   Happy Wheels moving made my move so easy! There were on time, super careful with my furniture, and the team was friendly and professional. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend them for a stress-free move!

   They packed with HATRED

   The business model of this company is to scam their customers. Same experience as other reviews posted here: We hired InterstateMovingandRelocation because it had good reviews, but without consulting us they subcontracted Happy Wheels. Two Russian guys who speak no English showed up 5 hours late in a rented truck, demanding twice the money that was agreed with Interstate Moving and Relocation, which is the company that we hired. No adequate equipment, no professional skills, no moral compass. They packed with HATRED, throwing things on the boxes, refusing to unassemble furniture or pack properly, just terrible. They took 3 weeks to deliver my furniture. They destroyed our furniture, including a Chinese Antique, and there were lot's of broken items, damaged art and frames. Their insurance company is so bad, and they make things so difficult, that we decided not to file. Customer service just stops answering calls.

   - After months of planning and organizing our move. Selecting Interstate Relocation was a disaster. I encourage you to do your homework. Interstate showed an excellent rating but has been a real disappointment. They subcontracted with Happy Wheels Moving Company, which was a real disappointment. I feel that both companies have robbed me. I could have bought at least a third of a brand-new pickup truck or an SUV. - I paid $14,000 for packing and unpacking services, only to find all boxes emptied and mixed everywhere. I alerted Interstate, our broker, and spoke to the QA manager without getting a timely response. - Movers refused to let us speak to a manager, stating that the manager and the QA manager were sleeping, “our representative “. - Our belongings arrived at 10:47 PM, give or take, with unloading starting at that late hour. City ordinance states that no noise is allowed after 11 pm. - Movers threw clothes and belongings on the floor despite paid services. - Promised two trucks on moving day, but only one showed up; the second truck arrived three days later with the remaining household items. - Forced to stay in hotels as packing was so late. - Unable to find anything in our house post-move. - Movers are unable to communicate (Russian speakers), and it is even difficult to use Google Translate. - another day. - Despite our experience (15 military moves), manager spoke to me in a condescending matter. One of the resolutions offer was to leave the movers in, even if we were not present because we had a full unpack scheduled and the movers knew where everything was supposed to be placed. - Threatened with legal action when we complained and went on citing Dot policies, law and regulations. - At one point, at 3:30 give or take they wanted to leave and not complete the work. - We urge you to see the pictures and videos before considering contracting Interstate or Happy Wheels base out of North Carolina. Specially, all you military families and services members.

   Awful

   They destroyed my solid oak pedestal table and my king size bed!!! The movers that were at my beach house to move me in were rude, dropping boxes marked fragile, putting things in the wrong places BUT texted me 3-4 times for a tip. They didn’t get one!!!

   Nothing happy about happy wheels from charlotte, nc

   horrible people. they lie, cheat, rip you off and send people who are abusive and don't speak English to drop off your stuff. they force you to sign off in order to deliver and then disappear before inventory can be taken. the Russian man grabbed my phone out of my hands and yelled at me and told me to clean up after him and lost my stuff. NO help from the corporate office. they just want their cash at delivery and couldn't care less.

   Elder Abuse

   I had a family member who used this terrible company for a cross country move. She was lied to, taken advantage of and verbally abused by the 3rd party person who didn't speak much English upon the delivery of her items. Several were lost or broken. They only accept cash upon delivery for a reason. This company should be shut down. The AG of NC has been notified as well as ICE.

   Nothing Happy About Happy Wheels Moving out of CLT

   I paid $400.00 to guarantee a specific date and window of time. They were 3 hours late for the pickup. I showed the guys where the previous movers parked for my delivery 4 years ago, which was 63 ft from my home. This space was wide open, but they chose to park on the other side of the building and charged me $100 due to the distance. They charged me a $68 processing fee for using a credit card. This fee was eventually credited to my delivery fee. I asked the guys not to remove the legs to my antique table, which I use as a TV stand. They didn't listen to me and the legs were lost in the move and cannot be replaced. Now, the nightmare begins with the drop off. Please note that pictures and text messages from the delivery guy were sent to Rebecca with the Happy Wheels Moving Company's Customer Service DPT. She and I were in contact from the initial call to delivery until October 3rd when she told me there would be no compensation for me due to the horrible service I received. 9-21-22, I received a text from a man who said his name is Tony, he is my mover and will be staying with me on 9-23-22. This freaked me out, so I called the number and a man answered and said he was also Russian and was using a translation app. What he meant to say was that he would be in the area on the 23rd. He then told me he would reach out on the 22nd or 23rd with a delivery date. Tony also stated he would not take Zelle as payment, just cash and I needed large bills. Tony sent another text telling me he would arrive on Saturday morning 9-23-22. I took off work for that day, only to wake up to another text stating he was stuck in a rock slide outside of Portland. There was no rock slide in the entire state of Oregon. He did the same thing on the 24th. He said he would for sure arrive the morning of Monday, 9-25-22, which he did. I explained there should have been the $68 adjustment due to the overcharge of the processing fee at the pickup. He became agitated, folded his arms and said if I didn't have the amount on his paperwork, I wouldn't get my stuff. I showed him the messages from Rebecca, but he argued with me, took my phone from me and took a picture of Rebecca's text and sent it to his boss, only to find out that I was correct. Since the paperwork is about 20 pages thick, there was no visible verbiage on the top copy and Tony said we would review my inventory before he left, which never happened. When he finished unloading, he looked at me and said that he doesn't clean up after himself and that clean-up is my responsibility. He said you clean up! He left quite a bit of tape and plastic just thrown throughout my home and outside. Tony left without reviewing inventory, right away, I realized a box which included pictures of my grandparents and great grandparents was missing. I called him and he said, not his problem, his truck was empty, & said call customer service. Rebecca gave me the numbers that were associated with my move, and I determined that I was missing 10 boxes. I have insurance and there is liability payment, but I was treated with disrespect and anger by the mover and am very upset with the lack of customer support I received from Happy Wheels Moving. I will be sharing my experience and be contacting the BBB. I've moved over 20 times in my lifetime and this one by far was the worst one EVER. I truly believe that if I weren't a 55-year-old single woman, the delivery man may have been a bit more respectful, but he pulled the dominate man card and treated me like crap from our first conversation until he just ran out on me without reviewing the inventory. When Rebecca sent her last text to me, it included a link to apply for the liability for the loss. No empathy, just a link and a note that Happy Wheels Moving would not be offering me any sort of restitution. She knows that I need a legible copy of my pick-up and delivery paperwork and mine are just colored sheets of paper. BEWARE of Happy Wheels Moving!
