Worst and Fraud company.
This the worst moving company and DO NOT EVER TRY TO USE THIS fraud company. They gave me an estimate and when they came to pickup the items, they demanded more money and I refused to pay as I didn't have any additional items other than what was originally estimated. They said, they will deliver within 10 days from the pickup date and they took more than a month for the delivery. The customer service was awful. Finally, the driver showed up with big truck and that can't turn inside the community, so he demanded to pay another 350$ for him to load into u-haul and re-deliver again. It's a BIG SCAM and fraud company and I would be really careful with this company. It's lot of frustration and I'm going to take a legal action on this company and hopefully they would stop doing this for their customers in future.

The worst experience ever.
Once they showed up they said my inventory list did not have three beds on it and wanted to charge me an additional $2,000. After several calls to try and reach the office or management I was told it was out of their hands. No one called me back the drivers just left without saying anything. I was now stuck to find another moving company that was going to scam me and it happened. Also, do not use David & Goliath Moving and Storage. They will get you too.

The Absolute Worst Moving Company Ever.
Using this company was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. If you think you have been through the worst customer service experience of your life, think again. Let me tell EXACTLY what will happen if you use this company: They will give you an extremely low quote to get you to commit and pay a (non-refundable) deposit. Then, they will give you a pick-up date. They will 100% NOT come during this time or date. They gave me a Friday during the day and after I frantically called them countless times, they showed up at my house on a SATURDAY at 8:30 PM. I had to cancel all plans I had made for the last weekend I had in my city to sit on my couch and wait for them all day since they kept changing their story every time I called. Then, once they finally show up, they will do no work. They were legitimately on their phone goofing off for about an hour before they started lifting a single box. By the time they were done moving my stuff, it was 10:30 PM. They loaded everything and gave me a "new quote" - it was HUNDREDS of dollars more than than the original quote they had provided. They also threw in an additional few hundred dollars for "hallway charges" (for having a hallway, I'm not kidding you) and "credit card processing," both of which they had NEVER mentioned prior. Wanting everything to be over and on the verge of tears, I said okay and pulled my credit card out to pay. They then fiddled around with it for another half an hour before they let me know that they didn't have a credit card machine. They told me that someone would customer service would call the next day to get my information to charge me. No one calls me for about a week. Then, when finally someone calls me, I let them know what a huge fiasco picking up my stuff had been. The lady, instead of providing any kind of support, understanding, or consolation, goes OFF on me, saying that I had the option to cancel if I was unhappy. I asked her how I could have since they have all my stuff and my non-refundable deposit. She says "I don't know but you could have always cancelled but you didn't." After talking to this wall of bricks for 30 minutes and about to cry, I finally break down and say, "Fine, I will just pay whatever you ask, just let me know what to do." She said she would send me a credit card authorization form - I have to fill it out and send them a picture of my credit card, my ID, and the form. At this point, I completely understand what a horrible business this is but am completely trapped and at their mercy as they have literally everything I own. She then goes on to threaten me, saying that they will auction all my stuff off if I don't pay ASAP. I was entirely confused as I was always willing to pay and the entire delay had been on their part not getting back to me. She never sent the credit card authorization form. After a few days of living with anxiety that they were going to go rogue and sell all my stuff, I called them about 5 times today and couldn't get a hold of anyone. On the 6th time, I get a hold of someone and frantically ask her to send me the credit card authorization form so I could pay and nothing would happen to my stuff. She does it while I'm on the phone line (thank god!!) and I fill it out and send it back immediately. I then ask her for an ETA of when my stuff would be arriving. She then tells me that all my stuff is in my original city, they hadn't even loaded the moving truck yet. At this point, I am about to BLOW. It has been WEEKS since all my stuff has been picked up and it hadn't moved a single inch. I ask her how something like that could happen, when I can expect my stuff, etc. and her answers continued to get ruder and ruder saying "I don't know, how do you expect me to know, etc." I finally had to hang up because I couldn't handle speaking to them anymore. I'm truly at a total loss of what to do. This scam of a company has all my belongings and talking to them is literally like talking to a wall. Unbelievable. I will update when/if I ever get all my stuff.

Do NOT Trust this COMPANY.
Well, if there was a zero this company would get it! PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are crooks, everyone of them. It starts off with Carlos being so sweet and saying the cost to go to San Francisco would be $1500. Well, do not believe what anyone tells you. It is all a lie. They charged me $500 extra because he had to walk an extra 300 feet. Yes it was in the contract in small print that no one would see and no one would know to ask that. They give you a flight of stairs free. But we did not have any flights. So, it gets worse. We asked for a two day delivery after our free storage for a month. They told us after we signed on, you have anywhere from 7-21 days (not sure of number) of a day they will give you for delivery. So we had to pay an extra $1000 to have an exact delivery within 48 hours. Well, once the stuff came, they broke anything that was glass. Needless to say, we paid extra for that glass to get there safely!! They broke a lamp too. Chipped my daughter desk after it arrived because he was to lazy to ask his partner for help lifting it. This company had my daughter and me in tears. They are all Crooks, from the men who picked up the furniture, who even added wrong to try to scam my daughter by doing wrong math with a calculator by adding another $500. Good thing my daughter caught that. He pretended it was an innocent math mistake. I have never had such a horrible experience. I spoke to a manager Rachel (I think that was her name). I was so upset with her I did not say nice words to her. She even hung up on me and would not answer any of my calls. Please this is a warning to stay away from this company. Overall expense for a $1500 one bedroom move ended up costing $3200 and most was in poor shape after it arrived.

