   I got an estimate from mama movers the estimate state it was $2587.50 ended up paying almost another thousand on top of that watch this company I wouldn't recommend no one go through with them. the workers are good just a bad experience be careful when you go through this company. Watch the hidden charges anyone that would like to see proof williams_frankiej@yahoo.com after almost 1000 increase they gave me 125 off not much of a difference.    A nightmare. Missing property, months delay. Every piece of furniture was damaged and I am not exaggerating. They blocked our phone calls. Literally a nightmare that I hope no one else has to go through.

   After packing up all our belongings, the movers left with the truck before we could visually verify how full it was. And then told us we had too much stuff and our quote had DOUBLED. We were suspicious and did our research to find that they are renting trucks, packing customers' belongings in storage units till *their* moving day, and have an unusually high number of complaints out against them for poor handling and bad service. We didn't feel comfortable letting them handle our cross-country move and had our things returned - they dumped our belongings on our front lawn 16 hours before our move. We lost a number of electronics, furniture, and many items were too damaged to ship, including my daughter's crib. One star is far too generous. They were the absolute worst moving experience we've ever had.

   This company doesn't give a rat's ass about you!!! I am 67 years old and have been sleeping on the floor for a week now and as of this morning, they STILL have not even loaded my belongings on a truck!!! It's a 4 hour trip from Orange County to Las Vegas!!! Wish I could give them a ZERO rating.

   They picked my belonging up in California August 27th.. NO Update phone calls because they can’t speak to driver according to them. October 13 I get a 2 hour notice that the delivery is coming and driver refuses delivery to my home In North Carolina as promised. This is where they screw you. $1100 dollars more that the $4700 I was quoted to put my belongings on a smaller truck to deliver. So I rented a truck and told them to meet me in a random parking lot to retrieve my white glove service from mamas moving company. Guess what, the lot was full of rental trucked pulling other orders off the truck. Why have the semi Driver deliver to all the customers on the truck .. when you can pre-stage Smaller trucks in a parking lot and charge each customer $1100 They also put your move on a BIDDING BOARD if its not local, and the lowest random person or driver bids the job. That’s why mama movers is giving you the “ I can’t talk to the driver story. I LOST ALOT AND MY BELONGING ARE HIGHLY DAMAGED. MAMAS MOVING COMPANY WILL GET A DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION COMPLAINT FROM THIS 55 yr old single women. This was criminal.. seriously. And yes they ask for money up front. They are a company with a great looking website, and home office is an apartment in Los Angeles. Everything they offer is third party..hence this is why their prices are so high. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT MONTHS FOR YOUR BELONGS. What isn’t missing will be damaged or broke.

   Delivery of Furniture.

   If I could give no stars I would. This company picked up our furniture 9/22/2020, with the promise of delivery 9/26/2020. Well it is 10/12/2020. Still no furniture. We have filed a complaint. When we inquired about our things , we were told by their customer service, that they didn’t know where they were. Everything we own is still sitting in California, we are in El Paso. Please please please do not use this company. They also told me if I didn’t pay 3,000.00 I would not be getting our furniture,sounds like extortion. I paid , still no furniture. We only packed enough clothes for a few days. No washer and dryer no refrigerator. Every thing we own is sitting in a warehouse somewhere. What makes no since , why would you load up a truck with your customers things on it , just to unload at a warehouse or storage? Where god only knows who is touching, or stealing our things.Poor customer service,extortion, won’t answer e-mails or return phone calls. You know what the next step is. Beware, oh they are very nice when you are booking with them, don’t let that fool,you. Christian will not return your e-mails or calls either. Sham company I googled them on the DOT website, it says they only have one truck . They have different addresses. I guess the home office in Tinley IL, is literally someone’s house. We are not done, avoid them at all cost. I am still waiting to hear from them. Oh and by the way San Diego is only 11 hours from El Paso. Hire another company this one is not reliable or trustworthy. So so sad that you end up being at the mercy of some of these fly by night one truck pony movers. They lie to you and they cheat you.

   Horrible service, rep lied in writing, company refuses to honor it

   We contracted this company for a move from Orange County, CA to St. George UT. Firstoff they were late coming to do the pickup. That should have been my first clue. But they showed, and I even gave the movers who picked up our stuff a $175.00 tip on a 1125.00 cash payment because they were prompt in picking things up once they got there. Ever since? Well for starters their rep, Christian, lied when he said '3 to 7 days' in writing on the invoice he emailed me. The company refused to honor that and to make matters worse, now they are not answering their phones to tell me where our family's belongings are and when we can honestly expect them to do their jobs and deliver what they promised. I will probably be calling Anaheim PD later today on these people.

   Scammers, not movers.

   The worst experience imaginable. Price hike, items are a month late, still not here, nobody returns calls. This is fraud and theft. I wrote a detailed review of my experience on this site and it was filtered. I can only assume the positive reviews are fake, this is not a legitimate company. RUN, under no circumstances should you hire them. 3 other victims have seen my reviews and contacted me because it’s happening to them too. If I can warn people away, some good came out of this.
