    Terrible Move. Truck was LATE. They added to Cost Estimate

   Movers let boxes roll down a hill and smash into a large Rock; Multiple Lost items!! Box of broken Waterford Crystal; Box of Broken Lenox China; Box of Broken Handmade Centerpieces and Serving bowls; Several Broken Chairs- Chinese Chippendale, and English Chippendale; They added significantly to original Cost Estimate NO Reimbursement; thoughcontacted many times.

   The absolute worst moving experience ever

   Do not hire this company! Do not use them because they appear to be local. They are not. Their front people are friendly and professional but the team that shows up to pack and move you are inexperienced, cannot necessarily read or speak English so they can't read your notes on boxes marked fragile. They showed up at our home for a full pack without boxes. Took 2 hours to get boxes. They did not pack well, objects were not wrapped so many things were broken, irreplaceable objects mishandled and broken/ruined. Furniture crushed on edges, scratched, paintings scratched. There was no regard for our belongings. We had a binding estimate that they wanted to change on the evening of the 2nd day of packing saying they wanted to charge us nearly 3 times the binding estimate because we had so many boxes. Boxes that were not packed correctly. Not a dish pack box in sight. Chewed up & filthy moving blankets were used. Clear packing taped used to wrap items which ruined the outside of things, things that should have gone into boxes because these were small items. Instead they were thrown on the truck. The driver was quite good and insisted I create a list on his notebook to show damages. I did that and I sent a text listing the damage along with photos and an estimate for furniture repair. We have not heard a word from them. There is so much more I could say to rail against this company. They are not a reputable company whatsoever. It was so insulting to see how they handled our belongings and maddening that they refuse to reimburse us or correspond with us. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well and we believe that they broke Federal law by changing the binding estimate of our move after they had already finished packing us. Federal law states that this needs to be done prior to beginning the job. Their driver also drove from GA to lower FL, unloaded our belongings, drove back to GA that same day and returned with the 2nd load of our things the following day. I do believe that would be a violation of labor/trucking laws. This company needs to be closed down.

   Thieves and Non responsive movers

   They stole items and my neighbors saw them put it in the cab of the truck. They did not wrap items that should have been. Items put on the truck did not arrive at the destination. They wanted 3 times plus the cost of the estimate. I told the head guy about items being stolen and he said nothing. also did not give me a form for the damaged bed. Have photos.

   Long distance move

   I had to move my elderly mom from Sc to Fl. I decided to use this company. Beware the sales person Andrew is very convincing that the company is above board. The movers are trained for two weeks, there is insurance for missing or broken items and they will disassemble items and reassemble items at new location. Prior to quote we did a visual walk through with Andrew and he quoted us a decent fee. READ THE FINE PRINT before sending deposit! We then had another visual walkthrough with quality control after deposit was sent and move was scheduled and the price of move was increased by $1100! This was Friday before the scheduled move on Tuesday Movers did arrive, everything was packed pretty good it seemed. More space was used then necessary and imagine that ANOTHER $1200 increase in price! Get to new location and upon arrival the driver is calling wanting $400 in cash because he doesn’t have money to pay his help,which by the way he hired off the local Craigslist, and only 1 of the 2 guys showed up. We of coarse said no we have postal money orders for the final payment that’s all you get. The 1 local untrained guy came to unload and he alone unloaded the ENTIRE house. The actual driver,employee of the company sat in his truck and did not help. My husband who had bending and lifting restrictions had to assist to get the job done. There was NO REASSEMBLYof items as promised. Truck got done and left and while unpacking noticed missing item and broken items. Called and am still waiting 2 months later for that return call! DO NOT use this company you will be a nervous wreak and much lighter in the pocket by the end of it. Highlight: our company hired the local guy who unloaded the truck alone because he was such a hard worker.

   Complete Thieves and complete extortion

   If you want to get lied to routinely, then agree on a moving price that all of a sudden changes when they have 90% of your stuff loaded in trucks to then get a phone call from the Coo of the company and basically get extorted for more money or they aren't moving you… Then this is the company you want to hire… So i had no choice, so i bumped 3k to be paid by credit card at delivery the next day…. Are you ready for this… the employees at my house delivering my stuff said they don't give a crap what the Coo said…they wanted 3k cash on a sunday so I had to call the cops to come out because they said they were leaving with my stuff.. When all done left a mess everywhere, did not clean up… never hooked up washer and dryer. This company is a complete joke and doesn't give a crap about you… just there money. They also tried to have my father in law sign bill of laiding paper work on my behalf without me knowing.., DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! You will regret it if you do..

   This company held m belongings hostage

   After jacking up my price and charging my account without permission, the driver refused to deliver unless I paid an extra $400 for “unloading,” which was already included in my contract. When my stuff finally arrived days late, boxes were crushed, fragile items destroyed, some of my belongings were missing, and I was even given items that weren’t mine. They showed up hours late, unprofessional, and careless. This was extortion, plain and simple. Do not trust them with your move.

   Worst experience I’ve had in a long time

   We contracted for a move July 28&29, estimated a day and a half to pack for a binding estimate price of $18784. The movers arrived after lunch on the 29th without packing material needed. We had made plans for a cleaning firm to clean the afternoon of the 29th after we were packed for a closing on the 30th at 9 am. The team arrived short handed and the manager said he was a manager and didn’t do the work. My 74 year old wife and I (76) packed in advance over 180 boxes of the small stuff and packed with the team until 4:30 am. The manager left about 10;30 after raising the price from the binding estimate to $31,000l and.leaving only three people to finish the pack. The packing ended at 6:30 am and didn’t have enough room to finish the packing, telling us they would bring another truck later in the day. The second truck arrived late the evening the 30th after we had sold the home. We found out the next morning that at 12:30 am they could load our two golf carts and had to leave them but the team slept in the truck. The new owners were very upset. We had to arrange separate transport for the golf carts at a higher price. When the truck arrived to deliver our goods we had a better experience as the manager of the delivery was an independent truck driver who did his best with an adequate team for unloading. We have found significant damage to goods and have missing goods. We are considering filing for an arbitration hearing at additional expense to us. I strongly advise not to use this firm. They did a online viewing of our home and goods to move in advance and had a “binding” estimate that change significantly when we couldn’t make a change to another company. Our move was only 225 miles…..We had little communication as no one answered the phone when we called. Overall a terrible experience that we didn’t expect as prior moves with other companies went as planned and priced…….

    Stay away - scam artists

    If I could give zero stars I would. $2800 estimate turned into a $7000 bill. Once they have your furniture they hold you hostage for additional funds. We never received items and our dining room table, desk, bedroom furniture were all damaged. They send you to a claims company who requires signed bill of lading they never send. After 90 days the claims are automatically closed. Do not do business with this company.
