   The company made sure everything was done thoroughly and took the burden and stress of a long distance move off my back! Dustin handled everything flawlessly by setting up the move in organized and efficient manner.    They asked again before they left if I needed anything moved somewhere else in the house and made sure I was happy with the furniture set up in the rooms. Not one thing was damaged. Recommended Family First Moving & Storage to all.

   Bait and switch

   Very disappointed, was quoted a certain amount for all of my things but when the movers came they wanted to charge me $1,500 more for the same amount on the quote. Sadly I didn't have the money so many of my children's things are being left behind. Family first rep has ghosted me. Btw family first is just a broker it was cross country movers-- with horrible reviews. I give this a two star because I haven't gotten my stuff so hoping this was the worst of it.

   Have an appointment to be moved, made a down payment and now the phones are disconnected and email bounces back!! Beware!!

   This is the worstmove I have ever had in my life I am a veteran and got help with the expenses to pay for the move this company is so unprofessional. What kind of movers showup 3 of them with only one marker to write on boxes about what's inside the box? I supplied the markers and workers them they don't get even a lunch break! They did thx to me. They had to tear even the tape! So unprofessional and ruined alot of my good furniture! They brought furniture in and just dumped it. I am old and live alone.    Poorly Moved

   We hired them February 2021 and the staff was very friendly. However, when assembly one of the beds they did not put the screws in; therefore, causing the the bed frames to slide all over the place. They also broke several glass dishes such as plates and cups. They also broke several storage bins including tops. For the price we paid nearly $450 it was definitely NOT worth it! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

   I do not recommend this company to anyone moving! They'll lie to you, steal your money and charge you more after they pick up your stuff. You can wait days waiting for a response from them. If you get in contact with Laura, will, or Yaniv please know these aren't honest or professional people.

    Not Accountable

    Please be advised they cannot guarantee a move date. Read the contract. They will tell you a date when they come to your home for an appraisal/quote. Then, show up unannounced on a completely different day. They rarely answer the phone and don’t return calls. The problem is they use third party movers. Who shake you down for money on your moving day. Then when they arrive at the second location, shake you down for more cash while holding your stuff hostage. Oh, and they only take cash. I have damage and I had to record the movers trying to tell me they don’t have insurance or do insurance claims! After about ten minutes of pressuring them, they gave me an inventory sheet to sign. I’m sure that will get me know where. Now, this company won’t return my calls. Please, just use a company that doesn’t hire third party movers. Side note, even if you give them masks to wear in your home- they won’t wear them properly. They don’t wear show covers and will beg you to leave all the packing garbage and materials at your house because they don’t have any place to throw it away. They asked me to burn it in my yard!!!!
