   Took 5 weeks to get household items, damage and lost items

   Brandon promised a lot including having our beds wrapped and set back up on the destination side. They literally broke our sleep number bed base taking it apart and no items were set backup on the destination side. Most of the personnel delivering the items could not speak English so it was hard to communicate. It It was obvious they did not know what the word "fragile" means on boxes! We learned that our items were sitting in a warehouse for weeks prior to departure. We also learned that in transit our things were reloaded on other trucks several times. Five weeks later when we finally received our items, I literally saw boxes fall out of the truck when the driver opened the side door. Many boxes were greatly damaged, table saw was rusted up from sitting in the damp air so long, Gorilla shelves mangled, metal patio furniture bent out of shape, and much more damage. Many items missing, including a large box of kitchen items ... nowhere to be found! Once our items were picked up from our house, it was impossible to connect with Brandon. All we got was his voicemail. We were left guessing when our furniture and household items would arrive. I understand there is a driver shortage but communication should be a priority. Overall it was not the delay that was the biggest problem but the damage, missing items, and broken promises. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this company. In retrospect, I would rent pods and load things myself.

   Dishonest and Unreliable

   Take your business elsewhere. The company, sadly, is comprised of dishonest people. They will lie to your face and then not apologize when confronted. Mistakes happen and Front Door Moving and Storage forgot to contact me to my a out of state delivery. I had to scramble and make arrangements. When i confronted them, they claimed they'd been calling for days. I checked both my phone and with my cell provider and that was simply untrue. They refused to accept responsibility or even apologize. With so many options, go somewhere else.
