   Five stars for United Moving Experts ++.

   Fair pricing, had a lot of heavy stuff to move with specific shapes that hardly could get out of the door. United Moving made it easy for me. Good customer Service. Everything was on time. Took good care of my kitchen and all other stuff inside it, specifically my glasses and plates, They have my five starts for a great and professional work. Made me think twice about moving with the help of family and friends again. Hopefully won't move for a good while but in case will contact United Moving Experts Again. Five Starts ++ for United Moving Experts.

   I am very impressed with their services, Their customer service is awesome, very polite, mannerable, and didn’t break a thing, I will be using United Moving Experts again if I move in the future. I had them move my furniture from Columbus Ohio to Watertown Wi. They were on time picking up and dropping off which was very critical to my schedule due to me having surgery later that day.. Being that I recently became disabled having United Moving Experts help me transition and have a smooth process was great. They followed the extra instructions that was given to them and I didn’t have to repeat myself twice. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get help moving at a low cost. Thanks United Moving Experts Team!

   Got me from state to state.

   I recommend these movers if you are moving from state to state with many belongings and have to get there quickly and efficiently. They do what they stay they are going to do, which is move all your things with care and respect. When I had them move me from down from Michigan to New Jersey, I thought they were going to throw my belongings around in a truck but they treated my stuff with care.

   Fraud scam.

   Benjamin Curtis, Darell, and Jaylin are all scam artists. This is not a real company. Look at the Better Business Bureau. It was closed down and the phone number on the website is disconnected. Benjamin Curtis is a scam artist and his girlfriend Jaylin operating under the name of a closed business. They told me they would be here 2 days ago and nobody ever showed. My credit card was charged the invoice amount of nearly 2,000 dollars and then today it was charged for another $5,000. I have his cell phone number and he blocked me and now I am fighting the charges with the bank and filing legal charges. It is fraud.

   Recently used them for a state to state move. They of course are just brokers but never ever have I experienced such a horrible scam of a company in my life. Once the items were picked up, they literally disappeared. There were a ton of discrepancies with my belongings from the moving company they randomly selected to move my things. I called for 5 days straight each day they told me “someone would call me back” I could never find any manager or any real customer service. I ended up getting threatened my move rescheduled multiple times. Including day of. Please please please whatever you do DO NOT USE THEM. it was one of the most stressful moves of my entire life. Never again.

   Terrible Experience.

   This is a terrible company. When I say stay away from Brokers, please do it. They will not only under-estimate your move to win the quote, but then you will be responsible for all extra charges so at the end, it is more expensive than going direct. My move was from Wisconsin to Michigan and it was The Worse experience ever. It is unbelievable how abusive United experts are not only toward its customers but also towards the third party companies that they hired. I Don’t know how people can work there since this is a company that takes advantage of people. They promised a full VIP experience. I paid for full packaging, delivering and all the good stuff, but instead, I got nothing. The company that they sub-contract wasn’t even aware of it. These people didn't even know they had to packed my items. Honestly, if you research companies, trust me, THIS IS NOT WORTHY. Go direct and do not do business with them. They will be so nice up front. You will actually trust them because they will follow up with you and go above and beyond. After you signed the contract, you can’t even called them back because it is NOT a normal number. I hope you STAY AWAY!

   Stay Away From Brokers!

   I will advised you to stay away from this company. Yes, it is a gamble. You never know who they will sub-contract. They under quote you to get the job, even though they might assure you that everything is fine! Stay away from them. I pay over $10K and the service and overall experience was terrible. Yes, you are doubting whether or not you should save even $1,000 or more, but IT IS NOT WORTHY. They go above and beyond prior to winning your business. After that, you can't even find the people that helped you or a direct number. PLEASE, do yourself a favor, and don't ever hired them. You will thank me later!

   Worst company, fraud company, never use this company.

   This is the worst company I ever saw, on the day of pickup my household their vendor increased the quote from $1537 to $2600 they said there are lot of stuff in one bedroom, now when I asked them to send my stuff their vendor company is asking for another $1000 as they are saying that I am asking them to deliver stuff in texas but it was originally decided with the united moving company that I need my stuff either in texas or atlanta at the time of booking they said there will not be any extra change as the price is same for both location. but now when I am asking them to deliver in texas they are asking for $1000, this is too much and its like a blackmailing because they have my whole household. I will never recommend this company to anyone, I am facing its a big fraud company.

    Service sucks-took almost 3 weeks to deliver.

    I will never use their services again. The price is 3 x amount the estimate. It takes over 2 weeks for the delivery. The drivers cannot speak English and are very rude. This delivery service sucks!
