   Great Job, Fast, Hard Working.

   My daughter contracted with this company to move her belongings from our house to her new apartment.  We chose this company because their office is close to our house.  The booking appointment was handled in a very professional and informative manner.  The trip was about five or six miles.  They quoted a price of $90 per hour, a trip charge of $25, and any hourly time over an hour would be prorated in quarter hour increments.  Many companies I researched online have a two hour minimum charge, which wouldn't have been needed for our short distance and how fast they were.  They arrived promptly with a very large truck, more than enough room for what my daughter was moving.  They tackled the loading quickly, and in no time we were ready to go.  Everything was carefully wrapped and secured within the truck.  Troy and Jay were friendly and hard workers.  The apartment was on the second floor and we watched in amazement at how quickly they completed the job.  They politely asked with each load up the stairs where we wanted the items placed.  It was hard work taking all the things up the stairs, but they never complained.  We couldn't believe how easily they handled the heavy stuff.  There was no damage at all to any of the furniture and no breakage of any fragile items.  They finished in one hour and ten minutes, which we thought was very good.  We used to move any family member ourselves with a pickup truck, our cars, and whoever we could round up to help.  This was the best money we ever spent to not have to do that.  I would highly recommend Woodlands Moving and Storage.  Be sure to get this name correct because there are companies with similar names trying to imitate this company's history of good service.  .

   Thousands in damages

   We recently moved, and had Woodlands Moving and Storage pack the trailer. When it arrived at our new location, the damage was significant. I would say 90% of the item packed were damaged. I filed a claim, and the owner said, Jason Adams, said that they are not liable. They packed it, and locked the bulkhead, and was not opened again until the trailer was unpacked. Large sectional Sofa frame broken and covered in black marks, dryer broken, mattress ruined, coffee table top ripped completely off, wardrobe boxes compressed to about 18 inches., too much to list here..we are talking thousands in damaged furniture. It was 100% due to poor packing. BEWARE!!

   They quoted me $125 an hour but what they didn't tell me it's $125 an hour per man . broke my furniture and didn't evolve into repair 0r replace it Please don't use this company, lying sack of s**.

   Unprofessional And Threatenin.

   This company moved my furniture 15 miles and in the process 4 items were damaged. I paid ,in good fairth, for the move and submitted claims. The 2 items of funiture were repaired and a check was issued for the other items. When my repairs were returned one of the movers was extemely rude and they refused to bring the items in my home left them outside with the check. I called my husband and he called the company and was vebally threatened " I will come to oyour home and beat you in in front of your wife " etc and received threateneing texts. I went to cash the check they had given me the bank could not cash it. I contacted the police they came and called the moving co . Anyway threat are still continuing so I will call the police again and file charges. Who would hire such a man who has to come to peoples homes who obviously has some serious issues. Be warned! it took over 3 weeks to get reapirs they do not answer emails or retiurn phone calls!

   Damaged floors.

   Movers were contracted to move furniture in a home where the wood floors had recently been refinished. The movers arrived ahead of schedule and did not lift the furniture across the floors but slid the furniture causing the floors to require refinishing again. The project manager who contracted woodlands movers arrived after the damage had been done.  Woodlands Moving company refused to reimburse our company for the cost of refinishing the floors again. They were given a chance to review the damage but did not and we had no choice but to redo the floors for our customer. This was the poorest customer service we have ever experienced. The company did not bill us.
