   Absolutely terrible!

   Absolutely terrible! Stay Far Away from this company my simple 20 mile move turned into a nightmare resulting in 3/4 of my furniture being destroyed. Please Note: The Keller Williams Realty Insurance Policy of 75k they offer for homes sold by Keller Williams is a total scam. I have spent the past two and a half months getting the run around from the New Owners of Davi & Valenti John Savage and Don Scheib (Owners Since June 2016) and the Claims Managers at Stevens Worldwide Van Lines due to know one waiting to take responsibly for the damages. Be aware and do research on the reviews for Davi & Valenti and Stevens Worldwide Van lines before hiring either one of them as there are other victims out there that have experienced similar situations.

   Mr. McCormick was offered full repair of his furniture. He refused, stating that he had full value coverage which meant all new furniture. This of course if not true. We repair what is repairable and replace what is not repairable. All of his furniture was repairable. After battling for over a month, a call was placed to Stevens Van Lines, with who's authority the furniture was moved. They confirmed our position. Finally after 2 months, we were able to send our repairman out, someone that all of the local companies used, and he kicked him out and called him mentally slow. Mr. McCormick then had the nerve to call and complain about how long the claim resolution is taking. At that point we decided to not speak to him further.
