   Moving to Ohio.

   We moved from New York City to Columbus, Ohio and Lou and the team at Fine Express made it so smooth! Because Lou did a walk-through before our quote I was confident that the price would not change and it didn't! Mike and his team were amazing packing up! Our belongings were delivered at the absolute end of the delivery window but when they came they were so careful, professional and courteous even working in the rain and dark. Thank you to everyone for taking some of the stress out of this move!

   Moved to LA.

   My boyfriend and I recently made a cross country move from NYC to LA and we hired Fine Express Moving. We were really pleased with the experience! Every person we dealt with on the phone and throughout the move was a true professional - helpful, kind and quick to respond. They made my cross county move as stress free as it could be -- and at a reasonable cost :).

   The fine express team was efficient!

   The Fine express team was efficient and professional. Lou came over to give an estimate for the move and the initial price they gave me was what I was charged! No hidden fees! It was very reasonable, especially since only Fine staff will be handling my boxes, and they don't outsource the move to other trucks. I must have contacted at least 10 other businesses for quotes, and Fine brought the most value. They also are very modern!! Great checklist system and helpful labeling. Fine Express even gave me quick check-in phone calls, before, during and after the process which is reassuring. The team: Doan, Hung, and Jarrod arrived early. They were all very friendly, easy to talk with, polite and made me feel comfortable. Which is great, because when I know the whole place will be in boxes soon, there's that anxiety and "omg what if I don't get it all done?!" feeling.. and with them I was in great hands! Everyone was respectful of my time and belongings. Doan handled my room and noticed everything that needed to be done. He spotted an extra cell phone charger that he thought would be good to take with me instead of having it packed up, and I'm sure my phone will thank him for that soon! Jarrod made sure any of the nails still in the walls from the pictures I had hanging were taken down, and the home is in beautiful condition after the move!

   Moving to CA.

   We hired Fine Express in December 2019 for our move from NY to CA, It was the best experiance I had with a moving companey especially after hearing all the horror stories from peopel, Eli gave us a quote of $ 3000 and that the price we paid at the end. the pick up was on time and very proffecinal. The drop off was five days later.They we're very officiant,fast and proffecinal. I would recommend using Fine Express for your next move.

   Moving to D.C.

   One of the main concerns for me about moving out of state was getting an accurate estimate of cost and time. Fine Express not only sent someone to my home to go over the move with me but was able to accommodate my move with a pickup and delivery four days apart. With a flat rate and no added expenses other than the agreed-upon tolls I was quite pleased. The movers were professional and thorough in both pickup and delivery with no damage done to any items and even the out of state timing was within an hour of original ETA. I got 4 bids on the job and while Fine was not the cheapest, I ultimately felt most comfortable using them and considering the results I am glad I did.

   Moved 5 Times.

   I am naturally a very anxious person and was dreading moving, having moved 5 times in NYC before. Fine Express was the best decision I have ever made. They moved everything I had quickly and with great care and the entire process from booking to the actual move could not have been easier. You're quoted based on how much stuff you have and the distance/amount of stairs, not by the hour, which I liked a lot better because I didn't feel rushed and the inventory list made me take stock of everything I have. If you have to move, don't hesitate go with Fine !

   Great moving experience. Hardworking guys, polite staff. Good communication, reasonable monetary value, goodness and skilled guys. Nice to work with, efficient & friendly. Would recommend them to friend. Liked the flat fee versus paying per hour. Reliable and efficient - friendly movers and time taken / cost as per initial approximation. Excellent servicing at a reasonable monetary value - the crew worked tirelessly and took good care of our household. They turned up on time and professional. This is the Third time I have used Fine Moving and I have been impressed both meters. This company is prompting and incredibly fine. Kept me informed through the physical process and did everything with ease.

   Great experience.

   This team blew us all away! Their commitment to excellence and completing the job made the impossible happen. Our move required work than we anticipated with all the “stuff” we had but it was no bother for this crew. They were gracious as they moved it all on a 90 degree humid summer day. Hats off to these guys. This was the most impressive, physical, detail oriented and overall professional experience I’ve ever had moving. Did I mention they were super friendly? Such pleasant folks in the home and over the phone. I hope this was my last move but they will be the first people I call if we ever have to move again.

   I would like to thank all 4 movers who moved my 3 br apartment from NYC to Hartford. They were very professionals, dedicated and understanding. The move eventually was faster and cheaper than initially estimated which made me very happy. I would definitely recommend their services.

    Moving my homegoods.

    The crew worked very efficiently and were considerate of my time. They ensured my belongings were transported safely and with care. They took unloading to my 4 story townhouse in stride. Fine Express may cost more than some of the smaller companies out there but I knew in choosing them, I could relax and not worry about the move. To me, that is priceless.
