   Fast and with extra high quality.

   This was my first relocation ever. I had to move with my family for my new job. As this was our first move, we were concerned about which company to hire to help us. My father-in-law has traveled across USA and he suggested the name of The CTC Movers Group. As I called them, they were very polite on the phone. They took the information very profoundly and then gave me a quote. Only later on when I talked to other people about their moves, I understood how reasonable my quote was. Their men arrived on time to my house and they were very efficient. They were very innovative while packing and loading my stuffs. I received all my belongings right on schedule. My first move couldn’t have gone any better.

   Great moving experience.

   I had move from North Carolina to Alabama two weeks ago, and I got a great service from CTC. The movers team was very hardworking and nice. They pack everything carefully and their time was very organized from beginning to the end of move. No damage on delivery. Really great experience.

   Very organized moving company.

   We moved without any obstacles. It was the movers from CTC Moving Group who made it possible. What can I say about these guys? They were just excellent. Nothing was too heavy or too big for them. Even carrying my big couch down 2 sets of stairs couldn't dampen their enthusiasm. I was utterly impressed seeing how organized and efficient the four movers were. The van pulled up at my new house right on the scheduled date. I was delighted to find all my belongings in superb condition.

   My first time using a moving company.

   This was my first time using a moving company, I never thought that I would ever hire movers to relocate my stuff to another house. I heard all the horror stories about the moving industry and how all the people are getting scammed. Not with these guys! First of all I would like to thank the moving consultant James for his help and making me feel a little bit more comfortable at the first stages. Once the moving date came all the tension and stress disappeared the minute after the huge CTC truck showed up 15 min before the scheduled time. 3 guys jumped out and started to rock'n'roll. The guys were working like horses - fast and with extra high quality! So it turned out that the guys are brothers, almost twins and they are total pros. I would definitely use this company the next time I move. Once again THANK YOU VERY MUCH Andrei, Nicolas and George!! You guys are beasts!

   We highly recommend those guys! This weekend I was helping my aunt to move and, based on her bad experiences with other companies, she asked me to chose the moving company. (Thanks God she has a BIG helper who don't mind fighting on the phone with scam companies !) Any way our experience was way different then usual . Those guys arrived on time, nice looking, sober, clean and very polite. They handled the job quick and everything arrived in pristine condition. We had a few old china and they did a great job packaging all those antiques. Thank you guys.

   I was very impressed by the timely delivery of my items, even before I expected them and all the items where in good condition, nothing was broken, damaged or distorted. The staff are very friendly indeed and helpful in giving you ideas on how to make everything easier in your move. I would indeed encourage anyone to use CTC Moving Group services again and always because they are sincere and honest in their dealings.

   The best moving experience!!

   For me, moving from one place to another hasn't been a big deal. I had no shortage of friends with pickup trucks to help me since I was just moving from Point A to Point B in the same city or a city nearby. But I knew I had to hire a moving company when I had to move from Florida to Ohio. I was used to being in charge and running the show, but I had to rely on someone else to coordinate it all for me. That's why I chose CTC Moving Group. They were my choice right off the bat with the first conversation with the woman answering the phone. She was courteous, professional and helpful and didn't mind answering my many questions. The gentleman who met with me to make an inventory list and explain their services was very thorough and patient. The price he gave me (approximately $4.500) was right on the money with no hidden fees or surprise additional charges after the move or at the last minute. The movers had no trouble moving the larger furnishings and fragile possessions like mirrors and glass figurines that I had. They were a team of professionals who worked well together. The result was a smooth, stress-free move with no mishaps. I was pleased with their service and would choose CTC Moving Group again the future if needed—even if for a local move.

   Excellent service.

   Amazing experience. I moved from Baltimore to West Palm Beach, Florida. I am very satisfied of the choice I did. Great service! They explain me everything and advise me how is going to be more safety to move. Everything was delivered in time, no damage, and properly. Thanks guys. You are my favorite moving team.    The best moving company.

   The amount of time Chris saved me made my move less stressful One of the biggest things was the care they took good care of my furniture, glassware , dishes , sporting goods, Tv's , computer . Making sure customers are satisfied is their goal they go the extra mile for the customers. Trans United made the move easy, less stressful,time saving and most of all they gave me a good price of $4000!!. I Defenatly Recomend CTC MOVINGGROUP! If you need Proffesional and honest moving services hit them up. And also Chris and his crew they did a very good job. Highly recommended.

    Disgusted!

    Scheduled this service through UHaul.com and confirmed 1 week prior that they received the information. Called 3 days prior to the scheduled moving time and confirmed we were scheduled, I was advised an ETA of 10:00 AM the day requested. Moving Day: Called number they texted me the confirmation on at 10:15 to make sure they didn't need directions, I was asked to call back in 15 minutes. Called back at 10:30 and was told they would call me back in 15 minutes because they were currently on another job. I waited until 11:15 and called them back at which they advised me they did not have me scheduled but said he was going to call the supervisor and call me back. Waited another 45 minutes and called him back, he advised they were booked up and could not make it to my scheduled job and had no record of said job. Asked about the cleaning service purchased as well and he said he could send a buddy to help move me and clean the apartment. (Not what I paid for! A Buddy, who does that?). I cancelled the job through the cell phone application and currently working with my bank and merchant services on returning payment. Very disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) their customer service, and complete disregard to the customer who has already paid for said service. Someone within this organization needs to focus on the values that service companies are based on. Providing a service to a customer! Try finding a replacement moving company on a Saturday with no notice is impossible, I tried! My back is killing me and though I understand I'm not a spring chicken I also understand that's why I hired a moving service. My pain is your fault and that's how I feel.. Change my Mind!
