   Excellent move and customer service.

   I had to move back to Chicago,IL where I am from and I was very confused on who to move with or if I should do the move myself. I got a bunch of calls from different companies with all kinds of prices. It was extremely confusing, but the one that stuck out to me was American Quality Movers. They paid attention to everything. I told them I only had so much money to move and I needed to get to be in Chicago,IL by a certain date because of the building I was moving into had an elevator. They assured me that there would be no problem and there wasn't. My move went extremely smooth. I am glad to be back home with my family and friends and my new job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving. Thanks guys for making this a easy move.

   Couldn't ask for a better experience.

   I commend American quality mover’s team for doing such a wonderful job! I am so happy with the way my requests and my things were handled. I spoke with Randy, whom was very respectful and I could say the same for Alex and his movers. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They even charged me with a lower rate than quoted for the whole move which made me feel like an appreciated customer. The service they provided me deserves a higher payment yet they chose the other way. This kind of company deserves all the millions and the luck in the world. Thanks a lot for the big help!

   I will definitely recommend you any time.

   I was not very excited at having to prepare to move into a new house, get a new job and start a new life for myself all in a brand new state. I had to move from south New Jersey to Dallas, The delivery service assured me they would be at my apartment in jersey at 7:30am Monday the first of May. From past experience I expected a bit of a delay but that was not the case! These men showed up at 725am with smiles on their faces. They did a wonderful job loading the truck and literally had everything I had bought in the past 10 years loaded within an 2 hour and a half. My nerves were still going however because not only is it not a short drive from jersey to Texas, but they were going to have to bring all of my things into my new home! . So I recieved my shipment after 6 days. And I was happily surprised with the result. They actually managed to get everything to my new home in Texas and quick!   Everyone we dealt with at American Quality Movers was friendly, courteous and professional. A special "thank you" to my foreman max, Andy in Dispatch and everyone who helped him with the physical move.  .

   Working with this company was excellent. They handled all my boxes and furniture very carefully and had skilled workers. I had a very easy time dealing with the movers themselves they were understanding about the stress of moving and were quite lenient on my decisions. The communication in the over all process of the move was excellent. I was always aware where my things were when on the road. For such a long move their prices were phenomenal, and to tell the truth I was expecting a bad job from them, but to my surprise they were the best moving company I have ever used. Highly recommend you use them for your next move.

   Just stopping by to say thank you for a great experience.

   I just wish I had used you for my previous move as well. We received a flat rate from American Quality Movers a month before the move and everything was done according to the estimate. We have a lot of glass items - from glass dining table to glass bar stand to an 8 foot mirror. Everything was wrapped up and packed up safely. No damage whatsoever. I hope we don't have to move for a while, but when we do I am sure to give you guys another call.  .

   Moving experience.

   I would not recommend this company for moving more than 300 miles. Lot of issues, delivery was at 11 PM. Тhey don't know how to handle the boxes. They arrange the boxes/stuff loosely when they pickup. Price will be more than what they quoted. At least they make of 100 cuft more than what your stuff is. Initially they are very friendly when you contact for quote and make lot of promises while they take your order. Once order is confirmed you are locked and you can't do anything. You are on their mercy bottom line. I would not recommend this company.

   A Move from New York to Georgia.

   I had contracted American Quality Movers for my daughter who was moving to Georgia from New York. I was asked on the phone the furniture that was being moved and the amount of boxes that were going to be moved as well. I was asked how many boxes would there be (small, medium, large) Since we had purchased the boxes from U-Haul, and I was able to give him the exact measurements of the boxes, the cost was then calculated per cubic feet. I informed them that it would be about 80 boxes. He told me that nobody moves 80 boxes but he would give me the higher estimate and if it was less then 80 boxes that the cost would be reduced, so he gave me a quote of $1,250.00 which had already been inflated from the original price I was quoted of $900.00 before he realized that it was that same weekend and he didn't have movers that would be available. So moving day came ,they were scheduled to be there at 11:00 am, my daughter got a phone call at 7am stating that they would be there within the hour.When they got to my daughters we were still packing so they began to pack what was ready to go.After taking down the furniture and not even half of the boxes were in the truck, they called us to the truck to inform us that they didn't have room for everything, and they had already used up the cubic footing, and if I wanted them to move the rest we would have to pay an additional $2,250.00.So of course I called American Quality Movers to speak to the manager whom I had been incontact with all up to the date and low and behold I was unable to contact him, I left messages and up to now I nor my daughter have heard from them.Needless to say I wrote another check and guess what ? they ran out of room in the truck and was unable to take any more. How many boxes did they take? about 40. My daughter had to give things away and I am left with 16 boxes that they didn't take. My daughter was told her stuff would be delivered within 8 days not 28. She had to buy clothing and shoes for her and her children. I am very upset with American Quality Movers in how the cost was inflated once your stuff was on the truck and up to date, no one has tried to contact us to see how everything went. I would not recommend this moving company at all.

   Arrives late. Told three movers they came with two. Gets off truck says "this is not a six hour job this is going to cost $2000. Argues with my wife. They tell my wife " we are out of here. Left. They made my wife cry.

   Don't use this company.

   Worst moving experience ever! Everything arrived 2 weeks late. Many calls were not returned-communication was very poor. The cost was more than double what was quoted to us. This was my son's move, and I drove out with him and waited a week in an empty apartment for furniture that never arrived. After I flew home, he waited another 2 weeks before getting his furniture. I will definitely not use this company again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

    Don't use them.

    It was the worst moving experience I have ever had.  Not only did they charge me much more for the estimated quote I received, but I had to leave the majority of my furniture behind as my budget couldn't afford anymore cost. They also packed up my outdoor patio furniture to include the table legs and base, but failed to pack my table top.  i now have a patio set without a table top.   I also have a valueable ring missing and it was missing from day 1.  I reported it to the guy who handled the inventory and he defended his crew. When asked if he would ask these workers to empty their pockets, he refused. We were hoping it was in one of our boxes. Hasn't turned up in our search.  When I called to make complaint, I was given the "I will research and call you back" and never heard back.  They also showed up two days after I received the call that I would get it no later than Friday and was told the day before Friday that it would be Monday the latest.  Then to expect final payment before items have been unloaded before seeing the final product leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth.  I found the floor manager rude and condescending. I not only will never recommend this company, but I am reporting them to the BBB.
