   Very efficient and professional

   Great move. Professional, fast, efficient. Moved my five bedroom house. Very happy with the way David organized and supervised the movers. The packing was done the day before and the move was the next day.

   The most unprofessional workers. Owner David charged me for 3 hours for a 2 hour job. His movers moved like 4 boxes at a time on a dolly when it could’ve been moved faster on a flatbed provided at the storage unit. When I asked one of the movers if he can add some more items on his way down. He told me not to talk to him. I called the corporate office and they referred me back to the mover/owner, David who then said we are moving it and never said anything to his staff. This has been unprofessional and mentally draining. I would NOT recommend this company. Also, David the owner told his movers to stop moving things off the truck to my new location until the cash app is completed. I showed him the picture it was paid from the app and the confirmation from my bank that it was processed. He literally stood in my driveway and told the movers to wait til it cleared his phone which took 5 or so minutes. So everyone is just waiting outside. DONT DO THIS if you want professional movers!!!

   Run! do Not do Business!

   RUN RUN RUN!! should have never even gave this company my card information. I was promised a free night with overnight storage due to moving in my new home a day later. They were very nice initially until they got my card info! I called one day prior to my move to confirm everything and they said they would have never told me I would have got a free night, plus there is more costs associated with the move! They said they would call back to see what they could do for the free night of storage. Didn't hear anything by the end of that day. The next morning I'm calling multiple times.. no answer.. left voicemails. They didn't call me back until 1 hour before I moved. By that time I had to get a uhaul because I didn't get a call back, and I didn't have the money for all the extra fees. It took me and my wife 12 hours to move our things due to no help. I told them not to come because it was too late and they charged my card $240 ! I've called and left voicemails for the manager to call me, no returned phone calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! This company is a bunch of fraudsters. Hopefully this message reaches at least 1 person considering doing business with them. Please believe the low reviews, they must have their family and friends posting the 5 star reviews!

   Domonique, we are sorry that we did not provide you with a good experience. When a customer e-signs and confirms a move we make sure a crew is scheduled and ready. Unfortunately, the move was cancelled on the day of the move and our policy clearly states the deposit is non-refundable in this case. We do accommodate based on availability if a date change is necessary ahead of time. Everything is done in writing and we disclose any additional fees, if any, including storage costs, prior to the reservation. Toda Moving & Storage cares about its customers. We know moving is a stressful time and we take all inquiries seriously and will look into your concerns.

   Worst movers I have ever had.

   I hired them to move me on 2/6/2018. Make sure you never use this company, they are by far the worst moving company I have dealt with in 20 years. The estimate was half of the actual final cost, hours before the move they called to say there would be only 2 movers not the 3 they quoted. The move took 6 hours, not the three that was quoted. The truck they showed up in was not large enough to move everything, and had to find a way to move a storage closet full of things myself after the fact. Despite having all boxes labeled with what room they belonged in, and even signs upon the doors of all rooms, less than half of things were actually put in the correct rooms. Many of the boxes arrived crushed and upside down. They cracked the support back of my couch and the arm broke loose, and they refused to file a claim and reimburse me, so that is another $800 I am out on top of the several hundred just to get them to move me. They left wads of tape and tape rolls everywhere at both the old and new place.

   Slow & Inefficient Company!

