   The five movers—Dan , Ben , Moe , JD, and Oscar—who helped with my move were efficient, respectful, and had such a cheerful attitude that it truly eased the stress of the day. They worked so quickly and smoothly that I didn’t even have time to snap any pictures! The video estimate was a new experience for me, but it turned out to be a major time-saver during an already hectic period. I highly recommend Safe Hands Relocation and the amazing crew who assisted with my move

   Great service overall.

   Great service overall. Movers were strong and fast, just wish the truck had arrived an hour earlier. Still, everything was intact and the price was fair. Solid moving company. The estimate was accurate, the team worked hard, and the cost was reasonable.

   Safe Hands really lived up to their name. Everything was done carefully and the movers were respectful the whole time. Solid moving company. The estimate was accurate, the team worked hard, and the cost was reasonable.

   WOULD STONGLY CAUTION USING THIS COMPANY

   Would strongly caution families—especially anyone arranging a move for elderly or vulnerable parents—before trusting this company. I chose Titanic based on a personal recommendation and assurances that my elderly parents would be treated with care. I explained that my father was in poor health, his wife had dementia, and I was coordinating their move from Connecticut to Florida from another state. Based on their small apartment and belongings, I was told the move would cost approximately $2,978, give or take, and I paid the deposit. We were then handed off to another company and asked to measure nearly everything. The estimate suddenly increased by approximately another $6,000. During this stressful process, my father was hospitalized while his wife remained in Connecticut. We ultimately did not proceed: NO MOVE OCCURRED. NO PICKUP OCCURRED. NO MOVING SERVICES WERE PERFORMED. Although there was a 72-hour cancellation provision, I was dealing with a family medical crisis and coordinating care from another state. This was not a casual change of plans. I understand that companies have policies, but this situation involved elderly and vulnerable people, and no services were provided. I am deeply disappointed that the assurances I received were not honored. Families arranging moves for elderly parents should carefully review cancellation terms, confirm who will perform the move, and understand how much the final price may change before paying a deposit. I sincerely wish I had.
