   My experience with First National Van Lines was great. They were very responsive, quick, and helpful. I was amazed at their efficiency during the move! All of the movers wore masks and made the experience safe during the pandemic. A day before my move I had to organize storage for all my stuff and they helped me with that despite the last minute notice. I highly recommend this company! I will definitely use their services again for my next move.

   Update 2024: We booked First National Van Lines again for another move, this time from an apartment to a house. Again, the service was impeccable, these guys moved at the speed of light and worked super hard and diligently, going above and beyond. Great competitive rates, great service, cant recommend enough!

   Excellent movers, fair price.

   Excellent movers, fair price. They stuck around and waited when the elevator in my new building was occupied by my roommates movers (who were not efficient at all), and it didn’t even matter much because they were so efficient with everything. Nothing was damaged, will be using them again.

   Moving is stressful

   Moving is stressful, but First National Van Lines made it as easy as possible. They were the cheapest quote, yet took great care of my belongings and were very quick. Plus, the guys were really nice! I would absolutely recommend using them.

   I highly recommend them for any size of move.

   I highly recommend First National Van Lines for any size of move. They are professional and will make your move as less stressful as possible. Further, they are honest and friendly and know how to take care of your stuff including the reassembly of furniture at the destination address. Rating: Five stars plus! Also, they followed all the COVID-19 precautions, which I believe is very important for a move during the ongoing pandemic situation.

    Hidden fees and broken belongings

    Our experience with First National Van Lines was subpar. The original broker of our contract misled us regarding how the belongings would be packaged and what would be included in the pricing. The movers showed up and wanted to charge extra to move what was already listed on the contract. Because of the language barrier, we spent half our day going back and forth with corporate. When the items arrived, every box contained something that had broken in transit. And the beds were not accurately re-assembled. I would not recommend this company.
