   Ryan and Christian showed up on time and walked me through the process. They met me at my storage unit and spent an hour there and then we made it through Jax traffic quickly ending up at the apartment. They were timely, helpful and overall professional.

   Second review

   I wrote once after I received their help on a very short distance move. I felt rushed. Did not realize that “travel time” was included in quote and after I wrote my first review, they called and I felt like I was not at all understood. They were defensive and upset. I did feel bad. She said she would check with the supervisor about cost. Clearly, I was blamed. I am writing again. It felt extremely careless and not customer focused. Sorry, unhappy.

   6 hours late and tried to charge more

   called and got an estimate and decided to book. Worst moving company ever. Not only did they not show up at the agreed time frame of 9am-930am they didnt even call. After finally getting ahold of someone i was told they were running behind and to expect them between 1-2pm...after multiple calls to them around 230. I had a family member call and they were told someone was in route...it was 5 PM before they arrived! 6 hours late and not only did they not care they tried to charge an additional $900 bc they decided to send 4 people instead of the requested 2. When I called the office I was rudely talked to and told I could just not have my stuff moved and then proceeded to be hung up on... NEVER USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY

   Not Very Professional

   After changing my closing date twice, I was finally able to pin down a Saturday early September. I receive a call from momma's on Friday before move day, asking if I can move date to Sunday. I agreed. Saturday they called again to ask if I could move date to Monday. I wasn't happy about this but agreed. When they arrived, Chris had paperwork that was incorrect. Right in front of me, he called and berated the person who had created my quote. $25 difference. He spent 15 minutes on the clock on my time arguing with the other person. Then he spent most of his time downstairs at the truck directing whatever the other larger guy was bringing downstairs to the truck. Very unorganized. Made a statement about charging more for my armoire because no one mentioned that item to him. I had told the lady about it and my appliances. When it was time to go to my new place, he said they would stop and get drinks and meet me. I arrived 30 minutes before the truck and if course it starts to rain. After arriving, they said they don't move in the rain, and truck would go back to warehouse for the night. I took off another day of work. The next day 2 different guys showed up and they were more professional. They did tell me my truck was not stored in a warehouse and that the truck leaked. So my box spring got wet and there were several other boxes that tore due to being wet. But the kicker was the damage to my armoire. Knobs were broken off, huge black marks and scrapes on the wood. No, I didn't report this because I knew they wouldn't do anything about it. I'm just passing the word along that this is a moving company you'll want to stay away from at all costs.

   Mommas movers held me hostage for more money/missing mattress

   We moved from Philadelphia to Charlotte in November. The movers they sent were in an unmarked truck,wore NO masks, damaged my home AND when the move was 3/4 way done they said there was no room on the truck but could "find" room for another $800! What could we do? And as of today, haven't heard from anyone, can't get them on the phone and my brand new $889 king size mattress isn't in my storage unit! I'm calling the BBB and taking them to small claims court. DON'T USE THIS MOVING COMPANY

   Terrible Experience!

   Absolute pitiful excuse for a company that prides itself on communication and customer service. I was abhorred at the experience I received. I would give it negative stars if I could. -The moving staff was beyond rude -The office staff did not care that I had a terrible experience. I wrote a 3 page letter addressing each specific issue I had and never heard a peep back from them. My husband called them at least 3 times and could never get anyone to talk to. -They insulted my belongings, my dogs, my home, and littered in my yard. -AND they came in double the price and time estimate of what they quoted! I wasted a whole day off of work to feel belittled by someone I hired. I have never been so disrespected by a company before. Don't waste your time with them. Choose a company you've actually heard of before..
