   Move with Ameritex was worth every penny in addition to fantastic customer service. We wouldn't have asked for more professional and courteous moving team. A truly great moving experience. Will be referring them to everyone we know.

   I recently used ameritex moving and I could not be happier. They were very personable and careful. They came to my house and assessed how much I had to move. In the end they did so much more than expected. Would not use any other moving company.

   I highly recommend them.

   After talking to too many none sense moving companies, I finally talked to someone from Ameritex and I could immediately tell that this company is serious and professional. After a reasonable quote, we have decided to work together. From there, the company sent the documents for me and the landlord, all was clear and set up. The day of the move, 2 very nice and pro guys arrived and ready to move my stuff. They were super careful with the breakables, very organized and fast. The movers had quite of a drive and moved all back in the new place, rebuild the bed frame and all was smooth and perfect. The price and the professionalism of the company is a go-to. I highly recommend them. Great job guys!

   Our team, Alex, Ron, Marvin were amazing.

   Our team, Alex, Ron, Marvin were amazing. They were in constant communication before arriving. They arrived on time got right to work formulating a plan. They had to navigate moving a third floor apartment and first floor apartment, and a storage facility into a home. They were flawless, quick friendly and professional. These guys did what it took to get the job done and never complained or made excuses. They were amazing. Highly recommend.

   Many damaged items

   The crew worked hard but broke a leg on the couch, several rips in a leather king headboard, broke the kid's dinosaur lamp, scratched two drawers on the jewelry armoire and broke one of the legs, destroyed our fireplace/entertainment center ( had to be trashed-gouged and fell apart beyond repair, chipped the corners on two bedside stands, and several gouges in the two coat racks. Yes we had their insurance but it does not cover any fiberboard parts of furniture with some fiberboard parts. They pay by the pound for the other things. So we got $240. for all the damages. Not enough to replace anything but the lamp with some left over. The part about the fiberboard parts is in the tiniest of print that I couldn't read when I signed because I didn't have my glasses. (I am a senior) . The insurance process is difficult - they want pictures, receipts, weight and dimensions of all the items, They do not pay replacement value. They will only accept a written letter - no phone calls or emails. Pictures must be clear.Took several weeks. Price was 50% over the estimate and had to be continued the next evening as their truck was too small.

   Terrible experience all around

   -Salesman didn't disclose all the hidden fees even though we asked directly and later had to pay an extra $120. -Workers often stood around not doing much and charged 7 hours compared to the 5 that the salesman estimated after I told him literally every piece of furniture in my house. -Took apart a twin daybed frame which was super light and then told me they could not put it back together. Wasted about a full hour on that. -Broke a dozen mugs and chipped a plate. -Didn't put boxes in rooms they were marked to go in. -Didn't use protective coverings like mattress pads we told them we wanted. -The lead mover acted like he could not speak English and required me to sign without letting me read what it was or answering my questions why I was signing. -Manager in office was dismissive/played dumb and didn't take responsibility for the wasted time or hidden fees. Finally got a hold of lead manager who issued a small refund (5% of total I paid when I asked for 12%).

   Don’t use these guys they’re gonna rip you off

   I don’t recommend this mover. I used them in November of 2022. Rude office staff, incompetent workers, great sales team to sucker you into using them. From my email to them: “Today was a lot more stressful than it needed to be. The guys who came, two of them were very nice but it really felt like they slowed things down. One of the guys was moving so slowly and was on the phone and not communicating with us so we had to get another guy to work with us. I got so upset I almost asked the gentleman who was ignoring me in my own home while packing my things to leave. I feel like if you’re hiring people that don’t speak English (or are pretending to not speak English) how am I supposed to direct them on how to pack or unpack. This whole experience was really frustrating and I feel ripped off Your operations manager told me when they forgot some wardrobe boxes I specifically requested and that cost me more time in packing and unpacking that he could “get someone to me in 30 mins” (they took about 50 to deliver supplies for a later move to the truck) and I said it would be too late. He then told me he could get a helicopter to me in 5 minutes sarcastically. Literally why? So you guys bill me for more than I budgeted and give me poor service? Seriously? My clothes end up in trash bags? MyLouis Vuitton bags get crushed in a box? I am so mad!” They sent me a claims link in a google doc that wouldn’t open and when I followed up for a new one they never responded.

   Theives

   Movers stole my daughters Nintendo Switch when they moved her last week. We've called the company twice, both times they've denied the theft. We are filing a police report today I'm trying to give the company the chance to make things right We want the Switch returned...no questions asked, just return it Or refund the moving fees to cover the cost of a new Switch. We have and will continue to leave negative reviews & tell everyone about our experience with this company. According to the reviews, we are not the only ones the movers are stealing from.

   Stolen Property

   They stole my Nintendo Switch when I left to go to my new place to get things set up for them and refuse to acknowledge it or give it back. Im filing a police report against them today in hopes to either get my Switch back or to get reimbursed for it.

    RUN FOR THE HILLS

    WHERE DO I START SCAMMERS moving crew were 60 plus year old and took 9 hours to move me and then they broke my light fixture and washer and Ameritex will not pay for anything filled out claim form and sent pictures and sent me a brochure to reach TXDMV they hire anyone off the street to move not sure they movers were insured left several messages for the manager never called me back at all
