   Long haul van lines is a very professional company that took of one less worry for me when moving from Miami to California. My stuff was all there and in perfect condition when delivered and it was delivered timely! Thank you for all your help! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to move any belongings.

   Grateful And Appreciative.

   I had a very stressful situation due to a death in my family. I had to move their furniture out in less than three days. I spoke with April who was very kind and assured me that the process would go smooth. I really wasn't financially ready for this. April helped me cut corners and the guys literally saved me hundreds of dollars. They all had compassion and got me a hardship discount, which I thought was over and beyond what they had to do. God bless everyone at Long Haul.

   Moving.

   April did a very good job in lining up move of furniture and pricing and was very helpful. She told me how they were going handle the packing and they would do a good job and be on time. Three men came to pickup furniture and they did a very good job of packing and loading truck. They told me the move to Pa would be approximately their wed or thurs and I am sure it will be.

   Great service.

   Michael green coordinated the entire move and I had a one day window to receive my home. He was in contact the entire time. All was perfect and much appreciated michael!! the actual movers did a great job as well..didnt stop working at all had to go up 3 flights of stairs..never an issue with them . I would use them anytime I were to move again and certainly work throufg Mr. Green again.

   Every thing was pleasant.. The person from Mid West movers, did not inform me on the one time elevator fee.. It was a shock. But moving was made pleasant by Freddy and group. Thank you so much!

   I did read these reviews before making my decision and to be honest I was a little nervous but I chose this mover mainly because of April. She was very helpful and always either answered my calls or returned my call if she was out of the office. The other reason was my budget. Their binding quote of $1763 was well under the other 3 quotes which ranged from $3000 to $4400 but I did end up being charged $2000 at pickup. I had slightly less that what was on my inventory list but they used some packing materials that were not factored in. The pickup was very late, after 9 pm, but it was on the day they said it would be. The guys were obviously tired but they got to it and had me loaded in less than 2 hours. The delivery was quicker than I even expected at 4 days after pickup. The delivery team was great. They went over and above my expectations. The only damage that I had was a dent in my dryer and a broken lid to a plastic container. Overall, I am satisfied with the service that I received from this company.

   Do not use these crooks!!

   They came to pick up our items for small move from MI to FL. 6 weeks later, and now past 2 of the dates they told us our stuff would leave The warehouse and still has not left yet. They refuse to give us even an estimate of one we might get our things. We don't live full time in Florida and we've flown down twice now based On the original dates they gave us To be there to receive our belongings which have never come. The woman Ashley on the phone along with another older woman are dreadful! Profoundly rude and will not give a straight answer and have no accountability. Run, don't walk away from this terrible company!!

   Do not use this company! These guys are crooks! All my boxes were destroyed! I mean rummaged through, ripped and retaped. Eli.. I have news for you buddy, I'm not done with you yet, I'm just getting started. If you think you can get away with treating people along with their belongings they way you do you have another thing coming!

    Long Haul Van Lines is officially in contempt of court.

    It is Kimberly Luse again, writing to update everyone on the nearly two year struggle I've now had with Long Haul Van Lines. Last month I reported that I successfully sued, and won my case in small claims court in Downey County, CA. The court awarded me the maximum amount possible there, $10,000.00 plus court costs. It was entered on January 20th and as of this date Eli Shalem has refused to respond to me whatsoever, via phone calls or emails. He is now officially in contempt of court for not following the order of the judge. I now will be filing an additional suit that will take both of us back to CA to stand before the judge so he can explain his lack of compliance. I will keep everyone updated. In the meantime, do not, under any circumstance retain this company. It is the equivalent of paying someone to rob you of every possession you entrust to them. Kimberly Luse.
