   I moved from Florida to New Jersey. Certified Movers stayed in constant contact and arrived on time both coming & going. They were courteous & even helped me pack my last boxes, as I was running late! I would recommend! Thank you

   Certified movers Inc was great

   Had to relocate my items from a storage that they were in for over a year. The movers worked hard in the hot sun pulling everything out and wrapping the furniture nicely with clean moving blankets and shrink wrap before carefully placing all my items in the truck for transport. A week and 1500 miles later delivery came and the men unloaded and reassembled all my furniture in my new home and everything was in tip top shape. Thanks to Kevin for his professionalism throughout the process

   We used them for an Office Relocation and they were on time, organized and very detail oriented which needed for out transition so that we were able to minimalize down time. It worked out well they were logistics were spot on and the communication was excellent. Thank you Cal and Kevin for your assistance.

   Certified Movers Inc was excellent.

   Had to move my folks up to live with us as they have gotten to the age that they need help. Called these guys spoke with Anthony after I received an email from him. He was very informative and I felt at ease putting my parents move in his hands and I am glad I did because it went as planned and that was key to keeping the stress down because they had alot of anxiety as did I about the move but it all melted away as the crew delivered on time with everything intact.The team worked as exactly that a well coached professional team of great guys thanks Jose, Keith, Jack and and John aka Fish for the great job.

   TERRIBLE! RUN! Taking Legal Action

   The experience here has been horrific. We were asked to choose a 2 day window, which we did. The Friday morning before the Sat/Sun window, they called and said they were now coming Monday. Then, Friday late afternoon, they called saying they would be there at 8am Saturday. We had 3 guys show up and cart all of our items into the road, and the actual moving truck did not come until 12pm. It was a rented Ryder truck... not Certified's Truck. We were told they had their own vehicles and were not brokers. Once everything was loaded on the truck, they held us hostage for $1,000 over quoted price even though we were UNDER cubic footage from what we asked for. We busted out tape measures and did the math with them and they refused to acknowledge we were under space and threatened to take everything off the truck and leave it in the road. We were told we had to beat the drivers to our location (CA to KY) or all of our items would be thrown in storage and it would be a nightmare to get out. They told us 3 days. I called on Tuesday morning, expecting to hear an ETA only to be told our drivers had been fired for smoking marijuana in the truck and the truck had not left CA. No one called us to tell us this. They picked items up Saturday and Tuesday, it took me HOURS of calling MULTIPLE people to find out our things were in CA. I was told I would get an update by end of day, and did not. I was then told our truck was leaving Wednesday, it did not, and no one called to update us. When we called again Thursday, we were told Thursday night departure. Finally, the truck left. Our items arrived at 1am Monday morning, but in complete disarray. The driver that arrived was great, but was also alone and no helper would respond to his call. My dresser was completely shattered, I had to climb onto the truck and throw my clothing in trash bags because it was in so many pieces. Our speakers were damaged, sentimental cups and plates were shattered because our fragile (marked in caps and red) were placed at the bottom of all the boxes. Boxes came busted open from they way they were stacked. We paid for full insurance coverage and called for how to put in a claim. We were given an email address to send it to, only to have a bounce back telling us that email address does not exist at all. Tired of being jerked around by these people. I have video of the cubic footage being under and the damages and will be taking legal action. RUN FAR FAR AWAY!

   I had an agreement with Certified Movers Inc. of Doraville, Georgia to collect my HHG for a cross country move. Imagine the stress when they did not show up. Make sure you know who you are dealing with. A "no show" moving company is no fun to deal with. Certified Movers is NOT a reputable company. They did not show up and refused to refund my deposit. Left me scrambling.

   Fradulent Operation - Do not Consider.

   Authorization to be in possession of my belongings. There were at least 5 separate LLC's involved in this transaction and the entire scheme is fraudulent. They do not meet any of their commitments and you can expect to be missing a significant amount of your furniture, whatever return be severely damaged, anything glass is broken and they will DOUBLE the price once they get it on a Ryder truck from some random subcontractor they found to send to your house at 8pm on the very last day so you cannot back out. I have filed claims with the FMCSA, Attorney General in 2 States, CFPB for check and money order fraud, 2 police reports and will be contacting a number of other services to ensure they cannot keep taking advantage of people. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
