   Hired them to move me from Hollywood Florida to Tampa Florida. The rep Tony who helped me was super informative. The movers Muhammad and Jeff arrived on time and delivered on time. Really good experience!

   I have had TERRIBLE experience with movers in the past and was hesitant to go this route again but thanks to a friend who referred me to this company, i had such a smooth transition. FINALLY i found reliable and efficient movers. Cary in the office was super helpful even when i had to reschedule and Tyrone and Emmanuel are great partners and worked so well around each other. they made everything a breeze. they took apart and put back together ALL my furniture and they made sure to put everything in the room it belonged in. They cared about your property unlike other movers who have thrown my furniture in the mud (LITERALLY). Thank you so much for helping make what is usually a stressful time, into an easy and almost enjoyable time lol

   Stairs are no issue

   We moved from one townhome to another . My wife has a very large armoir in the bedroom which had to be carried up and down stairs in both places. These guys moved it like a beast. They didn't even touch the walls with it. They were careful with all the breakables and made sure to protect everything before it went into the truck. We were impressed with the crew and service from the office as well.

   Moved down here to Delray Beach and we were very happy with America's Movers. I called several other companies, but felt a lot of pressure to book with them and at times, couldn't even get straight answers. With these guys, I was given an accurate estimate and ample time was spent going over everything. The move went smoothly as well and we were very pleased with the job.

   Very pleased.

   I used America's Movers to move my daughter's things into her new place. They gave a pretty accurate estimate and had several time slots to choose from. They showed up ontime and had no issues bringing her bulky things up a flight of stairs. Everyone was very polite around her and they were very courteous. They helped her get her new place set up as well by placing each box in the room it needed to go into and setting up her furniture for her.

   This is my wife and I second and final move. We've spent the last year finding our dream home. We've finally found our dream home in Fort Lauderdale. Our first move was a nightmare. This time we did extensive research about the professional moving company we were going to select. We had our real estate agent, family, and friends refer multiple companies. We read multiple review on Google, Facebook, Yelp, Angie's list, and multiple moving company review websites. After about a month of extensive research we decided to select 5 companies that were overall the best for what we needed done. We had 5 companies come out to our home and meet us in person and do a walk through and explain the exact service we were looking for. My wife and I did not want to lift a finger and wanted a full packing service move. From packing our entire home to unpacking our entire home. After meeting and having the home estimates with the 5 companies we knew that once we meet with America's movers they were the company we were going to go with. Luckily, Cary the sales manager was handling our move. From the initial conversation to the final goodbye she was a sweetheart and a pleasure to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. She went above and beyond to explain the services and the contract we agreed upon. America's movers preformed a full packing service that included packing our entire home which was our entire kitchen, statues, a piano, crating 2 chandeliers, a pool table, my mother's grandfather clock, a china cabinet that's been in our family for over 60 years and our closets! As anybody who's moved before you know how stressful it is. Once the movers arrived on the first day of packing the Foreman Lael put my wife and I nerves at ease. The 6 movers all were professional, polite, well mannered, and uniformed as promised. They truly cared for our items. For the next 3 days America's movers preformed a service that went above my expectations. I truly can't express enough in this review how pleased I am and how professional this company was. I'm going to recommend to all my family friends and professionals I know. Mike B.

   Amazing company!

   Moving is very stressful. I contacted several moving companies in south Florida. Once I spoke with Cary in the office I knew I had contacted the right moving company. I received a estimate via email and it was very informitive and detailed. The estimate was a flat rate. Cary explained certain details other companies did not explain. She explained I need some packing materials for certain items I had such as my flat screen tv, some paintings, vases, and my mattress. I found that important. She explained how other companies would try to charge me on the day of the move. The estimate also included all the items I told her by room. The movers were very professional and courteous. The arrived on time and finished the move beyond my expectations. I will use this company in the future and refer to anyone. Thank you again for your professionalism.

   Quote low and charge high

   I received a quote from Americas Movers. They called me. They provide a quote of $5000 and stated they would provide a 30 foot truck. They told us they would get all of our things in the truck. The actual charge was $15,000! They told me that after the 26 foot truck was completely loaded. They did not get everything on the truck. A third was left behind. The price was triple what was quoted. Don’t use this company based on their quote, you will be rudely surprised. All of our items arrived undamaged but I wanted it all to be moved and for triple the price I still have to move a lot of stuff on my own. I felt like they baited me with the low quote. I would never use them again. Americas movers should be upfront about the cost of the move. I would not have used them if their quote was honest. Make sure you read every detail on the contract or you will pay way more than what was quoted.

    DO NOT USE AMERICAS MOVERS IF YOU WANT A GREAT MOVING EXPERIENCE

    I have moved many, many times, with many movers. In this case, I expected it to be the easiest move I have ever done, because everything was already expertly packed and in an easy 1st floor storage unit; I was very, very clear when I hired your company that I was looking for a same day move. I was very calm and certain that it would be an easy, graceful move. That said, I think you should know how your head foreman and office people treated me during moving day. Your lead foreman, Leroy, REFUSED to give me any kind of information about anything, including his estimate on timing. He kept. saying, "I don't know if we can get this move done in a day." "I don't know if we can fit it on the truck." "I don't know how long it will take." He said he is not allowed to provide me with any information. whatsoever. When I asked him who I could speak with at the office, he denied me that right too; saying the office was closed. I had to contact the sales person, Eddie, who, at the time of the sale, ASSURED Me that we could do a same day move. SO, Eddie helped me to call the office, which is when I spoke with Tony, the dispatcher. When I spoke to Tony, to try to explain my agreement with Eddie, Tony was impossible to communicate with. He repeatedly argued with me, called me nasty names and hung up on me. I am an easy person to work with; but none of the moving. people I worked with would give me ANY reasonable reasurrances whatsoever, and instead, added stress and anxiety where there originally was none. They were so rude, dis respectful, insulting. I know it was NOT me. All I was asking for was a bit of reassurance that the move would go smooth, that the items would fit on the truck and that we would be able to do the move in 1 day. Because your lead foreman refused to help, and continually attempted to play power struggle games by REFUSING to just reassure me, I had to call Tony, who was even worse. They need customer service training. They need to learn to treat customers (paying $5000!!!) with kindness and dignity. IT was a HORRIBLE experience that did NOT need to be that way. ALL I WAS asking for was al little reassurance that the move could get done in a day. THAT WAS IT and instead, your head foreman - LeRoy - complained all day, about every part of the. move. he told me he would not come the same day because i wasnt being kind enough and he did not think he would get a tip after the trouble we had (I STILL tipped both movers $300 each!) he even complained when we. got to the house that I arrived after him and he complained that there were tree branches in the driveway He gave me nothing but trouble and created the stress and anxiety that was NOT there prior to the move. Both people. were so difficult to speak with and to communicate with. It was a miserable experience. I am 100% certain that they projected their bad behaviors and bad experiences with other dissatisfied customers on to me. I am 100% certain that If they would have been a. bit more willing to be kind and lead with service , that the entire experience could have gone MUCH MUCH better. Needless to say, I will be posting my feedback on public posting sites, so others can know. Your company’s customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with. I thought you should know. DO NOT USE Americas Movers IF you want a great moving experience!
