   Sublime Experience!

   I had to move out of my place in a hurry because of a sudden change in my plans, and I was not really prepared for it. The movers adjusted to my situation without making things difficult for me. They worked through my unorganized packing and still managed to get everything sorted. By the time we reached the new place, I felt a lot more at ease than I did in the morning.

   Peaceful Service!

   The crew came to the house and got straight to work after a quick look around. They wrapped and secured items before loading and handled things in an orderly way. The loading was done with care, and nothing was rushed. Once we reached the new place, they followed the layout instructions without mixing things up. The move stayed quiet and controlled throughout the day. It did not turn into a long or chaotic process.

   Efficient and polite moving company!

   Great to work with a team that actually does what they say. We had to move during business hours, and they planned around our schedule. The movers showed up on time and moved all the office furniture without causing problems. They worked carefully, and nothing was rushed or sloppy. I liked that they asked before moving anything that looked tricky. The whole thing felt easy and stayed on track. It was clear they knew what they were doing. Would book United Transportation Moving & Storage again without thinking twice.

   Efficient and careful crew

   The move went well for the most part, and the crew handled our furniture with care. We did have a delay that made the day longer than planned. Once they arrived, the work moved along efficiently. Communication improved as the move progressed. Overall, it was a good experience with a little room for improvement.

   The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

   MOVERS BEWARE!!! If I could rate negative I would. Used this service to move cross country from Ohio to Florida and will never again. They said they would not pack jewelry or guns and so I thought I was safe to pack those later on my own. However come to find out they did “pack” my items but upon unboxing everything found these were STOLEN. They stole a diamond tennis bracelet, a gold class ring, two gold wedding bands, a Glock handgun (sure hope they don’t plan to commit a crime), a 9/11 commemorative knife, and a Mickey Citizen watch. Additionally they helped themselves to and ate my food without asking and trashed my yard. I am filing a police report but please be warned this is not a reputable company and I would avoid at all costs!!! I’m very disappointed, upset, and just sick to my stomach that someone would do this. Update to add: they said because they “don’t” pack guns and jewelry our claims were false despite them being the only ones there to pack the boxes and haul to the truck. I guess ghosts really due exist because still to this day our items are missing. Movers beware.

   This company is an absolute disgrace. Our moving experience has been HORRENDOUS because of this company. If you are reading this, please save yourself the headache and go with someone better. Our items were packed up terribly in New Mexico. Lightbulbs were placed in boxes with our items and of course were shattered by the time HALF of all of our items arrived in Florida. Everything was covered in broken glass. Our dressers, bed frames, shelves, furniture, dishes, totes marked fragile, glasses, vases, lamps, stands, tool chest, and safe were all completely destroyed or damaged. They charged us extra money for more cubic feet and assured us that everything would arrive in FL together. But instead, it was divided in half, and even though everything was packed up in NM in June, it is now April,, and the second half of our stuff is still not here in FL. We were told that our items would be stored inside but were clearly NOT. Everything is full of dirty water stains, bugs, dirt, and cobwebs. It is disturbing the lack of care and consideration that this company has for people’s hard earned items. Complete disregard for people and their things. Also, items that were packed together are no longer together. Our child’s bedding that was packed in a tote, was brought to FL shoved into a destroyed dresser. Clearly our stuff has been gone through and items have been stolen. We are currently filing a claim and have been updating this company through emails every step of the way. We have documentation of everything, and haven’t heard back from this company yet. If these issues are not corrected COMPLETELY, we will take further action against them. This kind of service, (if you can even call it that) will NOT be tolerated. Please, do yourself a favor, and do NOT hire this company!

    I finally wanted to share my disappointing experience with United Tran

    This review is long overdue, but after my move from NYC to Las Vegas, I finally wanted to share my disappointing experience with United Transportation Moving & Storage. At first, the booking process with Andy was smooth enough, and that gave me confidence in choosing them. Since there wasn’t a lot of information available online about the company, I took a chance based on a few decent reviews and their mid-range pricing. Unfortunately, things became stressful once the actual move started. While Sergey and his co-worker handled the pickup professionally, I later found out that the company works with other carriers for national moves, which was not clearly explained upfront. That was frustrating because I expected a more direct and organized service. The biggest problems came during delivery in Las Vegas. I live on The Strip, where moving logistics are already difficult, but the driver repeatedly got lost and missed the scheduled delivery window. My building requires advance notice for move-ins, so this caused major inconvenience and unnecessary stress. I had to spend a lot of time coordinating with dispatch and rescheduling everything for the following day. Although Vitaly from dispatch remained calm and polite throughout the situation, communication overall could have been much better. By that point, my patience was completely gone due to the delays and confusion. Thankfully, my belongings eventually arrived without damage, but the overall experience was far more stressful than it should have been. For a long-distance move, reliability, timing, and coordination matter just as much as keeping items intact — and this company fell short in those areas. In the end, while there were a few professional employees involved, the delivery issues, poor coordination, and lack of transparency made this move far from a positive experience.
