   They never showed up

   They never showed up.I think a lot of the reviews are fake from U-Haul. The same day I left a bad review about them not showing up to a job that I scheduled somebody left a review stating that they showed up to their job after calling them last minute. That makes no sense because how can you show up to somebody randomly calling but you can’t show up to a job that was scheduled. Please because do not book these people they will not show up and they don’t return phone calls or messages I believe a lot of the reviews are fake as most of the recent reviews really display what’s going on With this company.

   After paying these people $5000 cash they damaged 45% of everything we own -- stole my top line home-depot 2 wheel loder, and lost or stole several boxes with valuables including precious memories. Dont deal with this company or anyone who has ever worked for them!!

   Dont Use Them.

   DO NOT USE THEM! These people are full of [EDIT]! I have spent the last 3 nights crying myself to sleep because they stole all of my stuff! They picked up my stuff in January and should of delivered it a week ago. Not only have they not delivered my stuff but they stopped responding to my calls. Ray is the worst! Do not trust him or aly! They are all in this scam together! Ray promised me he would be waiting with my stuff and then called me asking if I had a twin size bed. I said are you kidding? I have a queen! This gave me a clue he lost or stole my [EDIT]! Then I asked him to send me a picture of my stuff. He didn’t. He stopped answering. I called him every hour and texted him. Nothing. I threatened to get my lawyers involved and they said ok basically. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Please anyone respond to this if you have and let me know if you have gotten your stuff back or have heard of the name ray pierce. I have no bed or anything. I have never been scammed like this. We have got to stop this company! Spread the word! NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY!

   Don't use this company.

   They came to my home in November of last year quoting a price of $2800 to move our things from Montana to Missouri. We don't have much so we thought that was fair. But after they loaded their truck after showing up late into the evening they added 2 grand to the price. They have as of today not delivered our things. They will randomly respond to a text but that's it. We have paid the majority of their over inflated price and we still have yet to see our things.

   Company never delivered items.

   My items were picked up 8/26/18, guaranteed delivery within 30 days of 9/6/18, and as of 10/16/18 they still have not delivered. Payment was made in full on 9/7/18. The company continually promises delivery (3 actual scheduled no-shows so far, one I took vacation from work to be home) and something always seems to come up (flat tire, other customer deliveries delayed, etc.) They stopped responding to my phone calls, texts, and emails for about a 2 week period but have since resumed periodic texts. At one point they said my stuff was on a truck in Oklahoma City, about 100 miles away, they no-showed for a scheduled delivery, then said my stuff was in Chicago 2 days later?? They were late for pickup and half way through the load, they intentionally started leaving large gaps in the truck so my items would take up more space in order to charge more. They knew I was in a bind as I was starting a new job and they took advantage of that once they had my stuff. I would not use this company to move dirt across town, let alone family pictures, military uniforms and mementos, 3 bedrooms worth of furnishings, or any of the other things I lost. If you book through a 3rd party agent, please tell them up front you are not willing to use this company..
