   Carlyle van lines.

   Carlyle van line has provided the best service. I had previous bad experience with ATLAS van lines and was bit afraid to use any. Carlyle Van lines service was awesome. they transported all of my Stuff on time and with given time line . very prompt and on time . I will highly recommend Carlyle Van lines Warrensburg to anyone looking for mover company.

   We recently moved from Wright Patt AFB to Altus AFB, OK. Our stuff was picked up on the 14th of December. We were told the required date for it to be in Altus was the 26th. We got our house on the 28th of December. So we called the moving company on the 28th to find out about our household goods. Come to find out they didn't move our stuff until after the holidays, and it got frieghted instead being moved in a moving truck. They told us they couldn't find a truck. We only had 1700 lbs. That is barely anything so I would like to know how you can't find a truck for that. I also am wondering why they didn't just move our stuff as soon as it got picked up. It has been almost a month now and we still have NOT received our stuff. I also do not understand why we were not contacted by Carlyle Van Lines to inform us of any of this. They have been the worst moving company I have ever moved with, and next time I move I will make sure We do not go through them. .

   Immoral Company.

   This is a warning to all to avoid Carlyle Van Lines. They are extremely disrespectful to military members and their families and are known to avoid taking responsibility for their actions. They destroyed my very expensive antique marble coffee table, put deep holes in my floors, and scuffed up my walls. They also took some of the marble outside and scattered around my yard, and may have stolen larger pieces as well as they are not accounted for. Their "marketing" person has been extremely disrespectful in email as well. If you want to be frauded and have your house damaged, furnuture destroyed, go ahead and allow Carlyle to step into your home. Otherwise, avoid them at all costs. Please do your research on this company, check Google and Facebook, we wish would have!

   Their Van just backed into my front yard and bent the stop sign.

   A Carlyle Vans was moving our neighbors this evening until 9:15pm tonight. As they were pulling out trying to turn around, the driver backed up into our front yard and bent the stop sign over about 10 degrees. I would not have known this except for the two gents yelling at each other about what was going on. This we could hear from inside the house. The driver finally went down the street and turned around in the cul-de-sac. After picking up the other gentleman the drive attempted to straighten the stop sign back buy pushing it back up. This did nothing to straighten the sign. All I can hope is that those folks personnel belongings fair better with these people. I Have pictures if you want to see them!

   Biggest Nightmare Move in 14 Years of Military Service.

   I cannot warn people enough to stay away from Carlyle movers. During my 14 years in the Navy, I’ve moved across country 4 times and across the world once. I volunteered to help a friend of mine by being his designated agent for his household goods and direct the move (unforeseen circumstances prevented him from being present). Carlyle’s driver, Darnell, was the worst, rudest, most aggressive, despicable mover it has been my misfortune to ever deal with. Darnell would not take direction and became angry when I wanted to verify odd things he was telling me. I’ve never needed to get in a shouting match with someone, and I was ultimately threatened several times. He stopped the move without putting any of the furniture together or take away the boxes as he was contracted to do. Ultimately, he tried to grab all the inventory information, which was less than 100% accounted for, and leave. When I would not let him take the material, he accused me of assault, threatened to fight me, and called the police on me. It was only due to that police intervention was I able to get the mattresses they left outside into the house. The experience with Carlyle was a nightmare. If you are military and find yourself stuck with Carlyle, insist the contract be given to someone else. If you are civilian, it would be easier and more pleasant to move yourself. I will post this on as many websites as I can. I mean, are you kidding me? The police had to come!

   Horrible Experience.

   This was a pcs military move. Our stuff was supposed to get here 4/9/18. The driver asked us to come the 10th and sign for the 9th, so he wouldn't get in trouble with his boss, the moving company that packed us/contracted with, and or anyone else. It took way too many phone calls on our end and got dps involved, to even get our stuff here on time from CA to WA state. It took 11 days to get our stuff. Very ridiculous. The driver had every excuse in the book and didn't even tell me when he was leaving CA for like 5 days after asking several times. Didn't even know our stuff was going to be here on time until the moving company who packed us, solved the problem with the driver from this carylye Van lines company. Plus, several things got broken. The driver also refused to communicate with me as to what time our stuff would arrive on the 9th. He told my husband who was still in CA at the time, instead. Very unprofessional, very dissatisfied, and when they unpacked, they made huge messes , versus organized piles. They talked way too much, too. Never using this company again.

   Aloof and Not Concerned.

   My most horrific move in 30 years and 18 government moves. Wouldn't hire them to move garbage, they would break it and lose it. How does something get packed and then not arrive at the destination? Taken home by a scummy moving company employee perhaps?

   Military move.

   To anyone researching companies to use or not, I highly suggest not using Carlyle. Ive moved six times and this was by far the worst. The driver was friendly, but that was the only good experience. There were thousands of dollars worth of damages, they "lost" a valuable bag and their customer service went from constant daily texts to completely being unreachable now that there are issues. There were tons of half assembled items left all over the house and they left to "go look for our missing items".. never heard from them again. I wish the Navy did not allow this company to be supported, but atleast we will have a say against them for our next move.

   Rude and obnoxious.

   Carlyle movers parked their semi in front of my house on Sunday, June 15 (Father's Day), blocking my entire 3-car driveway. They had space on the other side of that driveway (approx 6 feet) to spare. The truck first arrived that morning at 11am and I asked them to move it back 6 feet to give me at least 1 lane to get my vehicle out. They did, and my family and I left for our father's day brunch, but when we returned 2 hours later, they had moved the truck forward, covering my entire driveway again. I brought my 2 year old into our house while my wife approached the neighbors who said "it's not our problem, talk to the movers." She proceeded to talk to the movers, who copped an attitude and said they "didn't have a choice." They claimed that it would take them too long to move the truck back and that they would end up blocking the other neighbor's driveway. After one of the movers physically brushed my wife aside by purposely bumping into her and demanding she "get out of our way," she called the police. When a cop showed up 1 hour later, he informed the movers that they were parked illegally, but rather than writing a citation, he told them to move their truck back, as we had originally asked. After some more complaining, they moved it back 12 feet. They did NOT block the other neighbor's driveway and still had plenty of space to unload. It took them all of 5 minutes to complete this task. They finally finished and left at about 3pm. Thank you, Carlyle, for helping "support our troops" as the picture on your truck says..from an unimpressed military service member.

    Same as everyone else here I Guess.

    We had similar awful experience.  Miss estimated weight, not enough truck space, not enough pack time, poor packing, house was trashed at the end b/c of the rush job, split our shipment between three trucks, three delivery dates (and the date was late anyway), broken items, missing parts, pieces to furniture gone..once again, avoiding them like the plague!!