Really poor service and misrepresenation.
So I am not one that typically feels the need to post any type of review, but in this case I really wanted to warn others about some of the worst service I have ever had. What I realized is that once movers get to your house, and especially when they have your belongings, they own you and really don’t care how they treat you. REMEMBER that. Starts out with a quote to move my stuff ($2,600 which was amazing and later I found out was too good to be true) but once they had everything packed up they started itemizing all sorts of details, wrapping things, going down stairs (which I already said I had, but apparently, I had too many steps?) the final price came up to $4,100. Next they have an extensive contract which details allowable shipping time, damage coverage, final payment, and other things that they will surely remind you of when they continue to screw you later. So, as they explain they have 21 days verbally when you are talking through the contract says business days, huge difference. So, I ask when will it arrive, they say in two weeks (not in writing) but should have recorded it. The next week I ask for an update on the move to get a window for arrival time. They have no idea or update. The following week I ask for an update. Nothing to report. The Monday of the third week I get no update, but I did get asked if I would mind sending them my final payment (and I haven’t even received my furniture). Now this whole time, all I get from the customer service folks is “in the contract it says they 21 business days to deliver”. All I am asking for is a status report of when to expect the furniture so we can have people there to receive it. I refused to pay it before I received my furniture. Wait it gets better, That Thursday late afternoon I get a call from the drive that says he will be there on Friday morning (about 12 hours), and it just so happens that my wife and I both had to be out of town on business travel that day. They say, well if you can’t be there to receive the shipment there will be a $1,600 redelivery fee and a $100/day storage fee, and by the way I also must have a money order of certified check for the balance. All reasonable discussions include only reference to “its in the contract”. They couldn’t explain why they couldn’t provide a delivery window even just three days prior?? Come on folks I can track everything on my phone and you guys can’t track your trucks?? Really. After I manage to settle all of this, the movers on this end also want to keep upcharging for stuff, but fortunately I have already made the final payment so I am now back in control. However its not over. We have multiple crushed boxes and broken pieces of furniture. The funny part is they tried to claim the furniture was broken when they picked it up. Wow the nerve of this group. At this point, I am still working on getting the damages paid for so apparently they have been successful in a full 100% disappointment to put it in a politically correct way. Bottom line – Don’t use this company, and beware of these tricks when using other movers as well. I have moved a couple of times before and had amazing service and results.

Worst Experience.
I am beyond livid. I was told there was a 48 hour window of July 12th or 13th for my pickup. I waited until 7:50pm EDT on July 12th and no one had called to schedule for the pickup on the 13th. I spoke with a customer service agent who informed me that there would not be a pickup in the 13th and I could get a refund and find another company to move me or simply wait until the next day to see if they could maybe find some availability. After I explained to her that was not good enough she hung upon me. So now my son is stuck I. Lynchburg VA and no way to get moved to AL. Someone should have contacted me prior to my call to let me know there was an issue. I cannot believe that it is good business practice to leave a customer in a situation such as this without even reaching out the them to inform them. Then to be hung up on when I was not being belligerent of inappropriate in Any way shows me that my business is not valued. I understand that in the big scale of thing my move is small, but I am still a paying customer. I will be contacting the BBB as well as every site where I can leave a review to let people know how Customers are treated.

Worst Company I've Ever Worked With.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I've gotten hundreds of quotes from a lot of moving companies but I chose them because of this lady named Deanna who was the sweetest lady. She took care of me and made sure my stuff got picked up in 2 days. Shealso quoted me $1600 (which was a little higher than the other quotes I got). Most companies gave me estimates of less than a week and I liked that Deanna was a little more realistic telling me it was going to take anywhere from a week to 2 weeks. Read reviews on facebook so I was convinced. When the movers came to my house, the estimate doubled to $3000! This is considering I tried giving them accurate measurements. During and after pick-up, there is no way I could get a hold of Deanna. They also transferred my calls to the customer service ran by people who are rude and unprofessional. We got to California. I called 4 weeks after pick up and they said my stuff is still in their warehouse in the east coast!! We had to buy new cooking supplies and clothes to survive. A month and a half later, they decided it was a good time to deliver my stuff. The driver texted me and said I have to pay extra $500 despite me asking them when they picked up my furniture if there will be any added fees. I asked how big the truck will be and they told me if there's a place for a 24' high truck, then we should be fine. Now they want me to pay extra for a shuttle because they can't cross the bridge. THEY KNEW WHERE I WAS MOVING TO WHEN THEY PICKED UP MY STUFF!! The driver was extremely rude and so was the customer service. We were forced to pay because I have some valuable things that I did not want them to hold on to any longer. This company is the shadiest company I've ever worked with. I've suffered enough and will sure pursue legal actions. Contracts don't supersede common sense and being humane.

Very bad service.
Do not believe anything RickTony says. nothing turned out true about the service they said. please read the review carefully and stay away from this movers. 1) you will receive a reasonable quote initially, but then it will go high as much as double. you will hear charges those were never discussed before but you will not have any option other than paying it, since you will get those charges when the movers comes to pick up your stuff and you will not have any other option left. 2) they will make you false promises based on your need, even though it says otherwise on the agreement and then you will ask you to follow the agreement since you signed it already. 3) the furnitureboxes were handled very poorly. they broke my wooden corner table which means it was not handled with care at all. my glass sets were broken too even though the boxes were marked as fragile. 4) you will get a regular follow up call until you make payment, once the deal is done hard to reach them. i've sent many emails for justification for these damages but I have not received any email from anyone so far. i'm going to file complaints also. feel free to email me for more details. I would love to share my personal experience in detail.
