   Great services

   I’ve used ApikaUSA relocation for my move from GA to FL and I’m so happy I chose this company. They were on time for my pick up, professional and nice team. They wrapped all my furniture so nothing could get damaged. Delivery was without any delays. Alex was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends !

   AMAZING COMPANY. I’m very experienced in moving. That was my 55th move so I know all mover’s tricks and baits. I really regret that I didn’t find these guys before. In the beginning their quote seems to be a bit higher than others but later on it turns out that they were brokers with lowball estimates. So I decided to go with APIKA and never regretted it. They gave upfront honest quote and stick with it. Ksenia was so nice, thoughtful and helpful. She took care of a lot of things from inventory to packing and transportation. Booking process was very easy and pleasant. Team arrived right on time and Jean and Al were so friendly,polite and professional that I perceived them as my relatives. They wrapped and packed everything in my house thoroughly so there were no damage even scratches to my belongings. They updated me with any steps in my move. I had a small delivery window but they managed it too. VERY EXCITED. Will use them again and recommend to everyone

   Excellent Move

   We are new to Miami. We moved from a townhouse rental to a new home. The coordination was excellent to calling 30 minutes before arrival. Specifically Alexey and another younger mover, did a great job wrapping all the furniture in blankets. Took apart and resembled the bed and a desk i a fast manner. The pricing was excellent. Thank You for making our move flawless.

   I wrote immediately after my move as to how impressed I was with my 2 movers. They had a difficult time dealing with the condo rules and elevator, but they were patient and professional at all times. I had to change my date several times, and each time the office staff were understanding. I would definitely recommend Apika USA highly!

   awful experience terrible Company Scam artists

   Anyone want to get together and file a suit all of us against this company, lets do a class action lawsuit....cant believe with all the complaints they are still in business scamming people, whats wrong with out government....my quote was almost doubled at time of move and they lied about the footage, treat your stuff terrible carried stuff upside down did not cover stuff all my, furniture was damaged and several things, I'm not done unpacking things are broken. Lied to me about numerous things, they know what they are doing to scam people...then they want a tip at the end....this cost me money i don't have, i'm a senior citizen ....I don't know how long it will take me to recover this. who ever is running this is a true slickster ....run do not do business with this company

   Horrible experience I want you to avoid

   Where should I start? My move was 3 weeks ago. I am still trying to recover from this awful experience. I am a single mom. with 2 kids. Moving a 3 bedroom house. I told them I was moving from the 1st floor to a 2nd floor with no elevator. I was quoted one price. Paid a deposit with a credit card, even an absurd % fee because I used my credit card, but they were aware I was paying by a credit card. They were supposed to arrive between 9-10 they arrived at 11:20 in a U-Haul Truck. The 2 helpers were ok, and understanding, they were there to work, but the person that was directing them was a negative person, which made me feel totally uncomfortable, I had to call a friend so he could see I was not alone. This person had a negative input in every single aspect, it made the whole entire experience a horrible experience. According to him, almost everything I had in my place was impossible to fit, or it had issues to disassemble ( beds) I had everything previously packed. They made a scratch/dent on a wall. They sure scratched my fridge. .. and they lost a box. Yes, they did. it contained mugs my children made when little now they are gone. Irreplaceable. Before the moving was finished they told me I had to pay by cash or Zelle. I said I didn't have the cash on hand I only had a credit card or check. They made a big deal, and they treated, me to call the police if I didn't pay them by cash or zelle; which I agree to call the police because that is not how business is done. and they suddenly decided to change their mind and accepted credit cards again. ... The entire process was horrible. and disorganized. I never even asked for a discount when I called. I just requested the date and service. They had no right. If they didn't want to work, they should had cancel my service.- DO NOT GO FOR THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. DO BETTER AND LOOK FOR A BETTER COMPANY I started a claim process with my credit card and now, they harass me and treat me by messages. Very unprofessional. I am exhausted and dissatisfied with this company.

   Run!!

   If I could give this company zero stars I would! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! The movers that came looked like they had ankle monitors on, broke a $1000 lamp and were in and out so quick that I knew something was up. They didn’t say a word and didn’t do anything extra that they didn’t need too. As far as communicating via the app, communication was fast but the money part was 100% scammy and shady. I ended up getting all of my money back because they charged me for services I did not receive or agree to. They just took my card and charged me whatever they wanted. They tried to nickel and dime on the invoice even after I told them twice before the invoice was written up that I do not need certain services! On top of it all, I am a young professional female. After every message the owner would put a happy face. This to me, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I had to go out of my way to have my fiancé miss work just so he would be there to make sure nothing would happen because he agreed that that’s not appropriate. I am reporting this company on Thumbtack (app where I hired them on),BBB and any other reviewing website because I don’t want anyone else to have the same problems I had. I reported a fraud case with the bank and filed a police report as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
