   Great job.

   This company was great. Diego, Juan, and Daniel were on time, very diligent, very pleasant and polite, professional, knowledgable, and very fast. Even though there were some unexpected issues with one of my items which was far too heavy and bulky for the three of them to handle, the very next day Cesar, Juan, Daniel, and Brian came back and delivered it at no extra charge.    The best!

   Our experience was the total opposite to the first review listed within this site. The service provided was excellent from the office staff, warehouse, movers and drivers. Each exemplified professionalism and respect toward us and our belongings.Key to the success was that one of the movers was also the delivery driver. That made it more personal. I heard many horror stories and I could not relate any such stories. Thank you.

   Rip-off and worse moving company

   I do not think they even deserve one star. I hired them to move me for 1.7miles, less than 5 minutes move. They charged me over $1800 for this. I paid full insurance for the move. The movers were sitting around and not doing anything in the hallway, when I asked, they said they are waiting for people to bring drill. That wait they claimed was “2 hrs. and 4 people that they billed me”. They used the drill when they are packing the items and only 5 minutes’ drive. My place has video and can proof this. When they put the furniture in the room, I notice a huge chip on my dresser - and their response they have no idea what happen. When they slide the railing and hit the dresser, I was there and saw that happen. Then, they destroyed my shoe storage and told me, it was destroyed. And after they left, my 8x10 area rug was missing, I called them, and they denied and said was delivered. I called my old apartment and they pulled out over 60 camera footages and found the rug outside of the building and they saw the movers left there. The dresser and nightstand they damaged were brand new and cost around $8000. I sent the receipt to them and they said they will pay me $550. $8000 to $550, how do you even come up with this number. I told them I need to dispute this because the amount is too low to get them repair. The claim lady said - this is the final settlement and sent me a two pages document – looks like ransom note that we saw from movie – cutout from newspaper with strange wording like “notary republic” and incomplete sentences. They are clearly committing some insurance fraud with that page. I moved cross counties for so many times and this was the worse moving company I ever used. I filed a BBB case against them and suing them now at small claim court. This company is a rip-off and fraud. Talking about customer service, I cannot believe that they are doing this to their customers. Someone shall investigate their paperwork and find out how many cases that they over charge customers on insurance and not paying the damages.

   Rip-Off of a Company

   A number of years ago, we hired this rip-off company to pick up household goods and make two stops. Goods which were clearly marked #1 were to be delivered to Location A in New York City, while Goods #2 which were clearly marked were to be delivered to Location B in New Jersey. All this was REPEATEDLY explained to Wade Odell. Simple, right? (And the price quoted reflected that two-stop delivery.) Well, of course there was a screw-up and a number of the goods were delivered to the wrong locations. When I called to complain, this rip-off company said that there would be an extra charge to pick up the wrongly delivered goods and have them properly delivered. (As I recall, the company also said the the pick-up/delivery would have to be done at the company's convenience, even though I was the one PAYING to be inconvenienced.) Rather than trust this rip-off company, I hired someone else. Oh, I almost forgot: Wade Odell's charges well exceeded its estimate. If Wade Odell thinks that I am lying or even exaggerating about any of this, it is free to sue me -- because I'd welcome the chance to counter-claim for the overcharge and for the extra monies I had to pay to have the goods property delivered. As there are many other moving companies, you would have to be a masochist to use this rip-off outfit. Edward Hochman

   Damaged goods.

   Damaged my Samsung flat screen,damaged my hallway, faux paint on Wall. Refuses to pay for damages, sent estimate, invoice, pictures,had their foreman eddy inspect and acknowledge damage,it's been 43 days, very unprofessional in handling matter, do not use this company.

   Horrible company.

   This company should be shut down.  They do a horrible job of screening employees.  Their management is extremely incompentent.  They hire people and either do not afford them the time to learn the skills required or do not vet employees and let them go after 1 day.  and that is the politest thing I can say. This company is just terribble.
