   Unprofessionalism of Tony & son, Joe.

   Never use this compay - spread the word. Rude, rude, unprofessional and don't know what the word customer service means.Left a sculpture on their truck and because we finally had to resort to file a complaint against them with a Miami-Dade agency, they made us make a 2hr. round trip to their warehouse to retrieve it, after promising to deliver it a month ago."Quote Joe, Tony's son "Since you filed a complaint against us, you don't think we are going to help you" - What do they mean by that - they are the ones that didn't take it off the truck.   Their employees - Shawni, Javon, Kyle & Mikey are very pleasant - Too bad they have to work with people like Tony & Joe - Anyone need good help - call them. They deserve better - Bet they are awful bosses, They can't complain because I am sure they need their jobs.   My husband and I have never, ever had an experiernce like this. We are spreading the word so that others will be spared - there are many more professionals in the business you could go to.

   The Best.

   I was sceptical when I got a 5 Hour estimate for my move so I budgeted for 6. They finish early!! I would highly recommend Sureway to anybody, in fact I already have. They were prompt, professional and very friendly. The Sureway team went out of their way to make sure our move was stress free. The even brought extra boxes with them. A.

   Mover is a thief.

   WORST EVER 2009 used them to relocate.. ,,everything that was written up on paper was DENIED..charged  more or refused to deliver..   THEY ARE THIEVES..do not USE!!   when I threatened to exposed the ROBERT the owner? Said that I wouldn't do it because people want to forget & never post anything..   im very late but here it is !!   told move would cost 1975.00   made me pay $ 3625.00.

   Do Not Use!!

   I will never use this moving company again and would NOT recommend anyone else to use it as well. I did an instate move and they were late 3 hours caused me to miss my cable installer (which I had to wait 4 days). On top of being late they got my new mattress set dirty, didn't put boxed that were labeled in the appropriate rooms and didn't put some of the furniture they took apart back. The owners are rude and leave you nasty voicemails. They charm you initially and then screw you over.

   Not Moving With This Company.

   Not moving with this company, the owner is very rude person. Please go to other moving company. The give the propose but in the last moment change the price.

   We took a $50 deposit on a move to Orlando that was scheduled for August 1st (OVER TWO WEEKS FROM TODAY). An employee quoted $1260. which was confirmed in an email. An error was made in the quote, leaving out the fuel surcharge of $250.00. When it was realized, over two weeks prior to the move date, the employee contacted Mr. Schwartzman immediately to give him the opportunity to either cancel or correct the quote. Mr Schwartzman got very nasty and insisted that we move him for that price. The owner then called Mr. Schwartzman to try to explain the situation that we can not do the move for the $1260 and we would be happy to refund his deposit, so he has time to get another mover if he was not comfortable with the situation, which is understandable. Mr. Schwartzman then started yelling and using profanity, so the owner told him to find another mover and we would refund the deposit, and proceeded to hang up. Mr. Schwartzman called back using very nasty vulgarity and making threats. At that point we refunded his money and that is what resulted in this review. We did not wait until the last moment like a unscrupulous mover would do. We gave the customer over two weeks notice about the correction on the price. Mr Schwartzman argued that the employee should pay out of his pocket for the fuel charge. We are an honest and reputable company for over 22 years!!, That is why we hold an A PLUS rating with the Better Business Bureau!!
