   Arena Van Lines in Waco, TX did an awesome job on pickup. Unfortunately, I went with Interstate and they contracted out Arena Van Lines but I cannot give Interstate the same rating. However, back to Arena. They had 2 workers from Ukraine that work as hard as they could. They took such good care of all of our items as if it were their own. They worked in extreme heat of 107 + heat index and it did not slow them down. We had gotten rid of some stuff at the very end, which should have brought the amount of cu ft down, and it actually did and they were honest enough to acknowledge this. I wish I knew their names to recommend the actual men. One was an 18 year old with his coach who were both from the Ukraine. Awesome men and awesome job. I just hope to have the same experience on delivery. I wish that we could have the same men here in Rio Rancho, NM

   Amazing service!

   I had to get out of a high-rise building without an elevator. I know. But then the muscle-bound heroes of the moving world—George and Andy—came along. These men were lions, expertly navigating the perilous stairs while carrying my heavy cooking range, dining set, and dishwasher. Thanks, guys, for such amazing service!

   A very gentle process!

   Thanks to Arena Van Lines packing and moving crew. The household staff Harrison oversaw consistently showed up on time, respected the family's things, and tidied up after themselves. The rules regarding hygiene in the workplace were adhered to without fail. They are the best one. I would call them again as I am so impressed with their services.

   This was the best moving experience I have ever had. They were on time, perfectly prepared with the right truck and packing supplies, and they finished 90 minutes sooner than we anticipated! They were excellent.

   Extremely Grateful!

   My family and I were helped in our relocation to MT by My Moving Company. It was only a local switch. The group showed up promptly, and they got to work straight immediately. They were swift and efficient, which meant the cost of moving across town was far lower than I had anticipated.

   What would often be a very stressful life event was transformed by this company into a seamless move. I was confident that my possessions, especially the delicate ones, were in great hands during the process. I will hire champions again and suggest to anybody who values the big picture and the specifics. Can't speak highly enough about them. I'm grateful.

    Use a different company. Please!

    Lol at this company submitting fake 5 star reviews to inflate its rating- see the warning message at the top of the reviews about repeat submissions from the same IP address. My move with Arena was so bad I looked around for cameras to see if I was getting "punked". From the surprise upcharges to the damage both during move in and move out, this was a goat rodeo from start to finish. Save yourself the anguish, the damages, and probably money- if you pay for "disassembly and reassembly of basic furniture", know that "basic furniture" is up to your mover to decide. Mine didn't think a bookshelf that takes 2 minutes to disassemble was basic enough, so instead they charged me more since it took up more space. Then on arrival, the bed somehow transformed into "not basic enough to assemble" LOL.Thanks Arena! Gotta laugh to stop from crying; would be very surprised if these aren't legitimately the worst movers in the US when you back out all the fake 5 star reviews.
