   Worst Company I've Ever Dealt With

   Budget Vanlines Brokered this awful company. All Season Van Lines put me through months of misery, and I continue to feel the repercussions because I am replacing all my broken furniture and missing items. I basically paid this company thousands of dollars to break all my furniture, lie to me, withhold information from me, and be extremely rude and nasty to me. They more than doubled my original estimate, were late picking up so I had to hire someone to meet them because I already moved across the country, they told me I could expect my shipment in 8 days, but it took well over a month. I was told I would have free storage for a month, and then they would charge me 120 a month to keep it in storage, but I got a call with less than 24 hours notice letting me know my stuff would be arriving the next morning at 7 am and since a month had gone by, my free storage was done with, and they said they would charge me 800 dollars a month to store my stuff. I had to scramble to rent a storage unit to make sure these people didn't charge me 800 dollars. The next day, these people show up in this junky truck and open it up and my stuff is destroyed. Part of the contract was to disassemble and reassemble my stuff, but their version of disassembly was to literally rip shelves off, and break everything. The stuff they did actually take a screwdriver to and disassemble, they ruined in transit and lost all the screws. They also scratched my furniture to hell, broke boxes apart, and my mattress is ruined and filthy. They tried to blame it on me claiming it was already like that. It was a brand new mattress and the stains were all consistent with tears in the plastic mattress cover they provide. They didn't reassemble my furniture, as they stated they were late to another drop off (not that they would have been able to anyway because they destroyed my furniture and lost all the screws) and for some bizarre reason one of the movers was pretending to be a spanish speaker- he was very poorly saying words in Spanish pointing at things saying "esto esto" because I guess He assumed he could get out of me confronting him because he assumed I didn't speak spanish?I asked him a question in Spanish and said several things to him and he had no idea what I was saying. Fast forward after the drop off... I ask this company how to file an insurance claim, and they give me an internal email to their company and just Said "send pictures, they have 45 days to get back to you" and I sent the email, asked for confirmation of receipt. Nothing. Followed up 40 days later and asked the status, and this woman Vanessa just repeated to send the email and i let her know i did and then she ignored me. Then I followed up after 45 days and said id like the number to the insurance claim company, Vanessa refused to give it, insulting me, patronizing me, and telling me to leave her alone because THEY WOULD CALL ME. I asked when they would call, and she repeated to leave her alone. I said I wouldn't leave her alone since she was my only point of contact with all season van lines, and she shut me down telling me to go about my day. Finally this Vanessa character texts me the insurance company number. So she basically argued with me for an hour only to randomly send me the number. I called the number and left a message and no response. Same story since July. I researched the insurance company through the phone number and reviews are saying it is a scam. I feel like I'm missing so many infuriating details about this nightmare company. Hindsight is 20-20 and I would have done this so much differently if I could go back in time, but please, I beg you to heed my warning. You do not want to deal with this company. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

   Still none of our HHG

   We got assigned these movers from our moving broker Authority Moving Experts. First the broker would not tell us who the movers were until they arrived late. They were scheduled to pack us out between June 27-29. They didn't show up until the 30 @ 2:30pm. After they moved all of our boxes from the garage to the drive way they just left for an hour. Showed back up and backed everything. We had our walk through with our landlord at 6pm that day. And because of all of the stuff still in the house and drive way when he got there we couldn't do the walk through so we lost half of our deposit because it wasn't cleaned properly and ready when it was supposed to. They dropped multiple boxes listed as fragile without a care in the world. They told me we would get a call to make a payment and we never got it. Then fast forward to 7/1 I got a call from Vanessa with all seasons screaming and cussing at me for not making the payment they never called to get. 7/18 comes around when was the first available drop off date. They have a 30 day policey drop of from the first available drop offdate. They told us it's our fault that we didn't make the payment on time so our stuff will get there within 1-2 weeks. 8/1 comes around still nothing on when it will be delivered. So I called back, they told me there was a delay it will be another 2 weeks. 8/15 comes still no delivery or communication from them. Call them again and am told it will be another week. 8/22 comes call again and am told it will be delivered by Wednesday 8/24. Wednesday comes still nothing so I call and am told it's in transit and it will be 3-5 days but no later then 8/30. It's now 8/30 I call again and I'm called crazy I was never told it would be delivered today. And it's going to be another 3-5 days. I was informed I have no right I know where our stuff is. And we are going to be charged for each day for storage so to expect our final amount to pay to be increased.

   Beware

   I booked this company through Safe Ship to move from Louisiana to Washington State. They picked up my stuff on June 30th 2022, it is now August 10th 2022 and they still refuse to deliver my stuff. They have been paid in full so not only have they stolen ALL of my stuff but they have stolen my money as well. I have filed a police report as well as a complaint with the DOT however I have no idea if I'll ever see my stuff again. Don't make the same mistake as me, NEVER do business with them. Would give 0 stars if I could.

   This company should be shut down. They sent incompetent movers to our site. The men showed up 2 hours later than their scheduled appointment, completely unprepared for moving things safely. They stacked small cardboard boxes before anything else then began stacking our heavy items in order to use up more space. We were charged an additional $4,000 because they refused to pack the truck properly. There was so, so much wasted space. They also backed the truck over some of our agricultural gear, ruining it. Never, ever make the mistake of using this company.

   Crooks and Thieves

   I was quoted 750 cubic feet. After guys picked up and closed the truck, they said I used 2000 cubic feet. I had no way to measure or know any different. Upon delivery, I measured the space and only used 980 cubic feet (truck capacity is 1700). My stuff was also mixed with two other peoples. They refused to refund me the difference and charge correctly. Several items were also damaged.
