   I couldn't be happier.

   I've never had anything good to say about any moving company..ever! But these guys were fantastic. Polite, hardworking, and FAST. They were running most of the time. Nothing was broken and they completed the move below their estimate. I couldn't be happier.

   Super Good Service.

   These guys are super good. They are amazing. I hired them last week for my local move they did an excellent job. They offered me a very cheap and low deal and they were very flexible with the payment methods. The moving people came on time on the day of the move and moved me out in a blink of an eye. The faced no problems at all. They moved me very smoothly and quickly. The delivery was on time and there were no damages in the end. National Moving Group is surely worth hiring.

   Worthy of Recommendation.

   I did not plan to call any moving company for my move but I realized that there were things I could not do alone so I had to look for a good moving firm. As I tried to get some quotes on moving companies, I came about this company which I particularly liked because of their price and profile. I told them the little stuff I needed their help in packing and loading and that I will take care of the rest but these guys insisted on doing everything. I have not seen a moving company as nice as this and that is why I give recommendation for this company. This moving company sent out young and energetic boys to my house and I was afraid that they will be inexperienced movers. Even though I did not know yet whether they were or not but I must recommend them for their competence and great work done.

   Peace of mind.

   During my last move, I was not really on a budget but I was delighted that National Moving Group allowed me to save some bucks! They handled everything that came their way in a professional and prompt manner. The crew did absolutely everything without any complains and gave me a peace of mind that is so rare during such a time. These guys are very dependable professional movers! They handled everything that came their way in a professional and prompt manner. I like them and would recommend them anytime!

   Professionalism and affordability.

   When my father observed that our family business would fetch more profits in Montgomery than we ever achieved in Virginia, it was time to move. My job was to search for a good mover and I landed on National Moving Group from my searches online. We contacted them and they promised to do all the work for us. We were living in a two family fully furnished apartment and we worried we may not be able to move everything expediently. The manager at National Moving Group gave us a reassurance and a friendly quote. After smooth preliminary planning, the crew arrived with all the right tools and embarked on the task straight away. There was a lot to be done, but there were no complaints from the crew. They treated all members of my family with respect and by the end of the move - we all expressed gratitude for their professionalism and affordability.

   Cost effective rates.

   I am just but a casual labourer. I cannot say that I have so much to offer to service providers. That is why I always opt for the cost effective options. When I wanted a relocation service provider, I went to National Moving Group. Given their quotes, I did not expect anything much more than average services. I was all wrong because it turned out to something different. They were so good and effective in their relocation. In terms of service delivery, they were timely and that thrilled me. There is no doubt that I am going for them next time when in need of relocation services.

   So wonderful!

   Initially, I though the act of relocation was one boring and tedious one. Two of my close neighbours had moved out and I saw how they were stressed during the whole thing. I was not willing to go through the same experience but it seemed there was no way out. Having been given a transfer to move to Alabama, all I could do was to follow the orders. Having no option left, I went in search of the ideal relocation company. I came across National Moving Group and they were willing enough to offer me assistance. I hired them out and they did a commendable job. I wouldn’t mind giving them yet another chance of working for me.

   National Moving Group.

   This was the first time set up a move, moving half way across the country. I was reached out by Tom, he seemed very geuwine and had my best interest at heart, and that is why I stuck with him. When it came to receiving payment he could be reached any hour of the day. About 2 weeks later I needed to make a change/cancellation he could not be reached. The reason for the cancellation was because the company I started to work for was paying for the entire move and I was not aware, but you had to go through there moving services. When I needed Tom he never returned any of my text or calls. My travel counselor through the company stated that national moving group should of been aware that if you were moving due to work the company may cover the moving expenses. I felt very taken advantage of in the situation. I put down $542. It took 5 days to get a response back from customer service, when I could not reach Tom. When disputed the charge with my bank they quickly responded. Overall I'm going to say understand your contract and what you are getting into and do not be persuaded. That is there job. In the end I was giving 30% back but I really feel un easy about the situation and would never recommend this company. 30% is nothing when they will keep $382 of your money and still fill that space in the truck that you canceled. My move was 2/27. Tom told me if I ever needed to change my dates it would not be a problem, so if I can change my dates with ease there would still be a possibility you would have empty space on a truck whether I cancel or move dates. Again I'm easy about the situation.

