   Good experience.

   I was pleased with my moving experience. The movers were on time, fast and courteous. They finished the job in the time quoted to me. They honored their price quote and had no hidden charges.They also wrapped my furniture well to protect it during the move. I would use them again with no hesitation.

   Nightmare.

   They quoted 1400 total for my move in the behinning.. by the time I got my furniture it was over 1800 plus storage was extremely expensive and the you lie a lot. If you choose this company be prepared to lose some sleep over a nightmare. The movers were a day late, most of the damages were small however everything they took apart was either not reassembled, or screws were loose.. like on the bed.. as well as screws missing. A month later I am still peeling tape and wondering where screw are to things they disassembled as well as looking for a way to fix where the paint was either scraped off from being drug or taped directly on to the paint. I took pictures of the damages but there is no where to post them. They can't honor their contracts if you are moving out of town. The man over storage calls and harassed you as early as 6 am and is very volatile and dishonest. He looks for ways to charge Extra and will hold your things hostage. My suggestion is to run for your life from these people. There is so much more, but I would be writing an essay. Just know that cheaper is not better.

   Do not use this company!!

   THIS COMPANY IS WORSE THAN HORRIBLE!! Extremely slow and lazy movers!! I wish I'd read these reviews before using them! It took them 6 hrs. for a move that should have taken 3hrs. max! If they worked more efficiently and cut the smoke breaks/ cell phone talking, maybe the job would have gotten done quicker. My mother and I started moving things also to speed up the process. On top of everything else, my furniture was just dumped in the house ( my mom and I placed it in the correct areas). They charged me twice the original amount bc of the extra 3 hrs. It took THEM to move my things. They also forgot pieces of my bedroom furniture, which I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to bring to me. They would schedule a time to bring it, and then never show up ( this has happened 3 times now)!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from this company. They are NOT trustworthy, reliable or professional!! Using them resulted in the WORST moving experience of my life and I've moved at least 6 times prior to this. This is not a COMPANY, it's a HUSTLE!! Be aware!!

   Poor Business Practices.

   Signed a contract to deliver bedroom furniture (minimum load) for $1,200. All was well until they got my furniture. Felt like I was being held hostage. Very unprofessional. I gave them copies of my driver's license, my VISA and a form giving them permission to release the furniture to my sister. I informed them I would not be at the delivery point. "No Problem". But there was. The driver couldn't deliver until he got his final payment. I called the company, they wanted another copy of my driver's license and Visa card. I told them they already had a copy in my move folder, I was on the road in the middle of nowhere and I don't like copies of my personal info floating around. She backed down but e-mailed a form to fill out authorizing the final amount to be paid on my Visa. The form had personal information for another person filled in and I couldn't edit it. I immediately sent back an e-mailed asking if this was how my information was going to be used - even had the card's security code listed. When the truck showed up at my house, driver couldn't make the turn. Demanded $1,000 cash from my sister?? It was a Sunday and no way I was falling for that. Driver asked me what to do. I told him that was his problem, not mine. I tried calling the office, but closed on Sunday. Long story short, he took my furniture to a warehouse. It cost me $550 to get it shuttled from there to my house, almost half the cost from Texas to WA. Woman I talked to in the office google where I lived and said the truck couldn't make it. When I asked her why it wasn't googled first, she said she would be making changes. When I asked her about the company's handling of private information, again she would take care of that. When I called to complain about why my night stand was taken apart and not put back together, she'd investigate but of course I heard nothing back. Pick another moving company, there are many to choose from and this business is just not worth taking a chance on.

   Poor service.

   Move was from Kilgore Texas 2 hours from the new home destination. I was told they would leave the DFW area around 6am which would have put them in Kilgore at 8am. They arrived 2 hours late at 10:20. Two trucks were sent and I requested that the first truck be sent ahead as soon as it was packed. They did not complete the job until 2:30 am the next day. There were broken items including an expensive backyard fountain and items left behind. There was a desk that was placed in the wrong place and I needed help getting it moved. They refused to send anyone. The primary issue is that they did not tell the truth. The office said they would send the first packed truck ahead of the other, which they did not do. The supervisor of the moving team kept assuring me that they were only 45 minutes from finishing, which in actuality took another 2 and a half hours. After paying over $4600 and a $500 tip, I expected much better service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

   Very Poor Moving Service.

