   Moving Company Scams People For More $$.

   Critical: Quality, Value BEWARE THIS COMPANY SCAMS PEOPLE FOR MORE MONEY .. You have to pay cash only .they scam you from the estimate on, Then when they arrive before they start working, for 30 mins ,the foreman looks over you residence and what has to be done. Even though the sales guy says all packing for $150 the foreman tacks on additional fees. You have to pay in cash before they lift a finger. Then they go slow one box at a time with only 3 men for a 4 man job. Slowest furniture moving too,,,They must go slow purposely to get you to pay for more hours. Then they get lost going to final location arriving an hour late. They charge you by the hour since they work at a snail's pace. I ended up paying for an additional 4 hours.Plus an extra $300 for items not included in the quoted $150 packing fee that the salesman says will cover everything don't worry. So instead of paying $1132 I was scammed for additional $900. The foreman kept saying he will get charged for boxes. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS,,,,YOU WILL BE SWEET TALKED INTO A LOW ESTIMATE THEN SCAMMED FOR ALMOST DOUBLE ON THE MOVING DAY IF YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS!!

   Do Not Use True State Moving.

   True State Moving company was horrible! Vladimir has not been kind on the phone and has talked down to me as a woman. On pickup, the movers said they would put my bike on the truck for $150 cash - $75 to each mover. My stuff was not delivered on time, and as of this review, I still do not have my stuff. I moved from PA to TX. As of tomorrow, they will have had my stuff for 21 days. Complaints have been filed. EVERY TIME I call customer service, I get routed immediately to Vladimir, who gives me BS answers. My stuff left their yard on Sunday, and I was not called to be informed about this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS AND DO NOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.

   They stole my jewelry and broke my furniture& scamming me of $8200.

   Please DO NOT USE this company !! Theu stole $ 80 000 worth of jewelry and broke my expensive furniture but let me start from the beginning to explain the nightmare I am currently living because of them. I had to move from ny to out of state, true state gave me a quote of $2800 something I provided pictures of my furniture to the sales guy and told them I had more than 60 boxes .. he said it wouldn’t much more for the extra boxes Couple 100 dollars only , I insiste that I didn’t want a surprise the day I move so I wanted an accurate quote and send him proper pic to asses. When the movers came they came with a small truck while I specifically asked and was promised a big truck because I have a 3 bed apt well furnished and a lot of boxes . Surprise surprise when he saw my stuff .. now the day of the moving date .. they are telling me the guy did the quote totally wrong !! I told them sorry I have proof of my convo with him and all the pic send .. the price of my moving tripled !! Yes you hear that right .. on the day of the move they told me it’s $8200. We went from $2800 to $ 8200!! I don’t have any option I already starting a new lease and I had to give the apartment back to the landlord !! I tried to negotiate for 2 hours with them because it was there mistake .. impossible !! I had to break my bank .. but if only if only that was all .. once my furniture arrive more than 10 days later ( they also lied about when it would be there they promised a week ) a lot of my stuff was broken the mover didn’t even finish the job they pretend they did but left everything they were supposed to unpack packed with their blankets, They didn’t remounted the furniture as well pretending they couldn’t find the hardware ( which they are suppose to have since the moves me out) they even left their dolly and a piece of furniture outside in the street !! You want to know why because they somehow went into my personal closet which was not part of the move ( no furniture would even fit in there and they were not allowed to go in) so they went trough some of my luggage’s open they putting shit everywhere and stole my $50 000 watch and others jewelry .. total worth about $ 80 000!! Turns out when I called the cops and moving company that they hired local people without background check or anything not even their ID ( the moving company could give me the last name of the guys that came and was themself looking for who they Were) so instead of professional movers I got professional thief that stole my staff.. and broke my furniture and left like thief because they were thief !! So do not I repeat to not hire this company.. pay little more ID of all movers coming to your place make sure the m’y actually work full time for the company !! This is am the worst experience of my life and obviously this is going to court !! I will see if I can upload pic and I already did file a police report trying to file a complaint Today but the owner Is ignoring my calls !!

   No communication.

   Longer than expected delivery. Price was okay. My biggest problem is the lack of communication. I literally had to call every few days to get an update on my move. Not one phone call was made to me unless I emailed or left a voicemail. PriceLine logistics seemed to have great service, but they pick a 3rd party delivery company (the company is “True state moving”). Check the rating on yelp for that company. 2/5 stars. Would never signed up for that if I had know.

   Long Distance move.

   Moved cross country. Pick up was excellent guys worked hard stored everything in truck well. Everything went downhill after that. Communication non existent. Finally arranged to deliver several weeks later only to have them repeatedly miss miss date (cost me money to fly back to be here when they initially committed to deliver). Then when they did come they tried to charge a second time for shuttle truck (uhaul truck used for several deliveries that day for which they charge each customer $650). The had piled boxes 8 and 9 high. Two guys with one only taking items off doing so in such a haphazard manner numerous items broken so I had to cart items with other guy into house. Dismal service and would hope never to deal with them again. They may be ok for local service in and around NJ but they dump cross country work onto low cost partners with no oversight or controls.

   Liars, worst move experience.

   Worst moving experience. Grant has a serious case of liabetes. Every thing he says is a lie. The movers come a day early because “a truck is in the area.” We decided not to move several large items from the quote, despite this our cost doubled. They put a hole in the wall at our old house. After weeks of waiting they call to say they will arrive at 4pm. It 4:30pm they call and insist the roads are too narrow and I will have to pay for a shuttle. How much will this add? $900 they say. They claim is based on the cubic feet of my belongings. Unfortunately there is no cubic feet listed on my contract. They graciously negotiate down to $600. The heavy guy in charge littered on my lawn. Nothing was set up as Grant promised. Half a dozen dishes were broken as my things were dumped in my living room. My husband learned the hard way how the hole was put in the wall at the old house. When he sat on the couch it tipped as they set the broken leg under that end of the couch as if I’d never notice. Don’t believe the positive reviews you see, it’s their friends, family and probably some bots.