   Awful Experience.

   We had heard of moving companies that quote you an unusually low fee, work with multiple local companies to handle your belongings, and your belongings will sit in a warehouse until they have enough families to justify a "moving load" in that direction. This is them! And once you pay the deposit, you will not get a refund- they swindled us for $1450. We ended up calling our own Uhaul to move ourselves on our moving day. The service representative (Collin) guaranteed our move from Ohio to S.C. would not be delayed- the local movers that showed up 2 days late to our residence admitted our belongings would not be received in SC for at least 25-30 business days and will sit in a warehouse in between that timeframe. While I was speaking to the main driver that day, his other two movers were stealing from us. They helped themselves to approximately $500 of electronics and money. The service representatives with National Moving were unprofessional and argumentative upon reaching out to them with this matter. Finally, I emailed our experience to the "Dispatch manager" who responds "I'm sorry to hear you decided not to use our services to help you move, we will gladly give you 1/3 of your deposit back, but you signed a contract and after 72 hours we are unable to refund your full amount"- not at all taking accountability for anything that happened in our situation. Now, the Federal Bureau of Competition is reviewing our case. I hope this review is helpful for future consumers.

    Worst moving service. Horrible experience.

    - As per Binding Moving Estimate G4529201 given by National Moving Group (US DOT: 2461980), 34 pieces of household items were agreed to be picked. But the driver, Mr. Paul, from company to which the moving job was contracted, I.e., Trusted movers (US DOT: 2292505) came in for pick up with an already loaded truck and took only 23 pieces. Items weighing total of 650lb which is around $390 worth of stuff that the driver did not load on to the truck during pick up even after multiple calls with Mr. Frank and customer care from National moving group. Driver was instead asking for $600 more to move most of the stuff that was already included in original estimate. We were taken advantage of the little time we had before we could vacate the apartment due to pick up delay. - The date of pick-up was agreed to be 07/21/2018-07/22/2018 as per the binding estimate we had signed upon and we had our non-refundable flight tickets booked for 07/23/2018 afternoon. But since the driver arrived on 07/24/2018 for pick-up which is almost 2 days after the agreed pick up date, we had to let go off our non-refundable flight tickets worth $504. Mr. Todd from National Moving Group had assured us that they will give us some refund due to the loss of flight tickets. But when we called him later before loading our stuff, he never answered our calls. - Only 7 boxes were purchased from the driver instead of 10 that was charged in agreed estimate. That should bring down $45 for charges applied in estimate for 3 unused boxes. Vacuum cleaner packed in original packing, was billed as separate item but was considered as part of 10 boxes agreed upon instead of separate item. No TV box packing material was provided. It was taken in the original packing that we had. Which should bring down another $49 charged in agreed estimation. We were told by Mr. Frank that the amount for unused packing material will be deducted in final bill, but were not adjusted. - Delivery Delay: The driver would tell us that our stuff will be delivered by evening each day from 4th Aug to 7th August 2018 and finally our stuff was delivered on 8th Aug at 3.00 am which was very inconvenient as we kept postponing all our plans waiting for the delivery for 4 days. - When the items arrived, the boxes were all torn and open and we have lost some of our items packed inside the boxes during the move. The person who delivered our stuff told us that the boxes were wet when they had picked them up from driver who picked up our stuff. Most of the stuff that was packed in the boxes were given to us separately as the boxes were open. We are missing a lot of our things and some broken, which were properly packed inside the box. Our furniture that was delivered was either broken or had heavy wear and tear. - To summarize, we are expecting settlement for unused packing material - $45, unused TV Box - $49, Items not picked but charged for in initial estimate - $390 and flight ticket losses due to delayed pick up - $504. But after going through standard claim process with movingclaims.net, we are getting settlement of $100 only from Trusted Movers for damaged and broken items delivered. We are not satisfied on final settlement with both Trusted Movers and National Moving Group companies who were both highly unprofessional and very bad customer service, due to which we had to incur huge losses other than just damaged/ lost goods. The whole experience was mentally harassing and stressful.