   This really should be 0 stars. The service from A Team movers was horrible. They promised delivery in 3-4 days once I called them with an address. It was more like 3-4 weeks. I had a few extra large items that I was unable to get rid of that weren't on the original bid and I knew the cost would go up, but with those items they doubled the bid which seems dishonest to me. The foreman also kept trying to count an extra bookcase that didn't exist. They were only going to charge for packing supplies that they used, so they made every attempt to use ALL the packing supplies by wrapping everything in about 3 layers of bubble wrap. The team was Hispanic and only the foreman spoke English. He was pretty shifty, joking about commission with the packers. A Team said they do nationwide moves but that was a misleading lie. Actually they contract with truck drivers and the one that delivered my stuff must have had a dirty truck. There are black grease spots on my mattress and several other items, even ones that were wrapped. He left a huge pile of trash (boxes, tangled lumps of tape, bubble wrap) in my driveway and refused to dispose of it. He hired some local guys to help unload; they were lazy and left several boxes in my garage that should go upstairs, and a box or 2 upstairs that should be in the garage. The Spanish speaking packers had not labeled the boxes. Several of my items arrived damaged. So far I am missing the footboard and siderails to my bed, my coffee table (only the glass top arrived), and my daughter's violin is missing. They did not assemble my bed because of the missing parts. My dresser mirror has tape stuck to it all the way across. They left my mattress and box spring leaning against the wall. I really regret using this mover. I DO NOT recommend them! Someone said that for what I paid them I could have moved to Japan! For $10,000 they should have been much higher quality and done much more. Do not use A Team Movers!

   Worst company ever.

   This company tells you what you want to here at first they said they have professional movers and they are illegals that they pay for the day . They had one person who could speak English  they told me they would work better if I gave them a large tip  so I felt I needed too so I gave them 300.00 for a tip and bought them lunch . They packed used grease in a crisco container and it got all over everything in that box and 4 other boxes . They took my glass Christmas ornaments  that I had stored in a large tub and did not even bother to wrap them . They punched holes in our box springs so they could carry them easier. Ect ect .. We had our stuff moved from frisco , tx to deer park New York . We had to have it stored in Texas with them until we found a home in New York . They gave us 3 months free but we needed 5 months and 1 day they charged us 1500.00 a month for storage and for that 1 day they charged us another 1500.00 . I called to get my stff moved and was told they did not have a truck available . Well that was fine since we couldn't get into the house yet well I get a call Thursday night and told my stuff is here where do you want it . We had no place to put it and we had to see if the owner of the house would let us put it in the garage of our new home and luckily we could . But the a team charged us 500.00 to hold the truck over night . Then they only would take a money order for the money we owed them since they did not trust the movers  they threatened to take our stuff back to Texas so we had to pay for a money order and this was like 10,000.00 more dollars.. This is not a lignite net company and I am going to contact the better business bureau and who  ever will listen they offered me a big 300.00 for the 7,500.00 we had in damages and mental anguish . If anyone else is upset like me please contact me I want to do whatever I can to stop this company from abusing other people.    Terrible company.

   This company is horrible!! Do not use them. I moved from Dallas to Florida was suppose to get my items in 7/10 B.D's. I received my items 30 business days later. Some of my stuff was broken, glasses shattered, even my bedrail was broken in half. The staff Jazimine and Cecelia never called back, could NEVER tell me when my stuff would be delivered. They didn't care, the manager "jack gold" SUCKS!! He did nothing! This company needs to be out of business. Don't be fooled by the reviews. They offer people $150 to take down their bad reviews.

   Horrible company.

   This is the worst campany ever, and I very had a few bad ones. They lshipped my things to other states, broke things, lost things, was a month and a half late with half of my things. They lied to me the whole time, tried to give me a measly $125 for the mismanagement, but when I went to cash the check they had stopped it. Then deducted the fee from my settlement, but wouldn't reissue a check until I signed a new piece of paper agreeing to their terms. I still hadn't even gotten all my things at this point. Stay far away!  If I could have found a way to shut them down, I would have. .

    Do Not Use Them Ever.

    I was moving 3 miles away. They were one hour late, The movers were up moving until 4am the morning before, and had no energy left to move my furniture and I was paying by the hour. They damage $4,000 worth of my things. I called to compalin and they would not do a thing, they would not even give me a credit for th 15 minutes I was talking to them. They locked the truck and would not continue moving until I paid them in cash. I was quoted $450.00 and they demanded $950.00. They lie and scam. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