   WARNING!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TODA MOVING & STORAGE!! Extremely SLOW, inefficient and inexperienced company. You will end up wasting money and your time. Consider this your warning. By the way, this company is now located in Atlanta, GA. Despite the fact that they don't have very many reviews, I decided to take a chance on hiring this sleazy company. Big mistake! First off, I hired them for 9am and they didn't show up until 10am! They called at 9:15 and said "they left the office at 9" but were stuck in traffic. Here's the thing - if the job is at 9, why are you leaving the office at 9?? Real professional. Also, I know traffic is bad in Atlanta, but there is no way it took them an hour to get from their "office" in Druid Hills to my location in Atlantic Station. They charge you a bogus $99 travel fee, they don't even have the decency to be on time and then one of them asked to take a bathroom break literally 30 minutes after they got there. I mean, I'm not an unreasonable person, but not on my dime and definitely not after they were already an hour late. Use the bathroom before you get here, since you're taking your sweet time anyway! "Dave" - who apparently is the owner and was also 1 of the 2 movers - had to be in his late 50s, early 60s. Maybe this is the reason it took them almost 2 1/2 hours just to load the truck!! I had a small 1000 sq. ft. condo with the basics - sofa, chair, bed, nightstand, desk, TV, bookcase, console, lamps, mirrors and like 10 boxes. Our freight elevator is double-sized and all of my furniture could have easily fit on it in one trip.. or at least it did when I moved in. But these guys seemed completely inexperienced and inefficient (probably on purpose), it was like this was their first move something. What could have been one trip on the elevator turned into 8-9 trips! Once we got to the storage unit (which was only 1.1 miles away), "Dave" tells me that he thinks the job was going to take 4-5 hours.. and I told him not a chance! I am former military, I have moved around a lot in my life and this job should have only taken 3 hours max.. that's if I was dealing with a moving company that knew what they were doing! It was clear that "Dave" was gouging, so I literally had to start helping unload. I basically told them to get all of my furniture off their truck and into the storage lobby. At one point I saw one of them (a grown MALE, mind you) carrying one bar stool at a time, while I (a 135lb. FEMALE) was able to carry TWO! I say this just to give you an idea of their lack of efficiency. The final straw was when I sent them to put the sofa and bookcase in the storage unit and they disappeared for 20 minutes!! I was livid!! By the time they came back, I had single-handedly unload the remaining HALF of the truck.. BY MYSELF! I had to call them to come back downstairs and when they did.. I FIRED THEM FROM THE REST OF THE JOB! By this time, 4-hours had passed and 80% of my furniture was still sitting in the storage facility lobby. However I was so annoyed with the inefficiency and blatant disrespect for my time/money, I just preferred to finish the job myself!! I gave "Dave" $400 (which he was lucky to get).. and he had the nerve to say "I'll see you in court for the remaining $20"! LAUGHABLE. After they left, I managed to get all of my remaining furniture (which was pretty much most of it) onto an elevator, unloaded into my storage unit and finished the job in 1-HOUR.. again, by myself!! Funny, it took TWO supposedly professionals 2 1/2 hours to do the exact same thing! TODA MOVING & STORAGE IS BY FAR THE SLOWEST & INEFFICIENT MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! They have no regard for you (the customer), no respect for your time and will drag their feet to try and earn a quick buck. "Dave" you might have conned yourself an additional $100 today, but the jokes on you! Clearly, I will need a moving company again next month to move my furniture OUT of storage.. and guess who I will NOT be calling! Furthermore, a good customer review online is far more valuable than your nickel & dime tactics. Do better business and stop being a sleazy moving company!

Everything was explained to you in great detail, including the arrival time between 9 and 10 am. Sorry to hear that you felt the movers were slow. Because of the nature of your items they needed to be wrapped very well - which does take some time. We know moving can be stressful and hope that some of these remarks are due to that frustration.    Stay away,.

   This company broke my furniture, and doesn't want to pay for them. Also chargers double the amount then given by the estimate. He didn't listen to the instructions on how to dissemble the furniture. then he claims that he only covers you for 30 cense per pound. very poor service. don't use him ,he will call you to court after fact as well.

   Toda Moving & Storage, Inc. is a fully licensed and insured customer oriented business. We have been in the moving industry for the past 20 years. We have many happy customers and would be happy to give anybody our hundreds of references. We provide a flat hourly rate that does not change and offer a refund for any damages that we incur. The customer had twice the inventory then he originally stated when he called the same day (in a big hurry) to move as soon as possible. He also did not want to accept the insurance terms after he signed. Unfortunately, this customer was unwilling to cooperate under the terms and conditions of the contract. We have many happy customers and would be happy to give anybody our hundreds of references.
