   From Phoenix to South Bend relocation terrible experience

   BUYER BEWARE! Would not want to hurt anyone's livelihood, but this business and its associates should not be operating in any community. Gross misrepresentation, inconsiderate handling of goods, with many broken, missing/stolen items. No followup, insurance reimbursement offer less than 200.00 and no efforts made to retreive missing/stolen goods. Also, do not respect women....note any good references are from males (that should tell you something).

   Paid the deposit and then asked for more, retained an attorney. They are refusing to give my deposit back. I know this has happened to a lot better f people, contact me if you want to be included in the law suit. This company has done this way to many times.

   PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE EVEN TALKING TO THIS COMPANY ALERT: THESE GUYS ARE NOT YOUR ACTUAL MOVERS. THEY ARE 3RD PARTY BROKERS AND WILL HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR MOVE! Long post alert: I called these guys in June 2022 to get a quote for moving my stuff from Missouri to Louisiana. They sounded very professional on the phone and the guy talked me into hiring them. He was like we are one of the best in the country. He asked me about all the stuff that I needed to move. Every single detail like how many mattresses, how many beds, how many chairs, how many boxes. He gave me a quote of about 2900$. And asked for deposit of $923 which I paid right away. They hired a different company (which you can call directly) called Cita Van lines and the movers came after 6 pm on the day of the move. The truck driver told me that now you will deal with us directly. Enroute relocation is a 3rd party broker company and we don’t consider their quotes. We give our own quotes. Those guys gave me a new quote of ~4900$ and I was expected to pay 70% of that upfront. Completely unexpected. Now after 6 pm, I tried calling this company, no one picked up. I had a 4 month old baby and old parents with me. All my stuff was packed so I had no other choice but to just do whatever they wanted. After they left. I drove to Lousiana and called Cita Van Lines 5 days later(it was the expected date of delivery) to get the status of my stuff. Cita Van lines told me that they cannot give me any updates other than that my stuff will reach in next 21 business days. I called Enroute relocation and told them about everything that happened. The lady who attended the call, told me it’s your fault that you paid Cita Van lines guys that much who bad mouthed about our company in front of you. And she disconnected the call. I tried calling them again, no one picked up. I tried retrieving the quote they sent me earlier, as soon as I would click on the link it would say you don’t have the access to the document anymore. Also, it took Cita Van lines 20 days to deliver my stuff. I kept calling the company but they never provided me with any useful information. The truck driver who picked up my stuff from missouri also kept lying to me that he is going to get update from the warehouse. I am missing an office chair, bed foundation of my bed, a whole box of kitchen appliances. The guys who came to deliver my stuff was nice. Summary: I would not recommend doing business with them. I am still recovering from the mental stress I had to endure because of these people. Good luck for your move!

   HORRIBLE

   The worst experience in the world!!! They made me create a list with all the things I would carry in the truck, they told me that everything fit in the truck, that they offered me a 26-foot truck, that my cargo would arrive between August 26-29, and when they arrived they told me no, it would be there en 21 days, after they told me it would be just a week. They charged me almost 300 hundred more for adding a piece of furniture, and after they come to pick up the load they tell me that it is not like that. That no matter what list they give you a space and if everything doesn't fit you have to pay more, if you decide not to set it up then you lose the money from the deposit, it turns out that it is a picture of the truck they offer you, pay because a 5-room house And they only took half, if I took it full it up twice as much. And the worst thing was when one of the employees said that they are used to doing that, that they always have the same problem because they make the customer sign by selling something and it turns out that in the end it is not that. They rob you and when you call to complain they treat you badly, and they tell you that they can't do anything that is not their problems. That the list doesn't mean anything. Cause you paid for the space and if it doesn't fit they cant do anything, so now i ask so why they make you to do a list? If they don't even look at it.

    Unprofessional

    I am in the military and have recently moved to San Diego, CA from Norfolk, VA. This place was rated very well and recommended by other military friends. My stuff was picked up June 15th and I was told it would be delivered the week of July 5th. It’s currently July 14th and customer service has not replied to any of my phone calls and e-mails. Will not be making recommendations to my fellow service members.
