John was invaluable during this process. Before moving day, he sat with us and helped us think through which pieces would work in the new floor plan and which would create problems. He drew rough room layouts and helped us visualize the new space in a practical way. That planning made the entire delivery process faster and cleaner. He quietly reassigned that room to himself and his most careful crew member, and the two of them handled every item with the kind of care that the moment deserved. My son's room arrived perfectly in Laurens, SC. John even helped us set it up as a guest room that still felt like it could be his room when he came home.    I'm a woodworker and furniture maker by hobby and my garage contains over $25,000 in machinery — table saw, band saw, jointer, planer, drill press, and the associated tooling. These are heavy, precision machines that need to be moved correctly or they go out of alignment. Jerry came out specifically to assess the shop before quoting. He consulted with me about each machine, asked about leveling and alignment requirements, and brought a crew with mechanical experience on the day of the move. Every machine was moved on proper equipment dollies and loaded in a way that minimized vibration. At the new shop in Virginia Beach, VA everything was placed on leveling pads and set to my specs. Total cost was $9,700. Jerry's respect for skilled work and specialized equipment is genuine.

   Do Not hire this company

   Do Not hire this company no matter what. I am writing regarding my household-goods shipment picked up in California on July 26, 2026, for delivery to Idaho. I was advised that delivery would occur within 10 business days from August 6, 2026. That delivery period expired and when I reached out you said 30 business days, that too has now expired, and I have received neither my shipment nor any notice explaining the delay or providing a new delivery date. It feels like they have stolen my items at this point. Thieving company.

   Do Mot Use This Moving & or Storage company

   This company sucks !! They lost 1/4 of my stuff from my move from Illinois to Texas!! This was not a cheap move 8,000+ plus storage fees I can not get any help no copies of paperwork to match up what was loaded put in storage and then delivered!! Family heirlooms that are irreplaceable! To move 1000+ miles to start over and have soo much not delivered is heartbreaking and no help no answers !!! Only care about the money!!!!

    Horrible sales team

    First I want to say I was getting quotes from several companies then Ryan James contacted me. Everything was fine until I didn’t respond to him due to being admitted in the hospital then he get extremely rude with me. Even told me that I couldn’t afford his company and all kinds of stuff. I asked him numerous times to stop texting me and he just kept on. Im laying in a hospital bed and this man is harassing me and being extremely rude! (And if the company would like proof I have the text messages to prove it I’d be happy to share them!) this is not good business! Needless to say I am going with another company because it’s so uncalled for to be harassed and told I’m to broke to afford them (fyi I’m not but if I was that is incredibly insulting and uncalled for!)
