   Integrated Moving Solutions, Worst and Most Stealing Company

   Integrated Moving Solutions Inc. URGENT AND VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT EVER EVER USE THIS STEALING, HORRIBLE, SCAM AND FRAUD COMPANY Integrated Moving Solutions Inc. is an example of the worst and most horrible, scam, crook and fraud company in the world. They are unprofessional, thieves and liars. Integrated Moving Solutions Inc. ends up doubling your cost by lying about your cubic footage. They are a gang of thieves, their greedy drivers always ask for more money, claiming that they are moving your items more than the allowed distance from the house to the truck, and they end up losing (STEALING) most of your items. Their rating at the BBB is an F rating and BBB does not ever lie about a business. THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY DOES NOTHING RIGHT, AND IT IS ONLY THERE TO ROB YOUR MONEY AND STEAL YOUR FURNITURE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY MAKE YOU FILE A CLAIM, THEN THEY NEVER RESPOND OR EVEN PAY THE TRIVIAL CLAIM. THEY ARE THE GREATEST CROOKS YOU WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH. This company does not just lose your belongings, THEY DEFINITELY STEAL THEM. They state is the contract they provide you a compensation of 0.60 per pound, so they damage, break and steal your belongings and at the end they do not even respond to paying this trivial compensation. Their unqualified and useless administrative assistant does not even have the decency of answering the emails or phone. I have written several reviews before but I will keep posting them until they lose their new customers. They contract with you for one price and you end up paying much more. They promise one delivery date like a week or so and you end up receiving your items a month later and maybe more. On top of all of these bad services they deliver your items mostly damaged, broken and missing (stolen). They DEFINITELY STEAL YOUR ITEMS. They are mostly depending on new customers so my responsibility and role lies that I should warn you all not to ever use this company. This type of corrupted companies should be seriously investigated and should be out of business. The US law should prohibit such companies from providing services and should protect customers from these horrible thieves. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE, SCAM AND FRAUD COMPANY INTEGRATED MOVING SOLUTIONS INC. AS THEY ARE THIEVES AND THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS

   I had the worst experience with this company. The broker contracted this company to moved my stuffs and when they came to the house they wanted more money othered than what the contract stated. I had to leave back some of my furnitures. It is all a scam that the broker advertised on Facebook a lower price and when they get to the clients the price is doubled. They promised delivery in one week, my stuff took two weeks to get there and my boxes was all messed up. My freezer had scratches and dents so was my microwave. Packaging was poorly done. I will not recommend this company to anyone. It was a nightmare and no discount for their mess.

   Don't do it

   Dropped and broke tv in front of me. Dropped chairs and broke them in front of me. Insurance paid $75.00 for $1000's damage. Worse than you can image. Took 3 weeks to deliver.

   Stay away we relocated from New Jersey to florida. Used a broker who put us with this trash company. Was quoted and signed contract at 6300 day they picked up went to 10500 supposedly we didn’t report all that was there etc. BULL BUT OK . I had to call to find out when my stuff would come and when it did all my MAJOR FURNITURE BROKEN AND DESTROYED this was September now mid December and they are finding every excuse not to compensate Ronald and Nancy are useless and their insurance company a man name John shouldn’t work with the public. They have zero integrity a bunch of thieves. With what they have done to us an all the reviews how they are in business is crazy. Also sold us on full service company in contract and that was a lie too. Nothing was put together.BEWARE

   Please someone help me find a Lawyer ASAP. I moved here to Florida in February of 2022 My contract states and sign by driver that all I had to pay was $502 and they bring my things, they are charging me $900 talking about that they are not sending there driver out here to Florida for $500 when is on the contract so I can’t pay for storage no more and all my things are still in NY they was saying that it’s going into auction if we don’t pay and that is so wrong. Im living in Florida having a tough time I can’t find the right lawyer for that so please someone help I need a lawyer all my kids things are in that truck in jersey all my and wife things are in there all clothes and appliances there are very important things in there. I need a lawyer ?

   My suggestion is to do it yourself. This company was hired by the broker I chose but can only say the guys who actually loaded and unloaded or items were good guys and did their best to take care of our items. Our problem was how long it took and the damage caused in the transportation of our items. It seems their truck had a few hole in the side of the truck and they traveled through rain which allowed water to enter the truck and left boxes destroyed by the water which we had to replace once unloaded into our storage unit. That was not the major problem though. When they unloaded it seems our good hand truck was missing and also our 8 foot fiberglass stepladder was no where to be found. We put in a claim for replacement of said items and also allowance for the damage to certain items in shipment. What an ordeal that was to provide information and pictures that they required only to be told that we missed certain paperwork and had to resubmit for them to process. So not counting on anything more from that company.

   Missing/Lost items

   This company is GARBAGE! They moved me in May and delivered in June. Not only were some of my items missing, there were also items that belonged to someone else in with mine. I did place a claim, but to date, have not gotten a response. No one ever answers the phone or responds to voicemail. I want to cry, as some of my things were sentimental. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

    Thieves! DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Also, DO NOT allow the moving company that you hire to subcontract to these crooks! They did absolutely nothing right! I had a very small move. I only shipped 2 pieces of furniture and they lost the one piece and badly damaged the other one. Almost every one of my boxes was crushed, collapsed, smashed, broken, and some were open. All of them were filthy and dirty. The one box that didn't make it to my home was a box I had labeled, "Loose Change." Yes, I shouldn't have labeled it that, but they shouldn't have STOLEN IT!!! They never call you back or give you an ETA. The crew that comes to get your stuff or drop your stuff off, tries to shake you down for more money. This crew is a bunch of scumbags and criminals. I filed a claim, but now I'm filing a lawsuit!
